Description of Work: We had terrible stains coming up from the Spot Shot I used on dog throw up. As I was having company, they squeezed me in at 7am. We had ouriving room and steps done. They turned out great! Very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: This is the second time I have used Steamex-Eastern and both times they did a fabulous job. Both operators were friendly and ON TIME. My only negative is that I had to wait 2 weeks to get on the schedule - It was worth the wait.

Description of Work: Justin cleaned the carpeting in my family room, stairs, dining room, hallway and two bedrooms. This was without a doubt the best carpet cleaning I have received and I have used several carpet cleaners over the years. The carpet looks great - so clean. He even was able to get out a stain that two other cleaners said was not possible. I highly recommend and will always use them in the future.

Description of Work: Jeff cleaned the wall to wall carpet in my lower level family room and bedroom (finished basement). We had cleaned out most of the furniture so he did the entire floor, not just the traffic areas. They use steam cleaning through a big hose that is brought in through the front door. Everything went fine. Work was performed about 5-6:00 PM and it dried by the morning. I had a fan running all night.

Description of Work: Jeff was at our home at 9:00 sharp, very professional, polite. He worked for about 3 hours didn't stop, got the job done, got the gum out of carpet as well as many pet spots. The carpet has never looked better, smells great. Best carpet cleaner I have ever used.
