Can't say better things about this company. Reminder call a few days in advance of appointment and follow-up call to see if the service met our standards. The technician who came, Jeff, did and excellent job with the work, was courteous and professional. Job done very timely and at a more than fair rate. Overall excellent and will definitely hire again.

We have used Steamex Eastern for years now. Michael is superb at his job and Myra is always customer friendly. We have a pet who likes to mark everything in the house. We have to have the carpets cleaned several times a year because of this. Michael is always gracious, does his absolute best to get the issues resolved. Carpets always look amazing when he leaves. Cannot say enough good things about this company. Always on time, great customer service and good results.

There were multiple large stains in the 10 year old carpet. It was so bad when we walked into the home after closing that I thought the carpet would need replaced. When they were done it looked brand new! They also cleaned upholstery in some furniture and did an excellent job! The customer service was great and they were very professional. We will definitely use them in the future for our carpet cleaning needs!

What an outstanding company! Myra was so easy to work with on scheduling and pricing, and made a follow-up call the day before service. Glenn arrived promptly and was polite and professional. He finished in less than 90 minutes, and took care to avoid my freshly-painted walls. Since we are getting ready to place the home for sale, he provided advice on steering prospective buyers to put on "footies" as they enter the house so that my carpeting continues to look great. Excellent service. I will use them again at my new home.

The service technician arrived on time, and was polite and professional. I had pointed out some stains, and these were all removed. I would use their services again.

Steamex Eastern arrived promptly at the scheduled time and got right to work. I showed the employee, who turned out to be the owner, some stains and trouble spots and then he got to work. The trouble spots and stains are now all gone and I'm amazed at how good the carpets look now. The carpets even dried very quickly after they were cleaned. I could save a bit of money and get a less expensive carpet cleaning (and I have in the past), but Steamex Eastern gets the carpets cleaner than any other company I have used, so I will gladly pay a bit more for their attention to detail, knowledge, and concern for getting the job done right. I mentioned that we were thinking about getting new carpet some time and the owner then educated me on the different types of carpet, what to look for, and what to watch out for when carpet shopping. Steamex Eastern gives you the kind of service you wish all companies offered, but few ever do.

Glenn from Steamex Eastern arrived right on time. He asked me where I wanted cleaned and I pointed out the spots that I wanted focused on. He went to work immediately. Unlike other low-cost carpet cleaners I have used, he took his time and really worked on getting each carpet clean. The carpet wasn't overly wet which I have had with other cleaners and they have a pleasant smell. I am extremely pleased with his job! I would recommend Steamex Eastern over all the competition. They take pride in their work and it shows!!!

They did a very nice job. Were able to get up stains from the previous owners and left our carpets ready for us to move our belongings in.

They clean my carpets at least once a year. I have four small MESSY children and a dog so needless to say my carpets become embarrassing quickly. Although I think steamex is expensive, I believe you won't be disappointed in the quality of cleaning they do. This is my second rating for them as I feel it's important to let people know that you get what you pay for when it comes to carpet cleaning. I would definitely recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

I was able to schedule an appointment one week after I called, which was perfect (I wasn't in a hurry to have the rugs cleaned). They gave me a 2-hour timeframe and called the day prior to confirm. Jeff came out and cleaned 2 area rugs as well as the runners on our stairs and hallway. He was done in about an hour and was able to get two stains out of one of the rugs. Everything looked great and, while slightly wet, you could walk on them if you had to (they were completely dry within 4 hours). They called the day after to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them and will schedule them in the future!

We have used Steamex Eastern in the past in a rental property we used to own and were impressed with the quality of their cleaning service and friendliness of their employees. This time was no different. They cleaned our carpets as we are getting ready to sell our house. They made the carpets look almost new again. Where another company could not remove certain stains Steamex Eastern removed those stains with no problem. Will definitely use Steamex Eastern again in the future.

Was a great job, was on time, quick and very helpful. My carpet looks great, I didn't have faith that it would come out so good as it is old but very good carpet. I will definitely hire this company from now on.

Steamex-Eastern has restored my faith in carpet cleaning! I have my cream colored carpet cleaned approximately every six months. My last few rounds with another carpet cleaning company has not yielded my desired results. They always worked quickly and while the carpets appeared clean when they left, the stains always returned within a day or so. The last cleaning warranted the company to come back out and clean a particular area again. This time I was on a hunt for a new company to use. Someone where turnover is low and employees stick around. I am so glad I found Steamex-Eastern! There were some stains in my carpet that I didn't think would come out because I was told by the previous carpet cleaning company that they couldn't get them out. Not only did my carpet come clean, he was also able to get out some sticky residue from a sticky mousetrap debacle. I am not delusional and I understand that my cream carpet will get dirty; stains will come back. I have 2 children. However, for today, and hopefully the next month (or so), I will be able to love my carpet again!

When I scheduled my appointment, they were pretty well booked, but they worked hard to find an available time that would work. Jeff called ahead the day of the appointment. and was able to start a little earlier than planned. Got right to work and did a fantastic job on some fairy old carpeting.

They are fabulous! I have a rental property where the carpet was pathetic/terrible. They came out yesterday and it looks like brand new carpet has been laid in this house. I was taken aback by the wonderful job they did. There were two dogs in there and you would never know. They are very nice people to work with as well. They are a great company and if you are looking for carpet cleaners you need to call this company.

The entire service experience--from scheduling to completion of service--was outstanding. Since we had used Steamex-Eastern before to clean our carpets, the scheduling process went very smoothly because they were able to access our previous service records and provide us with a personalized quote. We also received a reminder call the day before the service. Jeff, arrived on time and after a quick walk through the house, went right to work. Our carpeting is a very light color. So, we asked Jeff if there was a need for any special deep spot cleaning or other treatments. He, honestly, told us that he didn't think so, but would see how things went once he had started. He was right. The normal cleaning process worked perfectly. He was very careful when moving furniture and using protective pads under the furniture legs. He was very professional throughout the process. The carpets look great and we considered the price to be quite reasonable given how many rooms of carpeting had to be cleaned. We have been using them for years. They are very professional, do a great job, and are reasonably priced. Appointments are easy to make. The carpet dries in about a day with fans usually.

This is the only carpet cleaning company I would use and recommend. They are outstanding. They get the carpets cleaned like no one else, get out soiled areas, move furniture....just amazing. I've shared the company with others and they, too, are now believers in the service and quality of this company. The others are good, perhaps, then there is Steamex-Eastern....heads above others.
