Steamex showed up on time and got right to work. Even took stains as personal challenges.

They charged reasonable prices. They were prompt in scheduling. Justin was very nice and worked quickly.

It went very well. Glenn was very nice and did a very good job. There was some stains on the carpet and they came up. I was very pleased with the results.

Jeff did a fantastic job. He was prompt and professional. The carpet looked amazing and it is 17 years old. Even the dark edges of the stairs came clean. He worked on a candle wax stain which did not come out but it was not nearly as noticeable. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The carpet cleaning went very well. Steamex was able to schedule the carpet cleaning on very short notice which we appreciated. They arrived promptly and cleaned the carpet in a thorough and professional manner. They cleaned several high traffic areas in our house, including the family room and stairs.

Called for an appointment. Appointment scheduled for about 4 days later. Glenn was on time and efficient. Great job!

The worker whose name was Jeff did an outstanding job. I have 7 dogs and there were quite a few urine stains from a recent litter. Jeff got up all the stains. He was quick and thorough. He did four bedrooms, a hall way, stairs and a living room for $160. Very polite too.

We were very pleased. The carpets were cleaned very well. Justin, the technician, was both personable and competent. We were especially pleased that he was able to remove a large stain from the carpet in the upstairs hallway. A couple of areas were not quite done to our satisfaction and he returned to re-do those areas a few weeks later at no extra charge.

They were excellent. There was one stain that was till in the carpet and they came back the same day to re-clean the stain and it came out. Will use again.

This was a very good experience, beginning with the scheduler. She asked detailed questions about room sizes and furniture to be moved. She gave detailed instructions to prepare for the cleaning and gave us a detailed estimate. Then they worked us in when we were unable to keep our original appointment because our HVAC unit was broken (we were concerned the carpets wouldn't dry quickly without it). It's obvious these guys are veterans and take pride in their work. The cleaner was professional, courteous and fast, and there was no pressure to buy add-ons. He also gave us useful ideas to reduce carpet wear. While they aren't the cheapest out there, their prices are reasonable compared with other A+ companies. The experience was well worth the money, and the carpets look great! I'll hire them to clean my furniture next!

Excellent work, excellent experience. Company called day prior to confirm appointment. Tech was punctual, professional, personable, and capable. Actually charged less than estimate because one room was smaller than described. Recommended.

Great. I had a lot of recommendations from co-workers but went to Angie's List to find someone and I couldn't be happier with the service and results. From the time I called up to make the appointment to the service tech, Glen, who came and cleaned the carpet they are great. Never pressured me into any other services. I asked Glen about scotch guard because of my two dogs. Very minimal cost to add to the service. Carpets look great. Almost brand new and they are 10 years old.

Fantastic job - all of the pet stains were removed and the carpet looks new again. Also willing to move furniture to clean underneath.

Positive experience. Jeff was on time and cleaned the entire house in four hours, even though our electricity was out for part of the time. All dirty spots and high traffic areas are now clean.

Glenn did a wonderful job. The difference between the cleaned rug and uncleaned portion was dramatic. Gave me hints on other cleaning issues.

Wow! What a great job! Mike called to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time as scheduled. Very courteous, professional and thorough. Was extremely careful moving my furniture, a few pieces were quite heavy. He did a terrific job. This carpet was heavily soiled. He was able to get out stains, I thought were permanent, even pet stains. I have had my carpets cleaned by other companies, and the stains show up again, a few days later. It has been over a week and it still looks awesome. Will definitely be calling them again.

Easy to set up appointment, arrived on time. Did a fantastic job - carpet looks great. He even gave me tips on how to keep it looking new, and offered that I call anytime I have a question about the carpets. Great service and price!

Easy to schedule an appointment. Scheduled within 2 weeks of call. Prompt, courteous service. They called the day before and 15 - 20 minutes before arriving. Did not have to move furniture. I offered to help and he said he would do it. Excellent quality and value.

Mike was on time, very friendly, and very reasonably priced. I called the day before to increase the area of carpet to be cleaned, more than doubling the size to include the whole house. Steamex took that in stride and cleaned the entire house. He worked very hard and efficiently, removed many stains and gave special attention to the blackened edges of the rooms. He did a great job and I will have Steamex do all my carpet cleaning in the future.

Estimate was given over phone by very courteous representative, and was accurate and simple, no extra charges such as removal of dirty water. Service was prompt and professional, carpet was cleaned very well, with only few colored dye spots remaining (such as red kool-aid). For a ten year old carpet, it looked very good, with stairs looking like new. Overall, good value and service. We would recommend them, and plan on using again.
