Glenn Riefle, who did the work at our house, did an excellent job. He was on time, professional and did and great job cleaning our carpet. We were originally planning to limit the number of rooms we had cleaned, but based on the price he quoted, we had more done than we planned. Glenn was efficient and effective and got out stains that other carpet cleaners couldn't for a price lower than what they charged. We will definitely use them again and probably more often based on our experience with Steamex.

Great experience! The carpet cleaner was on time, dressed professionally and very nice. I even asked if I could add a couple additional rooms to the already long list and it was no problem. The entire house was cleaned in just over one hour. I would definately use this company again.

From the moment I called to make an appointment, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist explained how everything worked and was able to set an appointment for less than a week later. The company rep showed up right at the start of the appointment window, provided me with an estimate, and got started right away. The total amount of time was about an hour and 15 minutes, and the carpets looked almost like new! By the next morning, the carpet was dry, just as promised.

I was very happy with the service. They were on time, and I thought the price was fair. They gave me a discount without me asking about it. They actually were able to lift an old paint stain in one area, which I'd long-since accepted as permanent.

Mike is the guy that I always ask for, and he is always here on time and is very professional. They did an excellent job. They are good, especially in dealing with homes with pets. We have a dog, and they took the time to really work hard to get the dog fur out, and make sure that they didn t miss a spot. They call ahead to let you know that they are coming, and not only that, they also call if they are running late, which to me is very important.

The technician showed up at 9 AM sharp, as promised, after calling the day before to confirm the time with us. He was in, did the job, gave me the bill, took the check and was backing out of the driveway 42 minutes later. Very well done.

Steamex is very good. THey got the stains out of my carpets. It is amazing, what they can do. They really got my carpets clean. We also had them spray a carpet protectant on our carpets. They give discounts if you use them again. I decided to use them when they saved carpet in a church, after 10,000 gallons of water had been spilled on it. The price is very good as well.

I was very pleased with my experience from start to finish. Justin arrived at the time specified. Immediately started the job. I feel he did an excellent job. He was very professional and yet friendly in response to any questions that I had. My carpets were cleaned thoroughly and efficiently, and dried in a very reasonable amount of time, about 4-5 hrs. He did not over soak the carpets and yet he got them very clean. I feel he is excellent at his job, in all aspects. I will definitely use this company when I require my next cleaning. It has been about 5 wks. since my carpets were cleaned, and they continue to show no soil. No soil has surfaced anywhere on my carpets, as has happened to me in the past in previous residences with other companies.

The price is somewhere between $200-300. Jeff does a great job! I do not feel like I am getting ripped off. Since we use Jeff every time, it is not like a stranger coming into the home. He is very professional. I will continue to use him in the future and would recommend him to others.

He arrived on time, did an excellent job and my carpets look wonderful. I have two animals, and he cleaned the carpets miraculously!! He even removed a purple stain from a dark-colored gift bag that had leaked onto a tan carpet-which I assumed I could have never been removed. I have had many people clean my carpets over the years-but Steamex eastern is the only one I will call from now on. Thank you for the great job!!

We had a light colored carpet with stains - and spots where a "spotter" seemed to have lightened the carpet. Steamex did a job that I didn't think could be done successfully. Carpet like new!

Called because they were on the page of happiness. It looked to be more expensive than it actually was. They charged about half of what I expected to be charged and saved me a fortune. They made moving into my new apartment easy since there were so many other complications. Their technician worked well and did an excellent job, courteous, and worked to get the cleaning machines up the stairs. The carpets dried fast and it looked great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They are very helpful when you call. They are very prompt and call if they are going to be late. We have pets and they do a great job. The carpets look great when he is finished.
