Everything went smoothly. Very nice to deal with company that does the work themselves.

I have been a customer for many years. I have always been please with the work performed . They have always been on time, they work quickly and my carpets always look great. I have a dog and two cats so I have my carpets cleaned on a fairly regular basis. They always do a great job.

A pet had an accident in my living room two weeks before Thanksgiving. I had a dinner party scheduled and thought I'd never be able to get anyone to come out right away this time of year, and I was calling Angie's List providers one after the other. Steamex was the first who answered their phone (rather than an answering machine.) They were booked, but offered to put me on their cancellation list, and as I was describing the job, I could hear someone in the background asking questions, and after a minute she said, "Actually, he says he could have one of the guys fit you in at 7:30 tomorrow morning, if that would work for you?" I was so relieved, and very grateful.

They were absolutely fabulous. We have never seen anyone so good. It was one guy, and he was in and out. He was very polite and thorough. They are just the best, and each carpet had perfect swales in it. The quality of work was unbelievable, and their pricing was extremely reasonable as well. We would very highly recommend them.

We asked them to clean our carpet on a Friday morning they came when they said they would and the cost was what they said it would be. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpet.

We have two rooms that have carpets that need to be cleaned. They do and excellent job of cleaning and one of the things is that when you call you are treated with respect and it is very good service. They are punctual and will also let you know if they are not going to come at the time, so you are not sitting around and waiting. I have a dog and he sheds a lot and they get the carpet so clean and do a great job.

I used them for the first time because the former owners had used them. They are very good and everybody in the neighborhood uses them. They gave me an estimate after I called them. They came out and did a really good job. They don't offer any discounts. I didn't have them do the whole house. They were more expensive than some other companies, but I was willing to pay them because I knew them. The quality of work was good. They were responsive, punctual, and professional.

The carpets (especially the hallway) were quite soiled and I was skeptical that the stains would come out. From the beginning, the office staff was courteous and prompt, and provided me with a great deal of factual background on the services offered, equipment used, and prices (priced per square foot). On the day of service, the representative showed up on time and did a thorough job. He was able to clean and get out all of the stains, and even cleaned close to the baseboards. Service was outstanding and results are great. Would highly recommend this company.

He did a wonderful job. He offered to come back if the stains showed back up for free. We are very happy with their service and we will use them again in the future.

Awesome work and awesome service. He arrived on time. Was very courteous and efficient. Got out all of the stains. Wiped up the water at the edges of the carpet. Carpet was dry by the time I got home from work in the evening.

Glen showed up on time, was able to accommodate some odd parking requirements due to street cleaning going on outside, and quickly cleaned the carpets. My phone contact experiences with the Steamex office and then phone and in person contact with Glen were great. Scheduling was easy, estimate was clear, and my everything looks great. Glen even took time to make sure no water was left on the wood floors he'd had to work over, and was careful off all my woodwork and walls.

Myra Riffle set the appointment at my convenience (first appointment of the day). She gave me an estimate well within my budget and agreed that I would be at home but would leave for work and the cleaner would complete the work and lock the house. The work was performed as scheduled and payment was exactly as quoted. I am most satisfied with this service and would recommend this business to anyone wanting quality carpet/upholstery cleaning.

SteamEx responded to a call for help as my dog got very sick when I was out one day. The carpets need major help and I needed someone in quickly. They were able to fit me into the schedule and did a great job

We were extremely pleased with Steamex. The phone contact to schedule the appointment was very professional, and Michael was punctual, friendly, and professional when he performed the work. This is steam cleaning which means you need about 24 hours drying time (probably a bit longer in the summer), but the carpet looks great when it's done. This is an incredibly reasonable price, and the work was done very well. We moved lamps, wastebaskets, cat bed, etc. from the rooms being done beforehand. Michael worked alone but moved all furniture by himself, and left styrofoam pads under the wood pieces to protect the wood from the damp carpet. Note - we did not move large pieces of furniture (grandfather clock, computer console, stereo equipment, china hutch) if we wanted to empty them, they could have been moved, but essentially, the big heavy pieces stayed where they are. Michael showed up on time, and took about 2 hours (which was the length of time estimated). Overall, we're very pleased with Steamex, and we will use them again. The price we paid (and listed in this report) is after a 10% discount for using them through Angie's List.

I was impressed with the quality of their work. They were able to remove stains that others had failed to remove. They were quick and efficient. Their prices were very competitive. I give them high ratings on all counts and would definitely use them again.

They scheduled the appointment within a week of my calling. They gave a quote over the phone, which was very close to the final price (it ended up being cheaper, though!). They asked that we remove small items from any large furniture that would need to be moved; otherwise there was no prep work on our part. They arrived promptly, worked quickly and efficiently, moved the furniture as necessary and replaced it on styrofoam blocks to prevent it from marking the wet carpet. The pet spots were removed entirely, and our carpet looked like new. They were wonderful to work with, and a very good value for the price. We will definitely hire them again.

They did a good job and were very prompt. They did not take much time to finish the work. They cleaned the carpet in living room and the hall. They were pretty reasonable.

Arrived within the timeframe agreed and prepared estimate immediately, quite on line with what we had estimated over the phone. Moved most furniture (except huge bed) and did a very good job of cleaning the carpets. Removed all visible stains, including those that we specifically pointed out. All furniture was placed on little stands to avoid staining the carpet while wet. After the job was done, we could clearly see the difference, even though the carpets were not very dirty, just getting ready for our baby to start crawling.

Quality and efficiency at it's best. From scheduling, to punctuality, to professionalism, to honesty and to the actual work performed. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Carpets were very clean when work was completed. Two areas required a second trip to get all of the stains out and this was done at no charge.
