Steamex-Eastern Custom Carpet Care

Responding within 3 business hours of my call, Mary was very personable and scheduled our cleaning for two days after my call. Aaron called, as requested, 30 minutes before his arrival and we did a walk-through of the house to review the areas to be cleaned. I have my company based out of my house and my employees were impressed with his ability to cause little interference and his personable nature. Had all areas cleaned within 2 hours and was able to get out stains left by previous cleaning companies. A very impressive service experience, at a reasonable price (cheaper than other providers) - I will definitely be recommending Steamex-Eastern and will be a repeat customer.

We contacted the company and received a prompt and courteous response. A detailed estimate was provided by phone and we were able to schedule an appointment approximately 10 days afterwards. The cleaning technician was on time, courteous and attentive to details. Aside from having to remove small items from furnishings that we wanted to clean under, the technician moved the larger items and oriental rugs. Jim was very thorough and neat and insured that we knew the correct steps to take while the carpet was drying. The carpets look great! The service was what we would expect from a highly rated Angie's list business. We would definitely call them again and recommend them to others.

I was very pleased. Very polite and professional. Clean and neat. I felt like he really wanted the job completed to my satisfaction. Removed a spot from my carpet that had been there for some time which I never dreamed would come out. All the work performed efficiently. Moved and replaced furniutre. Will use again and have already recommended to family members. I used due to recommendatins on Angie's List and was very glad I did.

The worker was very pleased and cooperative. The work was performed thoroughly and competently.

After having the walls painted we decided to clear the carpets which was done the next day after we called. The job was done quickly and professionally.

I was so impressed by this company. It had gotten great reviews on Angie's list so I went with them. I got a discount because I got them off of Angie's list so that was also a plus. Making the reservation for them to come out was easy. The person on the line helped me decide what I needed and I had a good idea from that what it would cost. I got a call from the man coming out and let me know he was coming and showed up on time. He stated, "I'm looking forward to meeting you". That was nice. I had moved all the little things and he moved the larger items and put protection under the legs. It didn't take any time at all and it looked and smelled so nice when he finished. He did a really good job.. The carpet dried by the end of the day.. I really liked this company and then got a thank you card from them in the mail about a week later. This is the kind of company you want to tell all your friend about...please use them. You will not be sorry..

Glenn showed up right on time. He looked at the carpets which had some severe spots that had been there for a couple of years. He said that there should be no problem in getting all the spots out using their normal cleaning procedure. Glenn did an excellent job. All spots were cleaned and the carpets look great. The price was exactly as quoted and he did not try to sell me something I didn't need. I will be using them again.

Everthing about the experience was positive. They explained the pricing over the phone. I opted not to have them move furniture, but they will move it for a reasonable additional cost. He arrived on time and was professional and pleasant. Most importantly, he was thorough and the carpet looks great.

Steamex arrived promptly and the technican was finished in a couple of hours. Carpet was restored to original condition and I was completely satisfied with the results and price.

Fantastic experience, from the first call to the service itself. They did absolute wonders with our carpets and removed almost all the pet & spill & traffic stains. "Sandy" was wonderful on the phone. When I explained we'd never had our carpets professionally cleaned before, she kindly explained the process, gave me a ballpark quote ("ballpark" only because I didn't know our exact room dimensions), and made me feel very comfortable. She was able to accommodate our preferred day & time, and they called the day before to remind they were coming. Day of service, the technician "Aaron" called 45 mins before to confirm directions, and he arrived right on the dot - 1 minute before 9AM. He had me walk him through the house to point out any trouble spots (and with 3 dogs, there were plenty of those!), and I explained that I didn't expect miracles, especially in our very "lived-in" living room, where we & the dogs spend most of our time. After the walk-thru, he got right to work. He toiled tirelessly in every room, and in a couple instances where some stains had set in too long for his magic potions & 230-degree steam to be effective, he took me to those places and explained that they were just too set in, but might fade over time. When it was finished, he apologized for it taking longer than he'd expected -- but I was the one who felt I owed the apology, for the challenge that our carpets had given him! :-) I was really impressed with the whole experience, and with Aaron. He was really nice and very professional, and he spoke highly of the company - which gives me even more confidence in them. To top it off, the price seemed extremely reasonable. We'll be replacing these builder-grade carpets in a year or two, but until then, we're going to use Steamex regularly to keep them looking, feeling, and smelling as fresh as possible. Oh, and our living room? Miracles CAN happen -- the carpet there looks almost new!

They did an amazing job. Significantly improving stains that were years old (coffee, fruit juice, marker). I plan on using them again and have already recommended them to my friends. Customer service was great and technician were NOT pushy at all. Great experience!

I am preparing my rental house for sale and was concerned about the carpets as the tenant heavily soiled them in numerous places. I was unsure is steam cleaning would do enough or would I have to spend a lot more money and replace all the carpets. Steamex did a remarkable job in cleaning the carpets. One stain in particular almost looked like someone had burnt something into the carpet but Steamex-Eastern cleaned it up to the point where you would never know a stain was there. I was thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and committment to delivering a quality service. I would highly recommend this company and do intend to use them in the future for my own house.

Jeff did an outstanding job and is very professional. I will definitly use Steamex-Eastern again. They really know how to treat a customer. They are polite on the phone, provide a reminder call the day before the appointment, arrive on time, follow up with a courtesy call to see if you are happy, and send a thank you card in the mail. They are a model for customer service. Of course the cleaning was excellent and made a huge difference. There are cheaper carpet cleaning services, but they did such a great job I had no problem with the cost. Overall I am very satisfied and highly recommend them.

I had received the name of the company from a neighbor who had great experiences with this company. The technician that came out was very professional, detailed and courteous while in my home with all of my children and pets watching him clean our carpets! He also gave me tips on how to overcome stains that may pop up in the future due to all of my pets and kids around. Overall I was highly impressed with the service as I was an avid Stanley Steemer customer before this!

We have a very light colored rug that showed several dirty areas. 95% of the stains are gone.

We were THRILLED at how great the carpets looked. The previous owners of our house had cats that had used the upstairs as their litterbox. We thought we would never be able to get it out of the carpets, but they did! It looks like nearly brand new carpet up there. It's where our guests stay, so we're just thrilled to have it looking nice and clean up there.

Jeff was on time. He gave had an air of professionalism and courtesy. I was very comfortable with him. He worked especially h****** all the problem spots, all of which came clean.

We've had them clean our carpets before, and this time we had them do two area rugs in addition. The cleaner was on time, professional, courteous and thorough. What more can you ask for?

Receptionist told me the charge for the stairs wouldn't meet their minimum, so I added the bedroom plus moving furniture, and she said there was still enough money left for an area rug. Jeff asked if he could come early, since he had finished his other job. I managed to get all the furniture out of my bedroom myself while he worked on the basement stairs. He said the actual charge for a master bedroom (combined with the stairs) was more than the minimum charge, but since I was only expecting to pay $59.95 he would honor that. He asked me if I thought that was fair, and I said it was more than fair. Plus he didn't have to move any furniture. Very professional, punctual.

I called Steamex-Eastern and was given an estimate over the phone based on the information I gave them about the areas we wanted cleaned. The estimate seemed reasonable and based on the VERY high ratings and good reports on Angie's List I scheduled the work which they were able to come out and do that week. The technician (Jeff) who came out was very professional and skilled at what he did. He was neatly dressed, and the van and equipment used were in excellent condition. He went over all of the areas with a spray and spot cleaner and then thoroughly went over every square inch of carpet with the steam cleaning machine. It was very impressive how clean the carpeting got without getting too wet. Everything was mostly dry in 12 hours. We had not had the carpets cleaned in several years, and were not very happy with the previous cleaner. Here it is about 2 months later and everything still looks very clean. We intend to have Steamex-Eastern out to clean the other 3 bedrooms and closets in the near future. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The work went well. The work cost me $150. I liked the quality of their work.
