Everything turned out beautifully. I really like their personal service and that they're family owned. They really know what they're doing. I've been using them for about 10 years.

Quality work, friendly professional servce, great price. They made us an appointment within a week of calling, showed up when they said they would, and the carpets look great. For carpet cleaning I really don't think you can do any better. Buy with confidence.

I called and asked for a quote, then scheduled them to come the following week. They took a couple of heavy stains out I hadn't even mentioned, the bad smell that was in my carpet is completely gone, and the carpet just looks overall great.

My telephone call was answered promptly and pleasantly. The telephone representative answered all my questions and explained what I could expect. We selected a date two weeks in advance, and the day before the scheduled cleaning she called me to confirm. The technician arrived promptly and did the cleaning with a minimum of disruption or noise. He was careful not to let our cats outside. I had requested a cleaning of a chaise as well as the carpet, but when he saw it, he explained that because of its fabric I would do better with another cleaning method, rather than steam. (He could have just gone ahead and done it, since I'd told him I didn't expect much from it.) He was pleasant and courteous, the work was done efficiently, and the total price came in below estimate, lower even than when you figured in the chaise. The caarpets are clean and beautiful, all spots removed, and I couldn't be more pleased.

Aaron arrive a few minutes before the scheduled time, introduced himself, and asked to see the areas to be cleaned. We discussed specific expectations and problem areas, and then he got to work. He was very thorough, taking time to clean around all the furniture ( I requested traffic area/exposed area cleaning only--no furniture moving) and in every available corner. I was very impressed with his care, courtesy, and the time he took to do a good job. Actually, this company stood out to me from the first phone call: the owner, Mike, took my call and asked many more relevant questions than the other companies I called. I appreciated the reminder call I received the day before. Aaron, the technician, pulled up in a neat-as-a-pin truck, in a nice uniform, and was very pleasant and helpful. And my carpets look wonderful--all stains out and my house smells good! Clearly, this company and its employees value the same things I do: punctuality, clear communication, courtesy, and a job well done. Thank you!

The man showed up at 9 AM as scheduled. I had removed nick nacks and some of the furniture from the rooms. He was finished not long after 10 AM. The carpet dried within two hours.

They were punctual and thorough. Did an excellent job and would definitely hire again.

The experience was really positive. We had a couch in our basement and they did a really nice job of making it look new again.

Great company!!! I really love their work! This was my second time using this company. Jeff was the tech who came out. He asked about any areas of concerns. Our carpet is 8 years old so my main concern was the high traffic areas. I also tried to move my large furniture and Jeff insisted he move it for me ( really nice guy)!! He took his time and my carpet looks great!! VERY PLEASED!!!

Excellent results. Pointed out trouble areas and these were given special attention. Final results are always outstanding.

We use Steamex-Eastern every time we need our carpets cleaned. We have used them multiple times. They did a very good job. They show up on time, are professional and clean up after themselves. They do nice work. We have recommended them to others. The things important to me is that they do a good job, my carpets are clean when they leave, they show up on time, they are professional in demeanor and their prices are reasonable. We get appointments within a reasonable amount of time. They are all the things I think that are important.

This is the fourth time we've used Steamex Eastern. This time is was for an 'emergency' red wine spill. They had someone here within 24 hours and there is no evidence of red wine on out biege carpet. As always, they were prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them

Mike (the owner) and an assistant were right on time, very pleasant, and very efficient, finishing their work in a little over an hour. We were also pleased how quicky eerything dried. The carpet and rugs they cleaned look great!

I found Steamex Eastern on Angies List a couple of years ago and I will never use another company to clean my carpets. They are very responsive and courteous through the scheduling process. They walk through your rooms with you to mark any spots that need special attention. The gentleman who came to our house last time actually continued to clean a short set of stairs that I hadn't asked him to clean...just because he thought it would look nicer, but he didn't charge me any extra. I love Steamex Eastern and recommend them to all of my friends and family, who, by the way, have used them and love them too!

They are punctual, they are professional when you call, they show up on time, and they do a good job. They are especially good with pet stains and the smell. I have used other carpet cleaners but they are the best. They can do furniture too. The price is very reasonable.

They were great and the technician was very helpful. I?ve passed this company?s name on to numerous people and everyone that has used them has been pleased. I don?t remember much; he came in, he cleaned, and he left. They are prompt, they did what they said they were going to do, and I think the price is fair. I will definitely use them again.

I spoke to Myra, who was very pleasant and efficient. When I told her I was flexible on time, she found a cancellation the next day and I took it. The worker arrived on the dot, checked out the areas to be cleaned and got to work. He was very careful about not tracking in dirt/snow from the outside and pulled the door closed as much as possible to keep the cold out. He worked for about a half hour and the carpets looked great, especially the berber. There was no furniture to move, which probably expedited the process. However, upon presenting the bill, he told me that he'd reduced the price because the two bedrooms were really the same size, not the usual larger master bedroom. What a nice surprise! All in all, an excellent experience.

He didn't do a really bad job but it wasn't a great job. The carpet wasn't really, really dirty because it was only a year old but there were a couple of spots in the master bathroom. The stains were not real big but I showed them to him and he didn't get them up. I wouldn't use him again. The price was okay.

Jeff cleaned all the areas as he has previously. I had a dog that had just died and had some control problems the last several days of his life, so the carpets were pretty stained and funky. Jeff was extremely efficient. He arrived on time and was finished in less than an hour. The carpets and rug looked great when he left and they still do. I wouldn't trade Jeff for anything in the world!
