Very nice job. Employees were clean/organized/careful/helpful. Moved furniture carefully and cleaned up.

When they came in they just asked where the pieces were, and where was an outside water source, hooked up all the equipment and went right to work. I was glad it could be done so quickly and efficiently with minimum upset.

Prompt, courteous service. Amazing results!

Once again, I called Stanley Steemer. I thought they had changed their ways. I made an appointment for 12 to 3pm. The techs arrived at 3:40p.m. I told them I had spilled water earlier in the week and I had pretreated the area before they came. The carpet tech touched the spot felt the dampness of the pre-treatment and said they couldn't do the job and left. Once again, I moved all of my furniture, pre-treated the floor and they arrived late and did not complete the job. they tried to sell me an additional water extraction service. this "company" is a fraud.

THEY TESTED SCOTCH GUARD IN MY LIVING ROOM FOR NO COST TO SEE IF I WOULD LIKE IT BEFORE THEY DID THE WHOLE HOUSE. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH HOW CUSTOMER FRIENDLY THEY WERE AND IN THE JOB THEY DID FOR ME.

EVERYTHING LOOKED SO GOOD. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. THERE WAS ONE SPOT THAT DID NOT COME CLEAN, AND THEY CAME BACK AND CLEANED IT AGAIN. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.

2 guys arrived to do the work and immediately revised the quote for carpet cleaning (increased) after agreeing to price on phone. Then talked us into having tiles cleaned at further cost. Agreed to price verbally, which was then "forgotten" at billing time, and we had to renegotiate, which was an irritating end after some good work in the house. Also the "hard sell" of Stanley Steemer products, sprays, mats, etc, was frustrating. They spent a lot of time cleaning carpets and they did look much better afterwards.

Easy to schedule the appointment, they were prompt in their arrival time and very nice. They moved furniture and thoroughly cleaned and protected 2 rooms of carpeting as well as cleaned a sectional couch. One problem that I had with a stain however, was that it attracted more dirt once the stain was cleaned, which for me was very disappointing

THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE CONCERNED THAT I WAS SATISFIED. THEY SHOWED ME EVERYTHING THAT THEY NEEDED TO DO. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO. THEY CLEANED THE CARPET AND MADE SURE I WAS SATISFIED BEFORE THEY LEFT.

I have been very satisfied with this company. The workmen have all been young men coming in pairs. We have had several teams, but never the same team twice. The young men have been uniformly polite, courteous, professional, and have done an excellent job. They have always asked me to inspect the work before they left to see if it met with my satisfaction. They have often offered suggestions or tips to keep the carpet cleaner or reduce wear. This company certainly earns a gold star from me.

Superior cleaning. I have used others in the past and Stanley Steemer is the highest quality service. Very responsive to emergency water extraction situation. Pricing slightly higher, but results are superior.

They did a nice job. They were quick and efficient. All furniture was lifted off of the carpet and placed on plastic while the carpet dried. They were very accommodating on the telephone while trying schedule an appointment.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE and PERFORMED THE CLEANING IN A QUICK MANNER. HOWEVER WATER WAS SPILLED IN KITCHEN and WASNT CLEANED UP BY THE TECHNICIAN, SO I HAD TO CLEAN IT UP MYSELF.

We were told that the workers would call us 30 minutes before they arrived for their 9 am appointment. They didn't call and actually arrived 30 minutes early, so we weren't ready for them. Our household, with young children and pets, was thrown into chaos. Even though the children were screaming (because it was their breakfast time) and one of our pets went missing (one of the workers left the front door open before we could put our pets away), the "lead" worker proceeded to try to sell me additional products (amazingly oblivious to the pandemonium surrounding him). After that tumultuous start, however, the workers did a wonderful job of moving the furniture and cleaning the carpet. We probably will not use them again just because my nerves couldn't take another morning like that. We did end up finding our lost pet.

THE MEN THAT REPRESENTED STANLEY STEAMER WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING VERY WELL AND WORKED ESPECIALLY HARD ON SOME SUBORN SPOTS. THEY DID THE JOB IN A VERY SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME.

THE TWO YOUNG MEN THAT CLEANED OUR CARPETS DID A VERY NICE JOB. THEY FIXED A PROBLEM WE HAD WITH SOME NASTY SPOTS ON THE CARPET. THEY ALSO COATED THE CARPET WITH A STAIN PROTECTOR.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND DID A GOOD JOB. THEY LEFT THE CARPETS CLEAN AND WERE PRETTY THOROUGH.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS FAIR.

THEY DID A GREAT A JOB! I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY ARE A LITTLE HIGHER IN COST THAN OTHERS I HAVE USED, BUT THE RESPONSE AND PROFESSIONALISM MADE THIS COMPANY WELL WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY! WILL CALL AGAIN FOR FUTURE JOBS.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 8 AND 9 AM ON WEDNESDAY MAY 22. WHEN THEY DIDN''T ARRIVE BY 9:10 AM (AS I WAS LOSING TIME AND MONEY FROM MY JOB) I CALLED THE OFFICE AND WAS TOLD THE SERVICEMAN WERE STUCK IN A TRAFFIC JAM ON I- 275. THE SERVICEMEN DIDN''T ARRIVE UNTIL 10:30 AM. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE SERVICEMEN REGARDING THE TRAFFIC JAM I WAS TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO TRAFFIC JAM. ONE OF THE SERVICEMEN TOLD ME THAT THEY WERE DOUBLE BOOKED FOR THE TIME SLOT AND THEN THEY HAD TO TRAVEL TO MY HOUSE ON THE WEST SIDE FROM WYOMING. THERE WAS A WATER STAIN IN MY CARPET NEAR MY REAR DOOR THAT WAS NOT PROPERLY CLEANED. I WAS QUOTED A PRICE OF $149 OVER THE PHONE. WHEN THE WORK WAS COMPLETED THE PRICE WAS $211. (THEY DID GIVE ME A 50% DISCOUNT BECAUSE THEY WERE LATE). I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK DONE BY STANLEY STEAMER.

THEY WERE PRICED HIGHER THAN THE OTHER COMPANY I USED BUT I THOUGHT THEY WERE BETTER.
