Description of Work: Stanley Steemer does an ok job cleaning carpet. The quality of their jobs range from poor to very good depending on which crew you get. Some work hard and some don't. Generally speaking, they are polite and professional. The real problem is punctuality. Every time I set a three hour appointment window, I get a call about 10 minutes before the end of the time window, in which the dispatcher says there are going to be 1/2 - 1 hour late. I'm am tired of it and refuse to use them anymore.
