Scherzinger Pest Control

Since we'd had them we haven't had any termites. They're not the lowest for the best service. I would use them again in the future.

I was expecting more. They just basically came out, sprayed some form in a couple of faucets and opened up some trash. I was underwhelmed by it because I think I could have done it myself. They were way overpriced. I've never had any issues after their job.

He uses chemicals. He took care of my bug problems at my basement and kitchen.

Tony Decker is our guy and he is great. If we ever see bugs (only twice in 4 years), we give Tony a call and he takes care of it. Tony consistently goes above and beyond. For example, he once detected a leak in my gas grill and turned it off at the tank.

All seemed to go fine. The Tech was friendly and professional. Cleaned up when finished inside the garage. Explained Next Steps and Costs for the Extended Annual Maintenance. Let's face it... termite work is not the most exciting way to spend money... but their Price was Fair based on other Termite Companies I contacted.

It had turned cold so the ants were not out when the agent arrived to treat them before we had our Easter dinner guests this weekend. He treated the top edge of our counter by the window, about a six foot wide space, with a liquid in a bottle with a tube top. He said he'd be back this Saturday to treat outside and find the ant's nest. We were home and out in the yard all day Saturday and he did not show. This same agent has terated our house several other times, including the termite stations. On past treatments he has broken our plants near the foundation. This prior treatment he broke a main branch of a barberry plant that we were trying to revive. I didn't report this but wish I had at the time. The day he treated for the ants, he was gone in less than 15 minutes. In the past, with our last serviceman, he was thorough and the treatments (for wasps and tiny ants) were effective. This newer service tech, is the speediest one ever. Blink and he's gone Today we are overrun with ants again and are probably going to move dinner to my brother's house because of that. We've had Scherzinger since 1997 for termite prevention. I would drop them in a heartbeat but we're worried that if there are termites in the future, we won't be covered by warranties on the Centricon system! Update! Scherzinger called on Monday (today) morning after I had posted about bad service and came out with a manager and our prior technician. He will now be handling our work. They spent several hours here going over where the ants could be coming from and treating for them. They also serviced the areas where we get wasps that the newer tech said they did not do any longer. Apparently they do perform that service. Why he had told us that is unknown but I have my own opinion that he was just not in the mood to treat that because it requires a long pole and sprayer. A nyway, they performed the correct service and were very concerned that the job be done correctly and that we are satisfied. I consider this matter closed and we're happy that we have a goor technician working on our house now.

I have been using them for years. I pay quarterly and if anything comes about during those times after the spray they come back and spray for free.

Scherzinger Pest Control was great. She came when she was supposed to, took time to check out the house and explain to us what she thought was wrong and how we could fix it. She told us to call her if we had more problems.

Exterminator was very helpful and friendly. She went above what was expected service to help as this was an elderly person. I understand the problem is very hard to control.Treatment was effective but not 100%. We are still trying to ensure they are completely eliminated as one or two missed bugs can escalate very quickly.

It is the best that I know in the area and it’s a local company and it’s very good. I don’t like anybody else. They got rid of all the bed bugs. They sprayed the entire house and isolated the bugs and that kind of stuff and they made sure we were outside the house when they did it. I did a survey on providers and there were a lot of unhappy people out there complaining about them but this was local company so we thought they will be responsible to the community. I have never used anybody else. It included three treatments. Regarding the price I think they all are expensive.

Said he could remove it for $110, but likely no insects in hive with possible exception Queen, and she wouldn't be there in 2 months, and I could safely remove it myself without danger

They put sticky traps and baited for mice, but my cat may have got them as I see no mice in the traps and no new evidence of them. The spiders and centipedes have decreased in numbers and I rarely see any. It is expensive, but I didn't want to go mouse hunting alone!

Tim showed up right on time. He was very knowledgeable about different types of bugs and assured me the bugs were harmless. He suggested continuing to use a store bought insecticide to kill the insects. Because Scherzinger offers free inspections, there was no charge for the service visit. I would definitely use Scherzinger again due to their overall professionalism, prompt service, and knowledge.

This is a little embarrassing . . . I discovered a bed bug in my son's room. He had just moved out and I was cleaning up and ewww! I called another company and was not happy with what I was told over the phone so I called Scherzinger and was relieved by a short discussion with them. The person appeared for an initial inspection right on time within a couple days and they were very accommodating and did the appointment in the evening after work. He assured me that it was not bad and he onlys saw evidence in one room. Services were contracted and on the day of the service, the technicians showed up on time, were very good, personable, knowledgeable, efficient and discreet. I felt comfortable with them and they answered all my questions very thoroughly. They gave me tips about traveling and staying in hotels since I was headed off to a conference. It put me at ease. For the follow up visit, again, the inspector was right on time and very thorough. I would hire this company again without a second thought. It was a little pricey but worth every penny! I felt that all the people I dealt with were knowledgeable about the pest, its life cycle and the extermination process. Great service.

They come 4 times a year and more often when there are issues....I have had only a couple of different technicians through the years but have been happy with all of them.... I have had to call many times in past about new issues and they have always responded in a timely manner and even as important they have always solved my issues for me.....

Process was very smooth and oour serviceman provided us with a detailed breakdown of what services were provided. Customer service is always so helpful and the serviceman always lets you know if he will be delayed.

They sent a man certified in pest control. He arrived on time, took care of the hives easily and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. The yellow jackets' entrance was between bricks where some of the mortar had fallen out. The carpenter bees had made holes under my mail box and built their nest in the mailbox post.

They are very knowledgeable about specific issues, and so you can ask them about anything from ants in the kitchen, to spiders outside. They know what to tell you to eliminate to prevent those pests, and they will also treat the site for you.

They say what they are going to get rid of and what you shouldn't see any more of and you don't see any more of them. Their formula is really good.

Darren arrived early in the morning...close to 6am to dust the nests. He had a supervisior come over as well to assist. Two hours later the yellow jackets were gone. Hopefully they will not come back looking for other places to nest.

We have absolutely no complaints with Scherzinger. It's a very professional outfit. The technicians who monitor are extremely diligent.

Our home has no special issues, just the occasional ant and spider. Cost was for the initial inspection (inside and outside) and spray (outside only). Subsequent visits (quarterly) as a preventive measure cost $105/visit. Technician was courteous and professional. After 30 days, there has been no noticeable difference. Certainly not more bugs, but not any less either. Nothing changed. Update (8/5): Scherzinger service manager followed up with us and is attempting to address the issue. Review grades adjusted accordingly. UPDATE (8/27): After 60 days, there is now a noticeable reduction in insects. Issue solved. I appreciate Sherzinger's quick response and their commitment to customer service. Grades adjusted upward accordingly.

I have been using them for two years now. I have not found anything bad about them. They do an adequate job for me. I will continue to use them.

We were instructed to vacuum up the termites we saw inside our house, and the flow subsided and tapered off to none while the bait stations were being installed outside, and no other termites have appeared visibly after that initial invasion. Two of the 35 stations were found to have activity hours after they were first installed. A month later, ScherZinger inspection revealed that 1 station had activity, and 3 months later inspection showed activity in that station had ceased, with partial bait remaining. Current inspections of all 35-stations reveal no activity. This spring came and went and no termites appeared, so I extended the ScherZinger "Centricom Service" quarterly inspections and reports for an additional three year period at a cost of $670.80.

Technician was on time, polite, and did a good job explaining everything.
