Scherzinger Pest Control

The young man who came out (I cannot remember his name but he is part of the Scherzinger family) was great. He explained everything to my fiance in person and then again to me on the phone. Even though I am extremely hard to get a hold of he called everytime he said he would and was very prompt about following up. When we found more ants after the first treatment, they came back out just 2 days after we called and treated again at no extra charge.

They charged $100 for a one time treatment. We did not want the quarterly pest program, which is what they seemed more intersted in selling. They ants returned within a week. We called and they came back out, but said they didn't see any ants so did not retreat. The problem became worse. We called another pest control service. We were very pleased with their service.

Good. The inspection was much better than the actual treatment however. The inspector found previous signs of termite damage; however, he did not find (even though he looked extensively) any signs of recent or current damage. Thus he did not suggest a more costly termite treatment. The exterminator showed up about a week after the inspection to conduct a general, whole-house treatment. However, the inspector was unclear of what he was actually treating. Seems there is a disconnect between the inspector & the person performing the treatment.

The person who came to the house was very knowledgeable, he called immediately after I contacted the company. He makes inspections every three months and I am very satisfied with the work they have done.

Linda has been our representative for several years. She is very thorough, familiar with our 'hot spots' throughout the years, and always willing to investigate any situation we describe. She is always friendly and professional. Our home has been pest free since we initiated the program, and we would recommend it to everyone. We are confident that the work being done is no more than we need to protect our home.

They are prompt and professional. I am well satisfied with the quality of their work, they always arrive promptly in a uniform identifying themselves and their truck.

Since I live in a duplex and the people on the other side of the house had roach issues, they felt Sherzinger should check out my place as well. They were courteous, on-time and when they found there weren't any roaches in my house, did not try and sell me any services or lie about what they'd found. I chose to get a one-time treatment in case any of the bugs did venture over and it was very, very reasonable.

SCHERZINGER HAS ALWAYS PROVIDED GOOD SERVICE, SO WE HAVE RENEWED OUR INSPECTION CONTRACT ANNUALLY SINCE THE INITIAL TREATMENT FOR TERMITES IN 1999. THEIR SENTRICON SYSTEM ELIMINATED THE TERMITES AS THEY HAD REPRESENTED IT WOULD. THEIR SERVICE TECHNICIANS SEEM PLEASANT, WELL-TRAINED, & KNOWLEDGEABLE. WHEN WE OR OUR NEIGHBOR OCCASIONALLY DESTROYS A STATION COVER BY HITTING IT WITH THE MOWER, SCHERZINGER COMES OUT TO REPLACE IT WITH NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

PROFESSIONAL COMPANY. HARD WORKERS, AFFORDABLE, SERVICE REPS WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE BUSINESS. DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD GO WITH LITTLE DISTURBANCE OF HOUSEHOLD. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL ON SETTING APPOINTMENTS.

OVERALL, THE TECHNICIAN DID A VERY GOOD & THOROUGH JOB. HE TALKED TO ME FIRST TO SEE IF WE WERE HAVING ANY SPECIFIC PROBLEMS. THIS IS PART OF THEIR GUARDIAN PROGRAM. THEY SERVICE OUR HOUSE ABOUT EVERY 3 MONTHS.

TONY IS OUR PROVIDER FOR THE COMPANY. HE ALWAYS CALLS AHEAD TO LET US KNOW WHEN HE WILL BE THERE AND TO SEE IF WE HAVE CONCERNS. HE IS VERY THOROUGH IN HIS WORK AND LETS US KNOW IF HE SEES ANY POTENTIAL PROBLEMS.

SCHERZINGER SHOWS UP WHEN THEY SAY THEY WILL, RESPONDS RAPIDLY TO PHONE CALLS AND ALL STAFF ARE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WE HAVE HAD VIRTUALLY NO INSECTS IN THE HOUSE SINCE STARTING WITH THEIR SERVICE IN 2003.

PRICE IS FOR YEARLY CONTRACT. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT, VERY COURTEOUS, VERY GOOD, BUT THEY ARE EXPENSIVE.

SOMETIMES THE TECHNICIAN WAS DIFFICULT TO TALK TO. MY WIFE FELT A LITTLE UNEASY ABOUT HIM.

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT UNTIL THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED. SINCE THEN THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL MISSED MONTHLY VISITS THAT WERE GUARANTEED IN CONTRACT AND I HAD TO TAKE THE INITIATIVE TO CONTACT THEM TO FIND OUT WHY THE DELAY IN SCHEDULE. USUALLY I HAD TO CALL MORE THAN ONCE BECAUSE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED PROMPTLY. COMPUTER GLITCHES IN SCHEDULING AND MULTIPLE WORKERS OUT WITH ILLNESSES HAVE BEEN OFFERED AS EXCUSES FOR MISSED VISITS GUARANTEED IN THE CONTRACT. HOWEVER, NO ADJUSTMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE TO MY PAYMENTS. I ALSO HAVE THE PEST CONTROL SERVICE WHICH IS A DIFFERENT DIVISION AND PERFORMS WELL, ALTHOUGH I FEEL IT IS OVERPRICED. HOWEVER, THE TERMITE DIVISION LACKS ORGANIZATION AND DOESN'T SEEM COMMITTED TO DOING MUCH TO REMEDY THE SITUATION, SINCE I HAVE HAD SEVERAL PROBLEMS OVER THE LAST YEAR. THE TECHNICIANS THAT MAKE THE VISITS ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL, BUT CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH WITH THE LEADERSHIP THEY OBVIOUSLY LACK WITHIN THE DIVISION.

THEY HAVE BEEN PRETTY GOOD ABOUT TIMELINESS, WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME, THEY DO. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, WE ARE ALSO GOING TO USE THEM FOR CARPENTER ANTS. THE TECHNICIANS ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL.

I HAVE USED THIS PEST CONTROL SERVICE SINCE 1996

DID A WHOLE HOME TREATMENT. WE NOTICED NOICE IN A SPECIFIC SPOT, BUT THEIR TREATMENT WASNT ADDRESSED CORRECTLY, DESPITE OUR PROTESTS. THEIR TREATMENT WASNT EFFECTIVE AT ALL. WE FINALLY CORRECTED THE ISSUE OURSELVES. WE CALLED THEM FOR MOLES AS WELL, AND NO ONE EVER RESPONDED TO US. WHEN WE BROUGHT ALL OF THIS TO OUR ATTENTION, THEY PROMISED TO HAVE MANAGEMENT CALL BACK, BUT NO ONE DID.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND KEPT COMING BACK UNTIL THEY WERE SURE THE PESTS WERE GONE.

I THINK THEY ARE PRETTY THOROUGH, LETTING US KNOW WHAT MAINTENANCE NEEDS TO BE DONE. THEY GO THE EXTRA STEP.

THE TECHNICIANS THAT COME OUT REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND ARE VERY HELPFUL.

VERY RELIABLE AND VERY CONSIDERATE OF YOUR SCHEDULE

NOT SURE IF THEY REALLY ACHIEVED WHAT THEY SAY THEY WERE GOING TO ACHIEVE.

IT'S A VERY NICE COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.

THEY NEVER CAME OUT THE FIRST YEAR OF OUR CONTRACT WE RESIGNED WITH THEM NEVER CAME OUT AGAIN TILL I CALLED THEM RIGHT BEFORE THE CONTRACT ENDED AND WE SWITCHED COMPANIES
