Scherzinger Pest Control

I was so impressed by the man that came out to do this. He was quite knowable in what he did and was in and out in no time. He told me what the pest were and what to expect even next year with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will use them again.

During our carpet installation we noticed some black sawdust on the floor near a second floor window and called Scherzinger. They sent an inspector out within two hours to investigate. Determined it was old residue (called frass) from carpenter ants. There was no charge for the service and our inspector was excellent in explaining the issue.

They laid the baiting stations which was an outdoor system that went around the house. They did not put any kind of poison at all. They were fine and on time. They did what they said they were going to do and did a good inspection. We had other quotes which were a little bit cheaper, but I think these people did more. They were very professional. I would use them again in future.

They are always very polite and punctual. The process is a very little hassle to us and they are always done in a timely manner.

They are always friendly when they come out. They always show up on time when I have an appointment with them. They are clean while they are out to my home. I have not had any bug problems since they began coming out.

We have a guardian programme under which they come in about 4 times in a year. They spray around. I had a problem with carpenter ants. The ants were in my kitchen too and were driving me mad. Once it was so bad they had to pull out the stove and spray behind it. They were recommended to me by my parents. Under the guardian programme, I can call them for any additional problems with no extra cost. I pay quarterly. They come in on time.

The services provided by them included the treatment of the exterior of my house for pests. We had got the guardian plan from them. They came into the house initially and did a treatment inside and outside the house. Later on, they did an outside treatment to keep pests out. They are great in every way. Once I signed up for the guardian protection, we had a yellow jacket nest out in the yard. So, when I called them to inform about the nest, they came out and treated it for no charge. They are very responsive. Once you sign up for their service, they do the quarterly treatments. They also come out to treat for any other pest problems that you might have without any charge, which is great. They always called before they came and asked us if we had any specific problems. I asked them not to treat my deck as I wanted to keep plants on it and I didn’t want any pesticides near the plants. So, they did not do that. I had baby birds in my garage and I didn’t want them to treat by the garage too. They were very sensitive to my requests and they were great. The price that they charged was fair. It seemed expensive, but that’s what you pay for.

They were cheaper than the competition. I have not have any pest issues since using their services.

They've been very responsive to our needs. They're okay. If something cheaper came along with the same quality of work I would probably go with them. We seem to communicate well with one another.

Service was good and detail oriented. the servicemen didnt mind taking the time to look and ensure areas were clear.

Technician did not recognize "Post Beetle" damage or treat it. Technician is afraid of heights and failed to treat carpenter bees in about carport eaves.

They do a good job inspecting your home for pests. They are professional and knowledgeable. They are trustworthy. They come to your house on time.

They are very professional and informative; They let you know everything that was going on. It seemed like it was all very well coordinated.

Good - sales pitch was moderate from sales person. Service person was very good - put multiple traps in place to detect all the different types of bugs in our house and in the garage. Also treated the attic for field mice & wasps.

I think the fact that we've used them for the last 10 years speaks to the fact that they are a good company and that we trust them. Through the service they provide they do a perimeter treatment of our home so they've rarely had to come inside to do any treatment. When we first moved in we had a problem with spiders, ants and centipedes. Now we don't have any more ants and only rarely see any spiders or centipedes. Anytime we do see something pop up though, they quickly come out to help and the cost is covered in our contract.

They come regularly, I no longer have any termite damage and am pleased with their work.

The technician who comes out is very nice, polite, and provides thorough work. He really seems to know what he is doing. He will also take care of any emergencies at no extra charge.

Treated under house eaves for carpenter bees. Bees returned several months later.

We purchased a home with a contract with Schirzinger for termite control. The service provider is always very polite and helpful when he comes to check the baits and makes sure to close the gate behind him when he leaves our yard.

The programs that they have for routine maintenance are money savers. They have been dong a good job and seem to come when they are supposed to.

They are very prompt. They are courteous. They do a good job. Anything they move to do the treatment, they put it back. They are very responsive. If I have any problems, they will come out and take of it at no extra charge. I have noticed good results from their services.

I pay them annually. They are very knowledgeable about the chemicals they use. They're very understanding about our concerns with the chemicals. They treat the area to your needs.

I have a set yearly plan with them. It went very well. They are very professional. I refer them. They are very reliable. They call to remind you of the appointment. They are very personable and knowledgeable. They always arrive on time to do the work.

I just started using them but so far I'm happy with the service. They offer a preventive termite control program which I think is very good. They were very thorough.

We almost dropped the service this year after using it for 4 years. A Salesman came out and convinced us it's a good termite monitoring system and an excellent selling feature if and when we decide to sell our home.
