Scherzinger Pest Control

I have been very pleased in my dealings with this company - initial phone contact, visits, re-scheduling if I need to and the professionalism of Tony, my rep. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything well. I also like the fact that I continue to have no bugs inside.

I rate them high overall. They come when they say they are going to come. They take care of all the problems. I used to pay them once in a year and now I pay them quarterly. They do regular spraying when they come. If you have any issues in between, you can call them and they will come when you are at home and take care of it. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am on their plan for prevention. Years and years ago they had installed a termite station for prevention. They come out on a regular basis to check the station and see if there is any activity. I pay for every two years or something. They are very respectful of my home. They are professional and very autonomous. They seem to know what they're doing. My overall experience with them has been fine.

We use them only for regular maintenance. They have gotten rid of ants. They are great. We pay them yearly and are happy with them. In our town they send the same person. He is very pleasant to work with. He is wonderful.

We just canceled the former service. As prices change and things are getting more expensive we had to cut back. They do a general treatment for any kind of bugs or anything like that. Previously we were using them for that. Now we have canceled that part. They have been very good in reporting in whenever we needed them here. In general they have been very handy. They were reasonable when we started using them. It has been a number of years we have been using them but we have not compared them lately. Quality wise they are very good whenever we needed and they are very careful when coming through our yard and through our plants. We will continue to use them in the future.

They are very good. They send someone out once a year to do an inspection. They will answer all kinds of questions for you and they are very helpful.

They are a really cool company and I have had them before. The guy who came out actually went down into our basement and sprayed around the inside of the foundation. I like the technician because he is really thorough; usually the problem is taken care of immediately. I will use him again in the future.

We started using them a long time ago. The great thing is that, if you have any problem between their visits, they will come out within 24-48 hours and take care of the problem at no additional cost. I would recommend them.

Never a problem with Scherzinger and always willing to do more to help.

My experience was great; they got rid of my problem. If I have any more problems, I will absolutely hire them again.

Heat Treatment was not successful. The bed bugs came back. The company did not honor their warranty. For a second treatment, they gave me an even higher quote then before.....of $2,500 instead of $1,750 because Ryne said that the original $1,750 was just an "introductory offer". Sounds to me like he didn't really expect the first treatment to work. The first treatment probably didn't work, because it was cold outside and Scherzinger did not have the capacity to adequately apply the heat treatment given the amount of space inside the apartment and conditions outside. The room temperature may have been 140F, but it is unlikely that all the places where the bugs hid under the floor or walls also got that high. From what I have researched, heat treatment will kill the bugs and eggs, but it is a very difficult treatment to apply, and bugs can hide and be insulated from the heat if they crawl into certain cracks or crevices. The heat treatment should only be recommended and used during the warm summer months when it is easier to bring the house up to the desired temperature. However, the salesman did not recommend this at the time.

They come every three or four months to do maintenance kind of spray on the outside of the house. They come out on an as needed basis if you have any issues in between. The person that we use in particular called Chad is fantastic. We had an ant problems and he came out two times trying to figure out where the source of the problem was. He was very determined and figured out the source. He solved the problem.

Everything has been great with this company. They have been very reliable and trustworthy. They are very responsive to your calls as well. I will continue to use this company.

. They helped to exterminate Carpenter ants. They are good. I will continue to use them in the future.

We really like them. They were here for our regular service. They are prompt and they do very thorough inspection findings. They come regularly and we have a service contract with them. They give us a notice when they are going to come and also when they have completed the job. There are no surprises with them.

They were prompt and did what they said. Their quality of work was above average.

Very satisfied with entire experience. Arrived on time, discovered ants in master bedroom, treated for pests and termites...Told me next steps etc.. Spent over two hours at my home and will return in 30 days to continue and check on status all included in price.

They come out every quarter and treat the outside of the house, and if I have any problems, they do the inside too. They call and ask me whether I have any inside problems. They are excellent. The workers are very good and do their work effectively. I would use them for any insect problem.

They got the job done. They could only do half of the job while they were here because they did not have some equipment. I had to wait for another two or three months to get it done, but it was my fault not theirs. They did an adequate job. I have had no complaints. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

I liked everything about them. They were just punctual and they showed up when they said they are going to show up and they did job the way they promised that they would do. Everything was done in a timely fashion.

I have a service agreement with them; so they call me when they are in the area. They make the appointment and they show up. They are usually on time. They always make it to, when they say they will. They take 15 minutes to complete their work and so far so good.

i would never use this company from what i have seen.

We've used them for six years. They do a great job. They come every three months to check the termite stations. They do wonderful. They are a little expensive but so far they seem to be worth it.

I called Scherzinger. I asked about an estimate for a specific service and they set up an estimate appointment for that specific service. The estimate appointment already took several days longer than all of the other exterminators I called. The day of the appointment, the guy calls me and says he will be at my house to perform services and they weren't even the correct type of services I requested. When I questioned him, he said he would have to set up an appointment for another guy to come out because he doesn't handle the type of service I requested. He said the other guy can take care of this. He also told me about how much money the other service would cost. (It was extremely high compared to other exterminators.) I could not get information about the cost over the phone when I called for the original appointment. Had I been told the cost up front, then I would not have bothered with the estimate appointment in the first place. I told him not the bother to come to my house because I lost confidence in their services at that point. I have heard that Scherzinger is a good company however my experience was not good. Added: March 13, 2011 This is in response to Scherzinger's response. Your response is false. I was not told all of the information your response insinuated. If your response were true then why in the world would I set up an appointment for an estimate--ONLY an estimate? Why would you dispatch your technician to do the job for a treatment I didn't even ask for, get an estimate for or even approve? When I called your office I was told they could not give me any pricing and that I HAD to have an estimate for the service I requested. The appointment was for that estimate and ONLY that ESTIMATE. Your technician called me, the day of the estimate appointment, and told me he was on his way to do the job. (instead of coming for the estimate appointment it was supposed to be) I told him he was supposed to be giving me an estimate for the Heat Services. He said that he doesn't handle that (heat services) and that he would have to have someone else come out to do the estimate. I told him that I was unhappy about it and that I just needed to know the price of the Heat Services...even a "ballpark" price. He told me the price. He knew I was upset that I had not been given that information up front when it could have easily been given and the whole appointment or anything else would not have happened in the first place. So he said he would call someone and call me back. He called me back very quickly (of course NOW he would since he was losing the business!) but it was too late in my book. I was tired of everyone at Scherzinger being evasive AND not divulging information up front AND sending someone to do a job I didn't even ask for OR get the estimate for OR even APPROVE the estimate or the job! I hope my experience was an isolated experience and that your company doesn't normally handle matters this way. It is a good way to lose business. I also hope that your company learns from my experience for the sake of your future customers.
