Ryan's All-Glass

They came out and gave me an estimate. They said it would take about a week to get the glass pane delivered. Less than a week later, they called to schedule the installation work and it took about 15 minutes. I was very satisfied.

They responded quickly to my call, coordinated with my auto insurance company, and came to my workplace to replace the windshield. Great service the repair person was prompt (a couple of hours early, actually) and courteous. I just left him with my car in the parking lot and returned a couple of hours later to find the new windshield installed and not a trace of glass or work material anywhere.

Great. Jeremiah estimated the job and then performed the installation as scheduled, about one week later. The job was much more work than I had anticipated he carefully removed each sash, measured and replaced the glass, checked and adjusted the ropes as he reinstalled the windows. There was only a little clean-up for us to do afterward, and the windows look great!

Everyone from the person on the phone to the men that came out were service oriented.

We really liked their quality of work and their customer service. They were prompt and knew what they were doing. They came right out when we called and it took them about an hour to replace the window on one of our doors that had cracked. Later this year, we will have them out again to replace a lot more windows.

I called to receive a quote and unlike the other company I called, Ryan's actually came to my home to measure and provide me with the quote. We placed the order and within one week, Ryan's had the window replaced. The gentleman who replaced the window was polite, fast, and clean.

I couldn't have asked for it to go any smoother. I made the appointment. The technician, Gene, showed up right on time. He took out the broken glass and cut the new glass right there. It took no time at all. I will certainly use this company for the next baseball incident.

Two guys came and removed the mirrors. They used large suction cups to first loosen the mirrors from the wall where there were glue spots, then lifted them out and loaded them on their truck and took them away. They were a little late (scheduled from 8 to noon, but they didn't show until about 1 pm) they explained that their first job took much longer than expected, and were apologetic. It didn't really bother me that much.

Called early on a Sunday morning and they responded within hours! Boarded up a large bay window quickly and efficiently; they even cleaned up. A very positive experience.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I was able to have someone out within a week, and they completed a very difficult job very efficiently.

They came when they said they would and brought the glass quickly.

Easier than going to the dentist. It takes less than an hour and they handle the paperwork with the insurance company. Our cost was the insurance deductible only.

I went to Ryan's All-Glass to get an estimate for the windshield repair. He looked at it and stated he could do it right away. Within an hour, I was on my way.

Apparently nobody wants to fix my car. I don't even need glass- just seals around the windshield, and rear window. $375 isn't enough?!?

Called for quote ($225.00), but they were much higher priced than another company on Angie's list. I would have preferred to use Ryan's due to the fact that they had done work for us in the past. However, the higher price quote in combination with a rude receptionist at Ryan's made me decide to use the other company.

The window is fine but it wasn't ready when they said it would be- they couldn't get a hold of the guy who specialized in our kind of window as soon as they thought they could, so after we dropped the window off at the store, we were without a window in that spot for much longer than we had anticipated.

GENERALLY SPEAKING THEY DID A GOOD JOB. HOWEVER, I QUESTION THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CALLED OUR HOME TO TELL US THAT THE GLASS WAS READY FOR DELIVERY. THEIR MESSAGE SAID THEY WERE COMING OUT TO OUR HOUSE THE NEXT DAY. HOWEVER, WE WERE ON VACATION. NEEDLESS TO SAY WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT OUR HOME NO ONE WAS THERE. WHEN WE DID ARRANGE FOR DELIVERY OF THE GLASS AFTER OUR RETURN FROM VACATION, THE GLASS DID NOT FIT OUR TABLE (EVEN AFTER THEY HAD MADE A PAPER TEMPLATE OF OUR TABLE). SO, THEY HAD TO SPEND EXTRA TIME IN OUR GARAGE CUTTING THE GLASS. NOT A BIG PROBLEM, BUT A BIT INCONVENIENT.

EASY TO WORK WITH, QUICK TO GET MATERIAL BACK.

YIKES! I COULDN'T BELIEVE THE BILL WHEN WE WENT TO PICK UP THE SCREENS. $400.00 FOR 6 SCREENS. I DON'T KNOW IF THEY MISQUOTED ME, (IT WAS VERBAL), OR IF I GOT MY ESTIMATES MIXED UP, BUT I KNOW WE PAID WAY TOO MUCH. ALSO IT TOOK THEM MUCH LONGER THEN THEY SAID. I LEARNED TO GET ESTIMATES IN WRITING WHEN YOU DROP OFF THE JOB!

THEY WERE PROMPT IN THEIR ARRIVAL. THE GENTLEMAN THAT DID THE WORK WAS CLEAN AND POLITE. THEY EVEN GAVE ME 50% OFF OF MY INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE. THEY CALLED TOO AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE.

THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB BUT WERE NOT REAL QUICK IN THEIR REPAIRS. I WAS IMPRESSED THAT THEY STAYED LATE UNTIL WE PICKED UP OUR WINDOW. THEY WERE QUITE FRIENDLY.

RYANS WAS QUICK AND EFFICIENT IN THEIR RESPONSE TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT AND MEASURE. THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS EASY AND WHEN THE WINDOW WAS INSTALLED IT WAS DONE IN A MATTER OF 20 MINUTES. THE INSTALLER WAS COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER HIS WORK. WE WERE SATISFIED. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS DONE A GREAT JOB, CUTTING GLASS TO ALL SORTS OF SHAPES AND SIZES FOR ME. THEY ARE FAST, ACCURATE, AND CAREFUL WITH HANDLING THE GLASS. A BIT EXPENSIVE THOUGH (ALTHOUGH I HAVEN'T COMPARISON SHOPPED).
