Ryan's All-Glass

Overall, my experience with them was excellent. Their quality of work was great, and the price was what they had quoted me. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Process takes some time. Glass has to be measured and door parts and hardware have to be ordered. Ryans comes out to measure and survey the project ahead of time and prepares an estimate of time and materials cost and expenses. If agreeable, you place a deposit and they order parts and any accessories. Office staff give you a estimate on timing and let you know of any delays or problems. Ours took about 2-weeks to order in all the pieces. Once all is in they call and schedule the install which typically takes a day, in our case it took a little longer because of the type of frame used. Once complete you make final payment. We were on time and budget, there was only one issue of a part that had come in with minor damage from shipping but they reordered and replaced it without any problem.

very helpful woman answered phone, told me they couldn't come to my house to do the work unless the day was warm and dry enough, but let me drop car off night before having work done there, called me when it was done, also explained they found a small bit of rust on the car near the roof that I should keep an eye on

The receptionist was very pleasant and accommodating to schedule an appointment. That appointment only lasted a few minutes while measurements were taken. A few days later I received a call from the company advising me of the total cost. They gave me a small discount to keep it within my $500.00 budget and put half on a credit card as a deposit. Once the glass was ready, about 5 days later, they installed next day. The worker was very punctual, fast, efficient and professional. Windows look great, quality appears great. Good experience.

The staff were courteous and professional from the initial scheduling all the way through the repair. The pit is filled and the surface is a very smooth. They started when they said they would and the repair was completed on time.

Everything went smoothly and the installer did a great job. There were several other orders on the table when I picked up the car. I did some extra things that may not be necessary, but since the temperatures were still cold garaged my car for three days to make sure the glue cured. Opened the windows when I shut the door, so the increased air pressure wouldn't push out on the windshield. Drove through a rain storm the other day and everything is weather tight. Ryan's did a great job from start to finish!

No complaints. I took the car to their place of business, they replaced the windshield and I've had no problems since.

Went well as they were able to remove the windshield in one piece intact. Resealed it and did nice job with good explaining of the process. Fair cost to do the job. did at time promptly.

The windshield n my '89 Toyota developed a large crack. I called Ryan's all-glass to see if they had windshield for that car model, which they did. I asked when they could do the work, and I was given an appointment for 10 a.m. the following morning. They also estimated the work would take 60 - 90 minutes, and the cost would be $190 + tax. The following morning I arrived shortly before 10 a.m., my car was taken in immediately, the job was completed 75 minutes, and the cost was $190 + tax. I was also advised of the "do's and don'ts" for the windshied for the next several hours while it set. The waiting area and the shop area were very clean, and everyone was very courteous and professional. My experience was so positive that I felt compelled to send this report.

Estimator arrived on time, and office called promptly with quote. New windows were ready for installation about the date they were estimated to be. Installers arrived on schedule arranged, were polite and professional, and their work was neat and thorough. Overall, entirely satisfactory. Did not rate the price as I did not get a competitive bid. They were recommended as doing good work by Pickens Window and a friend, and, having a 10% off coupon which they were glad to honor, didn't bother. Suspect it may have been a waste of time in this instance.

They did an excellent job! I had a big mirror in the bathroom, and when I remodeled the bathroom, I had them replace the mirror that was in there. It looks like the old one, but it doesn't have any specks or anything coming through. I would absolutelyuse them again in the future.

They were on time, gave me what I wanted. The price was very good and they did a good job. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I would use them again.

I ordered the table and they delivered it free which amazed me. I like their punctuality – because they finished the work in the exact time that they told me and delivered it on time as well. The edging was polished and smooth. They also put the clear pad underneath. It just looked really very nice.

Estimate was responsive and lower than two other top companies. It did take 7-10 days for the glass to come in, which was a little surprising since it was just a regular window. Actual work was quick and clean.

They first came and measured the doors and gave me an estimate a couple of days later. They did a good job and I was pleased. Their pricing was competitive and the quality of work is excellent. I give them high ratings on all counts.

I had used this firm before in 2004. The estimator was to my house promptly; I was called the next day with the price which was very satisfactory; the glass was ordered and I was called in a couple of days to set a time. The installers were here well within the time frame. They were very professional, did the work rapidly and very well, cleaned up and finished in about 3 hours. Nice people to work for you, and I would use this firm again. Great job-I highly recommend them.

Price seemed very good. Had gotten their name from other window companies when we asked for pricing to replace the glass. We found that the Ryan's price was much better than the other companies. We didn't use them simply because we have gotten involved with other projects. We plan to use them when we decide to move forward with the window replacement.

They were great. Cut the glass for me same day and even explained how to install it myself, which saved me a ton of money compared with having them come out and do the work.

The measurements for the shower installation needed to be taken a second time because the first measurement was incorrect. The large irregular window required four separate measurements over a month's time. The people at Ryan's weren't helpful or good at communicating why they needed to remeasure or when the work would be done. The molding around the large window was broken during the final measurement but I was assured that they would install a new molding that was primed and ready to paint. The shower installation went fairly well although the bottom right hand outer corner was left unsealed. The window installations did not go well at all. The two standard windows had the grids off centered in a noticeable fashion. The large window was installed but the outside of the window was not caulked because they did not have the correct color of caulking with them nor was the molding primed. When my husband said he wanted to inspect the work before they left the installer got mad and left. My husband called Ryan's office and requested a walkthrough with Bruce Ryan to see what could be done to amend the work. It was agreed that the outside of the large window would be recaulked, the two windows with the crooked grids would be redone, and that Bruce Ryan would oversee these changes. We received a call setting up an appointment for a Saturday. No one showed up to do the work, we didn't receive a call, and there was no one accepting calls at the office. We did receive a call the following week to reschedule and this time they did show up and easily completed the work.

When they brought the glass it didn't fit so they came back. After they finished sanding it down, they told me that they didn't work around anyone's schedule. I had to wait until a day off for them to come back.

I called to have the cracked windshield replaced on my husband's truck. I called on Saturday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for the following Monday at my husband's workplace. When they arrived to do the work, it started to rain so they told my husband they would return later in the day if rain stopped. If not, they would do the work the next day. The rain did stop and they replaced windshield in no time at all and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company. Because of our insurance, we did not have any out-of-pocket expenses.

This summer, my husband locked himself out of the house after recently moving. It was sometime around midnight and he had both of our dogs outside with him, off leash, while they were going out back for the last potty break of the evening -- we don't have a fence either. I was out of town and he didn't have his cell phone with him. After contemplating for a few hours, he decided to break a window to reach the door. He had to call someone immediately the next day and have them repair it with plastic until the proper window could be ordered and hung on a later date.
