Ryan's All-Glass

Gave them the info over the phone -- I was able to jump in my car & they had the custom-cut glass waiting for me by the time I got there. Quick & easy!

Technician measured the areas of glass to replace, got a phone estimate 48 hours later and scheduled a replacement. Bothe the estimate and the replacement tech were punctual, polite and professional. I'd use Ryan's again.

I hired Ryan's All Glass to repair the mistakes of another contractor (Economy Glass). Very satisfied with Ryan's.

Lori, the secretary, was extremely nice. She got us scheduled right away, for someone to come out and cover the window. Unfortunately, their workshop was closed for Christmas, so they could only board it up at the time. He called us a couple of times, confirming the service appointment. He cleaned up the surrounding area very well. He took measurements and covered the window. They were able to come and install our new double-paned window within a week, earlier than they had promised. They repaired the screen too, and installed that a week later. They were very good about communicating with us, exactly what was happening and when. We are extremely happy with their service.

I called my insurance agent because I had a stone come up and hit and chip my windshield. They referred me to Lynx, the third party that handles winshield repair. They asked me to find a local company I wanted to work with and I called them back to make sure they were part of their network so we decided on Ryan's All Glass. They did the repair quickly and the job is warranted by Lynx. I don't know what the charge was because I didn't pay anything, they bill the insurance.

Very well, also had an issue with my car and mechanic who fixed car explained to me about the issue.

Overall experience was fantastic.

Ryan's was the company the contractor recommended to install shower doors for a master bath remodel as they had worked with them on many other projects. The owner came out after the shower was tiled to measure and make suggestions what would work best with our bath. The doors were ready as promised in less than two weeks. The install was a 3 visit process where 2 visits were installation and the last one was to apply the hydroshield. All visits were scheduled at my convenience and workers arrived promptly. All employees seemed very knowledgeable about the installation process. I made a last minute change in handles, which had to be special ordered, and they accommodated those changes with efficiency. We are in the process of deciding whether or not to make some adjustments on the doors and the company has been more than willing to work with any changes we need in the future.

Received estimate within 2 days of making initial call. Estimation process and installation went very well. I would definitely use Ryans again and would not hesitate recommending to a friend. The reason for the "B" in price category was the final cost differed from the over the phone estimate I was given - understandable because of the type of window and two men were needed to complete the install.

Some of the shelves did not have the rounded edges or were chipped when first collected. No hint of any apology or urgency in correction.

They were professional, efficient, and organized. I would use them again as needed and would highly recommend them to others.

It went well....no problems at all in the measuring, the removal of the old glass or the installation of the new glass. There was one guy working inside the sunroom & one guy on a ladder outside of the sunroom. When they were through installing the windows, they were kind enough to put some decals on the upper windows (which I had previously purchased, to deflect birds from flying into the glass.)

I have used Ryan's before for a couple of custom mirrors, but this experience was altogether hellish. Having a custom shower installed and wanted them to install a custom set of shower doors. The first appointment, Mr. Ryan himself didn't show up and didn't call. The next day he informed us that he would be there that afternoon, and showed up 2 hours late. He basically told us what we wanted done was not possible, despite the fact we had other estimates. He said he would come back after the tile was installed to get a better idea. He didn't show or call for the next appointment, and called the next day and came by. He walked into the bathroom and just shook his head and said "no, no, no, ... " He said he couldn't figure out how to do it, and said that he did thousands of showers every year and that his only solution wouldn't be safe. He said he had to get a different installer to come out and look at it to see if it were possible.We told him we had another estimate and he said "Great! Have THEM do it." I told him based on my prior good experience with him that I wanted him prefereably. So he agreed to have the other glass installer come out. The other guy came the next day and did some measurements, said he would try to figure out how to do it, and then never responded or called back with a final estimate or plan. We went with a different vendor.

Making appointment was easy, and they came next day to my work place.I initially made an appointment to meet at home, but I changed my mind the morning of the installation. The technicians were already out, but when he called me to let me know when they get close, i asked to see if he could meet at my work place. he kindly change the meeting place for me. the installation took about 40-45 minutes, and he was very tidy and very friendly.(he let me watch how he does, since I was just being curious...) After an hour or so of curing time, I drove the car back home and I noticed some glue was pushed out from the edge, and that's why gave the quality, but it's easy enough o just cut it off with razor blade.(I wanted to give more like A- instead of B).I assume it can happen with any window repair, and it's not really a big deal. since this is my first time having windshield repaired i'm not sure... anyways, I am very pleased with the service they performed, and I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs service on cracked windshield!

Ryan's All Glass came to our house and measured for the shower door installation, gave us a quote, fabricated the door, and installed the door. The door fits the space perfectly and functions well. The hardware is attractive and was just what we ordered. They also hung a mirror for us and did a fine job of that. This job involved several phone calls as I had questions about the quote and about the style of door we were ordering and the hardware that came with it. Every phone call was taken or returned promptly. Service was great. Door works great. And the price was below a competitor we were looking at (Basco). I would definitely recommend them.

We had a longer wait than I expected.

Was not inititally impressed with showroom sales person - she was new and disinterested and did not call back with answers to some questions I had. My contractor insisted on Ryan's as the supplier for the shower enclosure and I did really like the products they had to offer. I was having a complete bath remodel and once we got to the point where we were ready for installation there was some confusion on the order and on the scheduling of the work. Colleen then took charge of my job and was quite patient with my ranting and apogized and offered solutions to our problems. She followed up to make sure the work was done to my liking. Once we got over those hiccups, the installers were very effiicient, polite and neat. The end result was a beauiful shower and I must agree with my contractor that Ryan's work and products were outstanding. I feel that they listened to me, learned from the problems we had, and made good on their service in the end. Couldn't be happier with the shower enclosure. I would recommend them.

This was a windshield that lost an argument with a rock. Ryan auto glass came to where I was, very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, easygoing. Paid 50 dollars deductible. Excellent experience. Remember that your insurance company will try to steer you to their preferred vendor, and it is your right to choose anyone. These guys are local folks and worth supporting.

Ryan's All Glass did their work quickly and thoroughly and we had no problems.

Over the weekend, a rock hit our windshield and took a chip out of it. On Monday morning I stopped by Ryan's All-Glass. They looked at it and said it could be repaired and did not have to be replaced. Their first available appointment was on Wednesday at 9am. I returned on Wednesday at 9am and they fixed the chip while I waited. The chip is no longer visible. I was home by 10am.

The window had to be replaced quickly due to the condo being sold and closing in less than two weeks. Ryan's All-Glass staff responded to the deadline by rushing the special order glass order and installing it by the deadline. I worked with the staff in the sales department and they were very accommodating and very nice to work with on this order. They understood my situation and worked with me to complete the task in time for the closing.
