Ric and Mary were fantastic to work with from the time I called to set the appointment to the day Ric and his crew packed up their gear and finished the job. I would highly recommend this family owned company due to the personal care they invest in the job they complete. Ric gave me an estimate and four weeks later his crew, including himself, installed all thirty windows within two to three days as promised. Ric and Mary are very professional and do great work. I will definitely use them again when/if needed.

I still don't have the leak fixed but RWT did all they could.

He had done work for us before. They're a husband and wife team. Very direct, honest and high quality work.

Rick is the owner of RWT and he gave us the estimate. He brought a window to show us and we were impressed with his presentation and were happy with the price. They installed the windows about 5 or 6 weeks after we placed the order, just as Rick estimated. It took 2 days to complete the job, also as they estimated. Rick was part of the installation team because one of his employees had hurt his hand (nothing like having the owner of the company on site and working). They did a great job and we love our new windows. One of the best things about RWT was they cleaned up after themselves and they left the job with our house looking better than when they arrived. They covered the furniture, laid runners on the carpet and floors where they were working, they picked up all the debris and the windows were clean and sparkley when they were done. We are very happy with their job and the windows and would use them again in a minute. We would recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

It was a fantastic experience. The owner, Ric, came out for the quote, and there was absolutely no pressure to buy from him. The windows he uses are top quality and are very similar to Gilkey Window but cost much less! Ric responded quickly to my phone calls and answered all questions patiently and thoroughly. Ric told us they were 10-12 weeks out for installation and installed in 10 weeks. RWT was definitely worth the wait. They don't use subs, the owner was on site the entire time, the crew was very professional, they covered all items to avoid getting them dusty, cleaned up, and I wanted to hire the woman who cleaned the windows to come back monthly!! These windows were for my employers house, and Ric and his crew made me look good for choosing them! I would definitely recommend them and use them in my own home!

My experience was fantastic. The quote was reasonable, the work was performed on time and the windows and door look great. Ric and his team are courteous and polite. They did everything he promised, arriving on time and were very careful about the clean-up. I would gladly have them do another project for me.

He was very polite and returned our calls quickly. We were able to contact him easily. He gave us an estimate immediately. Very professional.

I had 5 companies come out and they were by far the best price. Everything is great about them. One window was cracked and they even came out and replaced it at no additional charge.

It is my opinion that this company has to be one of, if not the best replacement window company in the tri state area. There was no pressure exerted by the owner for me to purchase windows or sign any kind of contract at the first visit (which was a big problem with other replacement window companies that I consulted). Each window was made to the exact measurements needed (other companies had stock window sizes which would have necessitated wood/siding work on the outside of my unit in order for the windows to fit). The installation process was painless, workers arrived on time and the owner was on-site to supervise. The job was done exactly as contracted for. While not the cheapest price-wise, the quality of the product and professionalism of the owner and workmen, made the extra cost well worth it.

RWT was great. Ric, the owner, came on to my house twice to help my wife and I make a decision on replacement windows. Our home is 75 years old and had the original leaded glass windows...we were hesitant to replace them with vinyl windows, but Ric convinced us. They look great and have performed wonderfully. The price was all-inclusive and much lower than prices from competitors (we priced with Permaview as well). Ric was patient, punctual, responsive, and professional during the sales and installation process. RWT does not use contractors and Ric was onsite each day. Making the decision to replace our windows was a little nerve wracking. We moved in earlier in the year and had repainted the house inside and out, as well as purchased a lot of new furniture. RWT took great care during the installation and thoroughly cleaned everything (including the windows) before they left. I would definitely recommend RWT.

GREAT COMPANY BASED ON PROFESSIONALISM. SHOWED UP ON TIME, GAVE GOOD ESTIMATE WITH HONEST PRICE. REGRETFULLY OUR GENERAL GAVE BETTER PRICE (1/2 THE COST) FOR SIMILAR WINDOWS. WE ARE VERY UNHAPPY WITH OUR GENERAL CONTRACTORS INSTALLATION! WISH WE WOULD HAVE STUCK WITH RWT WINDOWS.

HES KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VISITED A COUPLE TIMES TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS BEFORE WE HIRED HIM. HES VERY GOOD ABOUT RESPONDING TO NOT ONLY PHONE MESSAGES BUT WE HAD ONE PROBLEM THAT HE ADDRESSED RIGHT AWAY TOO.

WE WERE EXTREMELY IMPRESSED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY. WE OBTAINED SEVERAL ESTIMATES AND FOUND THEIRS TO BE VERY FAIR. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICE, WORKMANSHIP, AND THE WAY THEY CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS.
