It's always a pleasure to have Ron Klei and Son's painting your house. Clean, neat & steady workers. Unbelievable skill in painting. No excess paint. Little tape used. They were so efficient and meticulous. They are masters of their trade.

The crown molding came detached from the wall and they came right back out to repair it. They were very good at follow through on the work.

The quote was competitive but I had a quote from another company which was even lower. Had even better ratings in Angie's List. We used the other company.

We tried to remove wallpaper in our kitchen, but couldn't get it off. We called several companies. A representative from Ron Klein said he wouldn't be able to get it off either and gave us an alternative method. We had already scored all the wallpaper. So he had to sand it all, patch the drywall, prime and paint over the wallpaper. His price was $500.00 less than the second bid. The third company wouldn't even bid on it. He was able to come and start the job in a few days. Completed it quickly and did an excellent job. He was very nice and we are very pleased with the result.

Very well. The top portion of the wood frame of exterior window had become rotten and the birds were making it worse. They came every morning, causing more damage. Called the call center, since I was unable to access online and was emailed a list of potential companies. Called Ron Klei & Sons after reading their report. He came the same day I called, but I was not home. He left a business card and I called the following day. He told me what needed to be done, quoted me a price and they would perform the work following week. Rained most of the week, however, that Friday morning, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had been here the day before and performed the work. They did a very good job and I contacted them to set up payment, because no bill was left for me to know, if the amount was more or exactly what I was quoted. It was the exact amount I was quoted. I am very satisfied with their work and so happy to be rid of the birds around my bedroom window every morning.

Mr. Klei answered the phone on the first ring and gave me an accurate estimate within 5 minutes. The plasterer did the work the following Wednesday. The man brought drop clothes, so there was little cleanup and the work was perfectly done. He came back one week later when the plaster had dried to sand the area. The plasterer had long experience (he learned his trade from his father), and was very personable and professional. I couldn't recommend him or Mr. Klei more highly.

Quality of work was very, very good. They arrived when they said they would (early in the am) and worked all day long for almost a week. It turned that we had a termite infestation and much wood needed to be replaced. Ron arranged to have his carpenter on site the very next day to complete all the needed repairs. They also did extensive renovation and painting work on my front doors which were scratched over time by our two dogs. The doors look brand new and Ron's carpenter was kind enough to cut two pieces of clear plexiglass that will protect the bottoms of these doors from future scratches. I even received a thank you note from Ron after completion. That was a nice touch; very professional.

Highly recommended. Very pleased and professional. They are not the cheapest but I think they are the best.

THEY WERE GREAT AND THEY RESPONDED VERY QUICKLY. WE WILL USE THEM ALL THE TIME NOW. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY AND CLEAN UP WELL. GOOD CLEAN UP.

Mr Klei only does estimates mon-fri 8-3 and I am unwilling to take time off from work to meet someone for an estimate. I have to reserve my time to be home for the actual work to be done. He sounded nice but unwilling to compromise stating he works 10 hr days (as do some of us at hospitals).

These men worked in very high temperatures, scraping, priming and retouching very large areas and never complained. They are very conscientious. Workers were punctual, nice, worked hard, cleaned up mess. Keep up the good work! We knew some wood needed replacement but when one worker spotted a bat we had that investigated and found we had birds nests a foot high and several feet wide in the attic. This will be solved by having 7 vents screened from the front to prevent birds from perching on the vents to peck wholes in screening behind them.

From the response to my first phone call to the job completion, this company was very courteous and prompt. The quality of the work was superior. The painters were friendly and neat and cleaned up the work areas every day. I would definitely use this company again.

The work was okay. They sort of irritated me and they were slow to get that done. I cannot fault them on the job they did, I would say he is a bit surly. I offered him a second job that took him nearly two weeks to come out and give me a quote on. It was obvious he did not want to do the work.

Simply excellent experience, did what they said expeditiously and for a fair price. Most happy with them.

I contacted Ron about pressure washing the front of our house and within a few days he came out to give me a quote. I gave him the OK to do the work, but had to call after a week or so to see when they planned on completing it. The next day Brian Klei came out to do the job. They did a very nice job and were able to remove all mold from the siding. They even cleaned the porch railings and they now look like they did when they were new. Overall I was pleased and may even consider them for some exterior paint work in the future.

He came out soon after I called him to give me an estimate on exterior painting. He told me that the entire house won't need to be painted and he gave me what seems to be a very reasonable estimate on the work that will begin when the weather permits.

Ron Klei, his sons and workers were very neat and pleasant to have in the house. They were eager to please and when I found a small problem -- such as patching on the sun-room ceiling that I was not satisfied with -- they went over the ceiling and fixed the problem with no questions whatsoever. I am very happy with the paint work and the workers. It was all very professional, and I highly recommend the company as painters. The wallpaper presented a problem, but Mr. Klei was pleasant in offering to redo the one wall on which he paper seams were not matched properly. He came back promptly and re-papered the problem wall. I am satisfied with the results, although not as happy with the paper job as I am with the painting. Although the amount paid seemed high at first, it was in line with other estimates, and there were 3 or four men working for two weeks. They cleaned up well, and even remembered where to rehang pictures and reset the furniture.

Ron was on time, very easy to work with, and did an excellent job.

We are very pleased. The work was done expeditiously and with great courtesy. Problems with the plaster were repaired and cleanup was done every day before Jerry went home.
