The work turned out pretty good. They were very personable, and they seemed very professional. The subcontractors that they hired were especially good, and I believe that they are on Angie?s List as well.

It was all done in a professional manner. Workers were polite, courteous and helpful in answering my questions. If there was a question on their part they always consulted me.

The crew had showed up when they said they would and also cleaned up after themselves. They were also knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done. They were very cooperative and did an excellent job.

They made sure this looked perfect. One of the Klei sons wasn't happy with the way it turned out and he came back and worked on it until it was perfect. They are very responsive, if you could give higher than an A for this, they deserve it. We will continue to use them in the future.

This was a major undertaking and they did a fabulous job. If they haven't been nominated, they should be! They are so professional. I will definitely hire them again, we have some work to be done and they will be the first people we call.

Quite well. The new window is very nice.

They climbed up on the roof, which is very steep. A large number of the nails were actually loosened. The next time wind would have blown them off. They clamped them all down & sealed them with silicon. They came in under their estimate, which was very fair to begin with.

Excellent. The painter arrived about 8:30 a.m. and completed the work by mid-afternoon. We are very happy with the work. Mr. Klei was prompt, professional, and I would hire them again.

When I called he answered and was very professional over the phone. He is coming out the same day that I called him. He is very responsive and punctual.

We were happy with them. They were very professional and polite they were very prompt. They came when they said when they would come. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant and they communicated with us what was going on.

Mr. Klei arrived on time to give me and estimate and mailed me the quote within a few days. I had to ask for a copy of his proof of insurance, but he provided it right away. I had scheduling issues with my availability to have the job done, so Mr. Klei volunteered that his "boys" could come in the evenings to do the work. This is what happened and allowed me to have the job done without using my vacation time. The workers arrived a little early each evening and finished the job in 2 evenings. They moved the furniture and pictures, etc., and replaced when done. The job site was left clean. I am completely satisfied with the job and the extra mile they went to do it at my convenience.

Ron Klei returned my initial call quickly and came out at a mutually agreed upon time for an estimate. He was punctual, polite, professional, and no-nonsense. His quote was just about in the middle of the 5 quotes we received. We were impressed with the longevity of his family business and his Angie's List record, so we hired him. Ron's son Brian and Scott showed up the next day (they were available quickly because they were waiting for the rain to stop to get to some outside jobs). The job was done in 3 days (original estimate was 4-5) They worked diligently throughout that time and were extremely respectful of our home. They asked each morning and evening, when we saw them, how we thought it was looking, and actually listened. The drywall and paint job turned out beautiful! Our invoice arrived a few days later with the Angie's List coupon taken off. Overall, an EXCELLENT experience!

They did alright. I thought they were expensive though. They were nice to get along with. My only complaint, the painter didn't number the shutters, so they had to come back out and readjust them.

The company did not perform the work as their estimate was almost twice as high as the company we went with. Their representative did show up and give a very professional estimate, we just went with someone else.

Ron Klei & Sons were very professional and courteous, and did excellent work -- and at a very reasonable price. My house was in very bad shape and within one week they had repaired and painted everything. The quality of their work was outstanding. From the time I called, we had arranged a start date within a week. On the last day, they did a walk-through with me and touched up any remaining items. I'll be hiring them again in the spring to redo the walls in my kitchen and some trim work that I did not contract for in this round. I've already recommended them to two of my friends.

Ron and his son personally visited our home and provided us with an estimate/proposal. Ron's son was present for all painting and Ron stopped by. Showed up on time, protected all carpeting, and carefully moved furniture. He cleaned up and was very respectful and polite at all times. He listened to concerns and questions; very flexible with scheduling.

Their cost was too high and I did not use them.

Did an excellent job (as usual) with getting the old paint off, priming and two top coats of paint. Always on time and Ron, son and crew are very easy to work with. I have never been disappointed with their work. Any other paint jobs I need, I won't even bother to get estimates from other company, just call Ron and I know I will be happy with his work and his price.

He was just awesome! He was very dependable. He came when he said he would. He would suggest lower cost options. The difference from another contractor we got an estimate from was just amazing.

(After the initial work was done...) They had to come back because they didn't remove the switch plate and instead, just painted around it. They came right back out & re-did the the work to my satisfaction. It's possible that I would use them again in the future.

They came out and cleaned the house one day. The next they got the priming done, then by the third day my house was done!

This was the smoothest most pleasant experience of having work done in our house so far. We called Ron Klei and he stopped by and we got a fast quote. Then he mailed us a detailed quote which we returned signed to secure our painting dates. The day of painting Mike Klei and an assistant showed up and they were professional, worked quietly, and totally cleaned up the area so there was no equipment in the way that first evening. They finished the second day and again cleaned up everything. It was a total stress-free experience, completely wonderful, and the paint looks fantastic - I'm a perfectionist and I thought it looked perfect. It's refreshing to work with a family company as well. They really do care about their work - a company with integrity.

Estimate to pressure wash the house was $2000.00. I own a 2-story, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. This seemed a bit much. When I asked why it was costing so much, I was told: "Because you have a big house." Most expensive pressure washer I could find = $150 rental per day. Cost of labor at $30 an hour for 2 people for 4 hours each = $240. Total = $390.00. This would mean that Ron Klei and Sons would make $1600 profit from pressure washing my house. Even if I'm $500 off, this is absurd. What a racket. No thanks, Ron Klei and Sons.

They are perfect, anybody would be happy to have them work for them. He has previously painted my bedroom and re-wallpapered my bath.

Outstanding. The father bids the job, he is a little gruff. Scheduling was an imprecise science because of weather. The son and his team were responsible, clean, communicated well, and thoughtful. We had them sub out some carpentry repair and that went well, too. I highly recommend this company.
