Description of Work: After gaining their attention, there were at least two visits for generator product discriptions and quotes. The follow up was slow, and when we ask for a third option quote, we never heard from them again. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: Scott, Brian and crew were great! The generator installation took about 6.5 hours start to finish. They checked all circuits and discovered there was enough power to be comfortable in a power outage; in a 2 story home. Only items that we couldn't add to the circuits where a washer/dryer, dishwasher and 2nd floor AC. Work area was thoroughly cleaned. Highly recommend Riverside and its team. If you're considering a durable generator that will get the job done, call Riverside.
