Job went perfect. Riverside did an outstanding job from Richard in sales through the installation with their entire crew. One service since installation and they were promply on site after the request. Great company to do business with and I've had a very positive experience.

He did a really good job. I needed a part and it was beyond the normal scope. I have a daughter who is on a respirator at night and they called in and got me the part off a machine they have in stock and brought it here and put it on so I wouldn't be without a generator.

Riverside replaced parking lot light fixtures for my workplace. They did an excellent job, quick work, had the lowest price. They also filled out an AEP rebate form on our behalf. This was the first time we used them but we will definitely call on them again.

Joshua Gangloff was really great. He responded to my initial inquiry very quickly and professionally, provided a quote the same day, and answered all subsequent questions. The installation happened ~3 weeks later. The installation crew was super nice, professional and fast. The installation went without a hitch.

Riverside Electric was very responsive and quick in turning around the installation and inspection of the generator. They were professional, went over the system to explain how it works, set it up to test itself weekly, and responded quickly for a service call when the gas was inadvertently turned off after pressure testing for the county inspector.

It went great! They were efficient and explained everything they were doing with reasons for doing it. Everything was was clean and in order when they left. They gave me good instructions for using the generator.

The team installed concrete pad for generator to sit on, ran all electric wiring, installed circuit breaker box and breakers. Brian figured a better way to run wire from the generator to CB box inside house. Installation was done in one day by Brian and Quack. Upon completion they gave me a walk through of everything, how it worked and how it would perform. Work site was left cleaned up by the crew. Brian and Quack were very professional, competent and courteous. Their performance reflected highly on Riverside Electric. I would be pleased to recommend Riverside Electric in the future.

Two years ago I had Riverside out to my business to replace our parking lot light pole's bulbs. Everything went fine except for a trip charge that wasn't stated in the estimate (they did end up removing that charge). I contacted them again in early October of this year to do the same thing as for some reason the bulbs didn't last. Initial contact went fine and someone came out to our office to assess the situation. Then I didn't hear from them for two weeks even after I called and left two messages. On October 26th, I finally received a quote via email. I replied to the email stating that the nature of the project had changed (we wanted to add a light timer on top of the bulb change) and if they wanted to quote that it would be great. I never heard back and hired someone else. The electrician we did hire mentioned that the bulbs that were installed were "too small" for the ballasts and they blew out early. Take that with a grain of salt because I don't know if that's what really happened but I have no reason to disagree with the electrician we did hire.

Joshua gave a very complete estimate and explanation. Everything was done just as they said they would and when they said they would. I would highly recommend this family-owned company.

I worked with Joshua on the generator size. He was great to work with and very helpful in choosing the right size for the house. I set up the install for the day before Thanksgiving. My wife was home for the install. The install crew was on time and did a great job. my wife worked with the electrician to ensure the appropriate circuits were covered. He offered suggestions to ensure our needs were met. Riverside took care of the permits and came back for the inspection. The inspector found no issues. The generator kicked on once since the install and it worked as advertised. Overall it was a great experience. If Riverside provided residential electrical work, I would not hesitate to call them. Joshua and his crew did a great job and the install went as advertised.

Gary and I discussed my requirements for standby electric during prolonged power failures and he provided 3 options. We agreed on a plan and Gary put the project in motion. The generator was set into place on 04/10. On 04/15 Brian came to do the actual installation. He reviewed all my household circuits before making any connections with the generator. I was thrilled when he concluded that in addition to the essentials I had defined in the original request that I would also have all the outlets throughout my home. Brian coordinated the onsite installation and connection of the propane tank. He demonstrated the functionality of the generator and provided instruction on some simple maintenance requirements. In addition to the purchase of the unit, I subscribed to a 5-year preventative maintenance plan. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the Riverside representatives and would recommend them without hesitation!

Riverside arrived at my home on the scheduled day. All work was performed in a professional matter. The installers took care not to have my electric shut off for a lengthy period of time. The the generator, gas line, electric line, and transfer switch were professionally installed. The installers took their time to demonstrate the operation of the generator.

He did a really good job. The fan was broken, so he replaced that and then I already had the blower motor and he installed that. He was nice. The price was reasonable. He came in and explained to me what it was and took care of it. It took them about an hour. They were really good. I would use them again.
