Description of Work: I had Rain-A-Way out for an estimate for a complete gutter replacement including downspouts. They were very timely after the initial phone conversation and took about 2 days to email me the estimate. While they did forget some things we had talked about on the phone in the estimate they were quick to correct the pricing and include the additional work. Their quote was right on par with two others but I decided not to go with them just because another company was more informative, took time to explain everything, provided some ideas for a couple of changes, and actually show me a produce, Rain-A-Way did not.

Description of Work: THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY CAME OUT AND INSPECTED WHAT WORD HAD TO BE DONE. I GOT AN ESTIMATE IN WRITING 2 DAYS LATER, OUTLING THE WORK TO BE DONE AND A PRICE. I CALLED HIM TO DO THE REPLACEMENT AND HE SAID HE WOULD SEND A CREW OUT WITHIN 3 DAYS. HIS CREW CAME OUT AND COMPLETED THE WORK. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THE PRICING WAS EXCELLENT, THE WORKMANSHIP FINE, AND SALESMANSHIP LOW-KEY. RAIN-A-WAY COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE MORE THOROUGH IN ITS INITIAL INSPECTION, AND MORE RESPONSIVE WHEN I FORGOT TO SELECT A GUTTER COLOR ON THE CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE FORM. NEVERTHELESS, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AFTER I CALLED.
Description of Work: CLEANED ALL GUTTERS AND INSTALLED LEAF GUARD. REPLACED ONE GUTTER SECTION AND DOWNSPOUT. RESEALED SEAMS AND INSTALLED DIVERTER.

Description of Work: AN OLD WOODEN ARCHED GUTTER SYSTEM ON THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE HAD ROTTED AND NEEDED REPLACED ALONG WITH SOME SOFFIT AND EVE WORK. THEY REPLACED THE OLD GALVANIZED GUTTERS AND REPLACED THE DOWNSPOUTS, REPAIRED THE WOODEN ARCHED GUTTER AND COORDINATED NECESSARY WORK WITH A GENERAL CONTRACTOR. INSTALLED A COPPER CAP OVER THE WOOD GUTTER AND INSTALLED DIVERTERS TO ROUTE WATER TOWARDS THE NEW ALUMINUM GUTTERS.
