They were amazing. They quoted a very fair price, they were very nice, they clearly explained the best solution for my roof, and they had my skylights installed less than a week after faxing back the quote with fantastic results. That's great service!

They replaced the sun porch roof on our house a year before we moved in. The previous owners had hired them. The roof was leaking when we moved in. It was a very low pitch roof. They came back to our house probably half a dozen times trying to get the leak fixed. It was a small leak and it was annoying. They couldn’t locate where it was coming from. Finally they got it figured out. They ended up tearing up half the roof and replaced it for free. They made sure that it didn’t leak. They did what was right and we were never charged for it. They had been out here and did a lot of work. I would give them credit for making sure that the problem was solved. I would recommend them. They stood behind their work and came back and made it right.

The company provided the best quote and was easy to work with at every stage. They were very cooperative in removing the old gutters prior to painting of the house by another contractor. They returned a week later to complete the installation. The quality of work performed was very good and but for some minor misfitting of end caps would have been excellent.

Although bad weather delayed the installation, the company's employees worked efficiently and left the premises clean and neat.

Estimate was given and work started in a reasonable amount of time. Job was finished in one day. They did an excellent job.

Excellent on gutter work; good on siding. We had them do insulated siding, which seemed less familiar to them. (To be fair, I don't think it's a commonly used item.) It appeared to take longer than anticipated, and they were rushed to move on to another job. Staff was very courteous and cooperative. They came back and took care of all items our "punch list" in a timely manner.

Repaired gutter with $4.00 piece of flashing - but labor and 2 men apparently were $145.00.

Work and cleanup of work was excellent and professional. Contact with the office to find out when the work was to be done was not good at all. Return phone calls were promised but seldom occurred and when they did were not at the time promised. Proposal gave an estimate of the work based on time and labor. Requested in writing that charges excess of the estimate be okayed before workmen proceeded. No notice that there would be charges in excess until I got the bill a week after the work was done and it was for $120 more than in the original proposal.

No problems encountered in either roof or gutter work.

I received three estimates and Rain-A-Way was the cheapest by over $500. I called them for an estimate on my gutters because they had cleanded my gutters previously, and they had replaced missing roof shingles after the wind storm. They arrived at 8:00 AM the next day after the wind storm, as I had a cell phone to call for gutter cleaning. Once I sent my contract in, they said it would be about 1 1/2 weeks before they could come. Since it was raining daily, it was about two weeks before they came. They started the job late on a Friday afternoon, and returned Monday and Tuesday to complete it. I had just planted my garden, and worried they would trample flowers, but everything was in tact. They cleaned up and there was no sign that they had been here. There was a fascia board that needed replacing that was not on the work order. They took it with them and came back the next day and put in the new one. The two workers were focused and professional. Unfortunately, I also need a new roof soon, and I will definately ask them for an estimate.

Their bid was less expensive than another bidder and included down spouts. They had about a 2 week back log when I called. They let me know when they were planning to come out the day before. They did an excellent job and were very professional. They cleaned up the worksite and were punctual. I recommend Rain-Away-Gutter.

This is the second time I've used rain-away and they do excellent work and use nothing but the thickest gauge gutter and downsport aluminum.

price was very good, work was done well, job crews we had maintained a clean job site. polaris windows are good but not quite upper tier like gilkey or a couple of the upper tiers (you can get better windows but these are pretty good).

The job turned out well. It's a good price. Their estimate is very accurate. I've actually had them do a roof of a different house before. They are a family company. They have two teams, and they always use the same teams. I understand that sometimes it's better for business owners to have sub-contractors rather than employees, for tax reasons. It's not like you're getting different people all the time. They have two teams that they hire and rehire each year. I actually knew some of the people, who lived down the street. They gave me a good estimate. They price things out individually, so you can decide what aspects you want in a job. One frustrating aspect of hiring people is that the forms aren't ever the same, so you have difficulty comparing. We had a little difficulty with conversation. Their office manager was on vacation, so there was a little bit of miscommunication. They showed up a day earlier than I expected them, which worked out fine. They did the work. They worked very hard. They got it all done and cleaned up after themselves. I thought it was a very good price. The quality of the work was excellent. Communication wasn't as good as I would've liked. I have no doubt that they would have shown up on time if they had come on the correct day.

I requested a call in advance of the work so I could be home when the work was being done. Darrel had previously brought over samples of the material for me to choose and explain where the material was to be installed. He came with the two men on the day the work was to be done. Darrel went over the work to be done with them. Scaffolding was needed to be put up because of the height of the window and a cellar door beneath the window. Both men worked all day removing the old roof and trim and installing the new roof, trim and soffet. When the work was completed they asked me to review what had been done. They were friendly and professional doing the work and cleaned up the work site even though there was snow on the ground.

The project went really smoothly. I removed the old gutters myself in order to save a bit of money and so that I could replace a few of the gutter boards that had been damaged. Rain-A-Way was very flexible in allowing me time to complete that work. They also did a great job of working with us to ensure that the new gutters and downspouts would tie into the new drainage system that we installed. They were prompt, friendly, and the work was done to a high standard. They also cleaned up really well after the project was complete. I would definitely recommend Rain-A-Way to friends and family.

Every thing was installed per contractual agreement. The installers were friendly and efficient. Clean up was done with a magnetised roller and all work was done to our satisfaction. I've used Rain-Away-Gutters for over 28 years and have never been disappointed with their work.

The whole experience was excellent. The workers were prompt and pleasant. Every day the sidewalks were cleaned so we had no trouble walking out and around the house. When they finished they cleaned up all their trash and took it away. They called to see if everything was OK and then sent the bill.

I was called a few days in advance and the schedule confirmed. Bad weather played a big part in getting this done.Two men were on time, and completed the job in about 4 hours. They were installing gutter helmets and realigning the gutters. The installation was done on a new screened in porch that was built last summer.
