Chase Prince provided prompt, professional service to repair my roof and correct the drainage issues that had allowed water to accumulate behind my chimney. Before giving me an estimate, he showed me photos of the problem area so I could understand exactly what he would be doing. Very knowledgeable and friendly service at a reasonable price. I spoke to Mr. Prince by phone, and we scheduled an appt for the beginning of next week, Mr. Prince then called back a few hours later to say that he had a cancellation. and said that he was in the neighborhood and was available to complete the necessary work. I explained that I had a Dr's appt but if he could do the work even though I was not home, I said I would be there as soon as possible. He agreed. to start the work. I returned home and Mr. Prince was cleaning up as it started to rain. . He showed me the repairs that he had completed. We talked for a few minutes, and he told me about his company and what work they did. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and his company. to friends and neighbor that needed his service
