Prince Roofing responded immediately to my call and was out the next day to see what was causing our leak. He took pictures or what needed repaired and pictures throughout the repairs being done. Cost was more than reasonable and have their information stored for next time. After a recent heavy rain caused by Hurricane Helene, the work completed saved us from anymore leaks. You definitely want this company for any roof issues you may have.

Mr. Prince had the BEST suggestions for how to actually correct the problem I was facing when most other companies offered incorrect repair options, or who only suggested a total tear down and replace. Mr. Prince offered by far the best solution to my repair need (vinyl siding, flashing and water intrusion) and did EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK. I was onsite to witness his work, and could not have been more happy with every aspect of it. Mr. Prince also struck me as being very ethical and really focused on the best solutions and not just "up selling" . I give his my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION and will hire his again when I need my entire roof replace. MJD

The communication of the problem and of the fix were great (and included pictures). The repair work was completed in a timely manner and for a fair cost. I really appreciate the work that Chase with Prince Roofing did! I have struggled to have my roof repaired appropriately for some time, and have found that other roofers didn’t fully inspect the issue or listen to my concerns. After yet another leak occurred in the middle of the night Chase came the next morning (a Sunday), got on the roof, assessed the issue, took photos and explained his observations in easy to understand terms, and proposed a solution no one had previously mentioned. His proposal was accurate, response was quick, and installation incredibly timely. Because of the low grade of part of my roof, Chase suggested that I really needed a rubber roof installation for that section only. Chase did not try to oversell me, and provided quotes for a repair and the partial replacement with pros and cons, so I could make a good decision. He used top quality material, answered all of my questions with efficiency and expertise, and even proposed modifications to help with energy efficiency. He installed the partial replacement in under his estimated time, left no trace of the roof he had to remove and haul out despite an awkward section of yard, and treated my property with absolute respect. After the first rain Chase followed up to ask about any issues - it was the first time in three years I didn’t worry about possible leaks after “repairs”. Since the installation, we have had a number of heavy, hard rains and I have had no leaks- I am finally sleeping easy during heavy rains. I cannot recommend Prince Roofing enough, when it’s time to replace the roofing on the rest of my house, Prince roofing is the only roofer I will call.

Great company to work with. I had several quotes and he was the only one that really wanted to do the job how I was thinking, my job had roof extension making two roofs match up,new plywood sheeting soffit, gutters and more. Together we came up with a great solution and he nailed it. Timely and accurate, no cut corners, I changed some things during the job and he was super accommodating and helpful with the changes. Chase got the job done as scheduled, on time and looks amazing. 5 stars all day!

I live in an historic district in Covington and it never fails when I call for estimates they are always inflated to match the perceived net worth of the owner based on the house. I was in a bind back in April 2023 and needed some repair work done. THe quotes were all over the place. When Chase Prince came he told me exactly what the material costs would be and the labor. It was a perfect match. 6 months later, he has just finished replacing the entire roof for me. Again a very fair price and the quality of his work was superb. Mr. Prince is a very ethical person, great communicator, shows up when he says he will. Got the job down in little over 2 days. I would highly recommend Prince Roofing for any jobs you need.

I am fully satisfied with the work done by Prince Roofing and Repair on my roof. I had a recurring leak which needed fixing. Mr. Chase Prince was very prompt, quoted me the price prior to the work, and then proceeded to repair the part of the roof that was the source of all the leaks. He did the work quickly and effectively and fully cleaned up the work site. The price for the work involved was very fair. I plan to use Prince Roofing and Repair on all future roof work.

We are 100% satisfied and happy with the work of Prince Roofing on our home. They scraped, cleaned, and painted our box gutters and also repaired other issues on the roof. We have lived in our 100+ year-old home for 46 years and have had much experience with contractors in general and roofers in particular. Prince Roofing is right up there with the best contractors we have had. We knew that the box gutters of our home were overdue to be painted, and we had also observed a leak in one corner of the gutters. As part of estimating the job, a complete inspection of the roof was done; and we were provided with photos of each problem or potential problem areas. This included not only the gutters but flashing around chimney, loose roof tiles, and raised seems on ridging. This was very helpful for us to see and understand the additional work needed besides the painting of the gutters. We also had Prince include the cleaning of our standing-seem metal roofs we have over parts of our house. We discussed in detail the work to be done. Mr. Prince was very clear as to exactly what was needed and the work to be completed. This included an itemized estimated of the labor and supplies. Besides the great work, Prince and workers are also very friendly, neat (no mess around the house afterwards), and detailed oriented. I am happy we had Prince Roofing do the job!
