They took care of everything and they even came back on their own to re-check. They called me after they did the treatment. They did the job while I was not there. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. The scheduling was outstanding and they came out the very next morning.

I am very happy with them. We have been customers with them for about 5 years now. They are very flexible with scheduling and get us in with no problem and I am very happy with that.

They are very good, punctual, and I trust them. They even have the code to get into my office. They are good and very professional. They look at what needs to be done and they do an awesome job. We are on a maintenance plan with them. I wouldn't use anybody else. I have been a customer with them for about 10 years now.

They come every quarter and spray and they seem to do a good job. They are nice, polite, and friendly. Their prices are reasonable. We do not have any issues with pests at the office. We are happy with them and we have been customers with them for about 2 years now.

The Pest-All people arrived in the afternoon as stated and removed a large hornets nest on my home. The job was done quickly and they also left me the remaining spray if I needed it. I appreciate their efforts and the effective job they did. They were courteous and profesional.

I purchased their annual pest control package. Tom, the technician, immediately called me to setup the initial appointment. He was very polite and thoroughly answered my questions .

I cannot say enough about this company and the representative that performed the service (Jack I think was his first name). He sprayed the entire interior perimeter of the house (basement, 1st, and 2nd floors) and a complete exterior spray of the perimeter of the house. I was initially having issues with ants entering the kitchen, and he explained exactly where they were coming into the house and how to prevent future issues. Not only was he very knowledgeable and friendly, but also answered any questions I had regarding other issues (moles and carpenter bees). I greatly appreciate the time and thoroughness of the job completed and will definitely continue with this service year after year. Thank you!!!

I believe our serviceman was Steve (?)- he was wonderful! He was punctual and professional. He went the extra mile to explain what he was doing and why. He took his time to ensure a thorough and complete job.

It's only been a few days, so I can't really state how effective the job was. I can state that Jack seemed very knowledgeable and appeared quite thorough in the application of the ant treatment. He was an absolute pleasure to have at my home and I enjoyed talking with him. He explained a lot about the ants that I was not aware of. I will post a future update regarding the effectiveness of the treatment.

It’s not done yet. They’ve got one more visit. They’ve done a good job. I haven’t had any issues. They came back early than they were supposed to. I called them and it was supposed to be after 45 days. We’re still having some ants after the first visit and a couple of bees. They came back early the next day to spray. They are nice guys and we give them our house keys.

Everything worked out good with them. They came out and they were punctual. They did everything. They answered all my questions. They serviced my house appropriately. It's a really good deal. They were knowledgeable. The guy that came out was pretty knowledgeable, friendly and very clean. The price is fair.

Great...I have a challenging schedule, but they were able to come the next day, when I would be home. The person they sent was very knowledgeable and really explained a lot about the serice and the insects/pests.

The man who came was very personable, but he didn’t really address the problem. He wasn’t able to identify the samples and things that I had for him. He meant well and we had a nice visit. I appreciated them coming out. He was also very agreeable to come late in the day and was punctual. He got the job done in about 20-30 minutes.

I found a single bed bug in my room and freaked out. Pest all was the only company of 3 that I called who would come out the very next day to inspect--they also inspected my downstairs neighbor's place. They guy that came out actually thought it was probably just a "hitchhiker" as he put it and felt that likely my place did not need treatment (which I liked, because he could have sold me on anything at that point) but did not make me feel like a crazy person when I still wanted a treatment done. They were able to schedule within 1 week and the workers that came out were professional and had obviously thoroughly sprayed the inside/underside of couches, drawers, matress and boxspring. I would recommend them.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. To be honest with you, it was okay, but not what I expected. After talking to the person who came out I understood why. By reading the Big Deal description I misunderstood, but by him explaining it to me then I understood. We are okay with what the service was when he came out. He explained to me how it worked so as far as I am concerned what we did was a one-time thing. That's all we are going to be able to use it for. He was very receptive to coming out to our aid so the service was just fine as far as what the company offers. They called me within about a day after I purchased the Big Deal to set an appointment.
