Pest-All Exterminating

It went incredibly well. They picked up the first time I called, and were able to schedule service the next day. They were right on time, incredibly nice and respectful, explained the treatment and what to watch for moving forward. Problem seems to be fixed. Couldn't have gone any better.

We were pleasantly surprised by our encounter with Pest All. We had another company treat (dust) a wasp nest where our chimney and roof come together. Three days after the treatment we saw wasps flying under a shingle and under the roof cap. We called that company to come back - set a date, and they were a no-show/no call. I called them again, left a voice mail, and they never returned it. I called Pest All and scheduled a review and estimate. By the date he arrived we hadn't seen wasps for two days. Jack said we should see them at the time of day he arrived because it was their active time. He said sometimes the dust takes a little time to work and the wasps we saw were likely trying to find another way into the nest by flying under the shingle and the chimney cap. We stood for several minutes and didn't see any wasps. Jack said the dust usually lasts for the season and the other company should have told us that fact (they didn't). I offered to pay him for his time and he declined. If/when the wasps return or we have other pest issues, Pest All will be the first place we call.

Very good. He responded within hours of website request. Met us the next day and began the process of removal within a few days. Although it didn't work overnight, it did work and he took care of things.

The two treatments apparently got rid of the fleas, and the technician they sent did a great job explaining how the treatments worked, I had a delay in trying to schedule the second treatment but that was mainly due to their packed schedule.

Dwight came out a day or two after we called - other places said a week or more. He was very professional, on time, wore booties on shoes. Willing to answer all of our questions. He couldn't have bene more professional. He filled in the area around the stove line and the ice line behind the freezer - to keep them from coming into kitchen. That worked great. He placed traps - 1 in kitchen - 2 in basement and some feeding stations outside to see where they might be coming in from. 3 mice were killed in 2 weeks in the basement - and we haven't seen any since. Little pricey for it all though - because and in the end the problem isn't actually solved. We still have to hire, or figure out on our own, where exactly they're coming in from and fill the cracks. We called the contractor friend he suggested and it was $500 bucks. Gonna try and tackle on our own - but that still leaves a problem for us to fix ......and we had to go to Home Depot and buy our own traps.....and place them in the basement - to make sure we don't have future guests.

We've used Pest All before for quarterly extermination of spiders and ants and they've been great. However it's been more than year since we've needed them. Until we found wood rot on a porch post and became concerned it might have been the work of termites or other pests. We called to ask if someone could inspect the post and the next day a technician was at our house on time. We were relieved it wasn't the work of bugs and were so grateful not to be charged for the visit. The technician was very polite and helpful and went above and beyond for no charge. We will for sure use Pest All again! Thanks so much!

Great guy, great service, but ants keep coming back year after year in greater force. Over the counter Raid gels seem to help more than the service. The around-the-house ant deterrent doesn't really seem to bother the ants very much. Still, love the owner and he does diligently do the work. We may call him back. Have not decided yet.

Great. On time. Friendly and professional. Worked quickly and explained what he was doing and why. Pointed out a couple of areas outside that needed repaired. Happy with the service.

I called Pest-All after buying Angieslist deal for an annual package (quarterly). They took down my information and forwarded it to Shawn, who is in charge of my area. Shawn called within a couple of days, scheduled a service time, came out and took about 30 minutes to spray all the baseboards, outside, and spread some granules in our landscaping. Overall, a hassle-free and detailed service.

Pleased & very informative re potential problem areas

For the initial visit we discussed treating both inside and outside of the house. However; after that I requested that only the outside area be treated, which they did. Everything went well. Each time they needed to perform a treatment, per our contract, I received a phone call to schedule a date. They were always considerate of my schedule and availability

After 6 months I still had a problem with the ants. They showed up for all the appointments, it just seems there must of just been some kind of issue with the product.

I would tell others that they came out determined how they were going to get the hive out from underneath our siding, so it was complicated. They figured out how to do it and did a nice job.

Good. Very responsive and prompt in returning phone calls. After the termite service, they came out again for additional treatment when live termites were found. They also explained that the termite service takes about 6 weeks to take effect.

It went well. Couple of times we saw black ants coming back after the treatment. But the Pest all team was very responsive. They came back twice to take care of the problem.

they come months ago for a severe ant estimation; within a few days the problem was gone. Since then they have done regular sprays. We have not had any pest problem since.

This company is great to work with - they put you on the schedule and just take care of it without needing anything from you. I originally bought a year contract and the experience was so easy and painless that I just bought another year.

Tom showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable about the subject matter. I learned a lot more about roaches on how they think and how they react to certain circumstances. Tom sprayed the entire inside and outside of the house pulling the refrigerator out and taking the front panel off of the oven to get to the little scumbags. He removed drawers in the kitchen, sprayed the inside and outside of cabinets, on top of the cabinets and in the crevices of the oven and dishwasher along with the backside of the refrigerator to issue the death sentence to the freeloaders residing inside the house uninvited. The baseboards were generously sprayed and the critters were coming out in droves trying to escape the poisons all to no avail. Whatever he sprayed was super effective as they were dying off quite quickly. Tom also explained to me how when the house is built on a slab and the pipes are buried in the cement that a minuscule gap appears where these roaches can move from one part of the house to the other undetected. Like I said, he knows his stuff. Tom said if I see any stragglers before the next visit to call and he will come out to eradicate them again. As I write this I do not see any living interlopers roaming through the house. I would say that Tom got rid of them. Would I hire him again after the year contract is up? Yes I would.

Great, proactively called to schedule the second service in the package. Treated the house and answered my questions. Haven't seen a bug in the house all spring, summer, and fall. Highly recommend.

It went well. They were able to accommodate my schedule, including early morning appointment. They sprayed the entire inside and outside of the house. The service provider was friendly. I wasn't sure how the other appointments would be scheduled, so I sent a message through Angie's list. They were prompt in their response. The other services have not yet been scheduled.
