Pest-All Exterminating

Wonderful - inspector came to our home based on what I thought were termites. He inspected the site and determined that they were ants, and that we could solve the problem ourselves with about $20 worth of ant traps. His honesty was superior, and we would not hesitate to call them again with any other difficulties.

We just moved into a new house and purchased this on Angie's List and the company called right away to set up the appt. the tech that came out was very friendly, called ahead of time and the service was really good.

They came out right away. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I noticed more ants about a month later, the tech came back and sprayed right away. I love these type of yearly plans because there's great peace of mind knowing that whenever you have an issue they'll come back without new charges.

I would not recommend this service. The provider mentioned after taking care of the service that he'd check back in a few days, and did not. When after a month I still saw evidence of ants inside and outside the house, i called back. The provider wanted to charge me an additional $50 to come out again, to re-do a job they hadn't done properly in the first place. I would not recommend this provider or this service from Angie's List.

I bought the big deal from Angie's list for annual contract of 4 services. They answered my questions via email before I bought the deal, it helped me make a decision. The company was prompt to schedule the service. The installer was good. He sprayed exteriors and interiors. I have seen big drop in number of bugs in my basement. The exterior still has some bugs. I am looking forward to remaining 3 services.

They did a great job. We've used another pest control company in the past. These folks were good. Very thoughtful. Respectful of our living space. Tried to come up with reasonable solutions to work with our quirky requests. All around good experience.

We saw the ants and spiders go away immediately following the service call. We have not received the other three quarterly treatments yet.

Provider was prompt and professional. He answered my questions and performed duties as expected.

It went well! The provider Jack was helpful, friendly and well-informed. Overall, very pleased. Did not rate 100% because I've seen a few stray pests. But, overall a big improvement and piece of mind. I may call back soon if I see more pests.

We purchased an Angie's list deal for a year of pest control on a quarterly basis. We were contacted immediately and they arrived that same week for their first service. Our service man was punctual, professional, and extremely educated on all things "pest". My husband was very impressed with the service and the time spent. We are so happy!

He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Great, Shawn showed up as scheduled ( a few minutes late) however he called ahead of time and let me know, don't mind that at all. Went straight to work when he got here, listened to our concerns and did what he had to do. Made sure he explained everything to us that he was doing and verified we were satisfied with that , which we were. We talked about a mice problem we had over the winter and he set out some traps and provided us with a few to replace those with if we needed to. Even called the front office to find out the best way to treat the area around our chickens, which was outside of the scope of what we had contracted them for. Contacted me the next day to see if we had thought of anything else we were concerned about.

They've come out twice, and I think they're great. The service man who came out was timely and informative.

It went fine..this is only my 2nd visit out of 4. The guy did explain as he went along, was very pleasant. I did not notice hardly any bugs in the house after this..They also will come in your house each time, where as places I've used in the past will only do the outside after the initial visit.

Awesome, came one time without me knowing but still did what they could do and sprayed the outside of the home. If I was there they would have sprayed the inside but because they did not have access to interior it was out of their control. Would highly recommend this company!

Both men who came were very pleasant and professional. Good service from good people!

They were spraying and what they were doing was not effective. I was a customer with them for about a year and a half. They also did not show up for some appointments but still billed me anyway. I found another company and the issues were resolved. Their prices were comparable to everybody else.
