Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's deal, because the price was great! I purchased the deal on a Friday, and I figured I wouldn't have my home sprayed till the next week. Customer service was awesome, they were able to spray my home the same day I purchased the deal. Now my ants and spiders are gone...Yeah!

Description of Work: Tech came out, sprayed. Ants have stopped entering the house, though they do still try to get in the seep holes despite the spraying. Only downside is that the tech assigned to me smells strongly of cigarette smoke, and the scent lingers after he leaves. This isn't terribly problematic for me, but it might be for others. Nice guy, though, and informative.

Scheduling our customers is often the most challenging part of our job and that can be especially difficult when an out of town landlord, a tenant and the exterminator all need to coordinate. We are sorry this process was not as smooth as we would have liked in your case. We are happy however that we were able to eliminate the heavy roach infestation you had during the course of our six monthly treatments.

So far so good!
Description of Work: We had been having a jproblem with little black ants that would just appear suddenly in the house. We bought the 6-mo package that was on Angie's List. We have had one treatment and have only seen an occasional ant which Jack had explained at the treatment it may take a couple of times. Jack was very professional and let me follow him around and ask lots of questions which he answered.
