We believe this review is a MISTAKE, and this customer is reviewing the WRONG COMPANY. Pest-All did work for this customer at 2 separate rental properties over the period 2008 - 2013. PEST-ALL HAS NOT DONE ANY WORK FOR THIS CUSTOMER SINCE 2013. We believe she has hired a different company and mistakenly reviewed Pest-All. We are working with Angies List to figure this out.

Thank you for your positive review. We are sorry your quality expectations were not met at an "A" level. We have no records of any complaint calls, so possibly your were disappointed that your last service in February was performed as an outside treatment. When we have problems reaching customers to schedule an appointment, we often treat the exterior perimeter of the house to keep the service on schedule. Many of our customers actually prefer we only treat the exterior. But in both case we are always happy to return for an interior treatment, especially if any problems arise. The annual package you purchased in March 2015 keeps your house protected through April 2016. So if you are having any problems or would like any additional services, do not hesitate to call.

Description of Work: We hired them for the eradication of bed bugs. Our biggest concern was saving our living room couch. With a one day 5 hour treatment, they were apparently able to save it, but not only did they treat it, they treated the entire house to be on the safe side. We are still within the 3 week period, where bed bugs could appear again, but currently no bed bugs in the couch or elsewhere.
