It is disappointing to discover 9 months after a service was performed on 7/29/2013 that our customer was unhappy with the service. Pest-All stresses to our customers that if you are ever unhappy in any way, please give us a call immediately and we will try to remedy the situation. It is unfortunate that we were never informed of your dissatisfaction or given the chance to make you happy. I do appreciate you talking to me when I called you regarding this review and explaining that while you completed the phone survey/review, the service was actually performed for your daughter. The vagueness of the review is explained by the fact that all you could remember for the phone survey/review was that your daughter was not happy with the service. I also thank you for letting us contact your daughter. I was able to talk with your son-in-law who explained that their unhappiness resulted because a few days after our service they were still seeing bugs. He is an over the road trucker and had thought his wife was going to call us to complain, but guessed she forgot. The bugs eventually went away on their own?
