Pesky Critter Removal Ltd

Description of Work: We had a racoon in our attic. They did an excellent job of catching the racoon the 2nd week after we called. During this time the weather was very bad with snow and freezing temps. We were very pleased that they were able to get the raccon out before any damage was incurred by the animal. |The main issue that I had with this company was responsiveness on finishing the job. Once the animal was trapped, we expected them to come out and remove the netting from our roof and cover the vents to our attic to prevent further critters from entering. We ended up taking care of the finishing touches ourself. |They were very professional and know their business. They also were responsive when we called and very polite. |It is my understanding that the reason they were unable to get back and finish was due to the weather (snow, cold temps, and high winds). We had already covered our vents by the time they came back to finish.

Description of Work: We called them because we were having a horrible skunk odor for several nights. They came promptly reviewed the outside of the house and said that the skunk was trying to establish a den under out porch slab. They set up several live traps in different location. It took 3 or 4 weeks for them to trap the skunk but they were persistent. They installed some guards around one corner of the slab to hopefully prevent further den building. No more digging around the porch slab.

Description of Work: I missed an important meeting so that I could be home during the scheduled window of service. Not only did no one show up, I didn't even get a phone call. I called and left a polite message to see what happened and possibly reschedule, and my call was never returned. Now my wife is going to have to schedule time off work for someone else to come out and take care of the problem. Thanks for wasting my time.

Description of Work: We had a skunk under our front stoop. Not a big deal, until he sprayed. Our furnace fresh air intake was nearby, and the odor was sucked-in and spread throughout the house by our furnace. It was really pretty bad, and we still have the smell, but it's not too noticeable until one comes in from outside. Anyway, I called Pesky Critter Removal on Monday morning, and he was able to come out that evening. He set two live traps, and on Thursday morning, one of the traps was occupied. I called early Thursday morning to let them know, and they both came out by 10:30 to remove the skunk. They left one trap in place in case I had more than one skunk under our stoop. They were both friendly, informative, and professional on the phone and in person. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to use them.
