I remembered that he charged me half of what he would normally charge.

Very well. He did a nice job sealing the roof so there will be no more bat issues.

The man was very nice. He is very knowledgeable. He gave us guidance for future occurrences.

We had to wait over the summer, but Gary called me and we finished things up this fall. Overall the work is done and it seems to be done well. His quote was substantially lower than another bid I received.

I contacted Pesky Critter Removal (Gary Mazuk-Owner) on Thursday, Sept. 9th to catch a groundhog that had been spotted coming out of the ground near the foundation of my home. The owner was punctual in returning my phone call, he was very professional, and took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. He came out on Friday morning Sept. 10th to set-up the trap and to catch the groundhog. Unfortunately, the groundhog wasn't caught in the trap but an oppossum was. I contacted Pesky Critter and Mr. Mazuk came back to remove the oppossum and trap. Mr. Mazuk said if the groundhog would return within 30 days there would be no charge to set-up the trap again ($140.00) only the $40.00 charge to remove the animal. He explained that sometimes a groundhog may not come back to the same hole (i.e. captured by prey). It's been two months and the groundhog hasn't returned. I would definitely contact Pesky Critter again for service.

They don't communicate. We still have critters (assume skunks). They did capture two skunks and one possum but we still have something in the hole. I'm sure they were tired of having their cage at our house, but at least they should give us a call and let us know their "game plan" and finish the job by plugging the holes as we discussed at the beginning. Issue was not the money on our part it was completion of the job. They did a job at my office where they removed a raccoon and did a great job...even sealing the vents to prevent re-occurrance that is why I am so shocked they did not follow through on this job.

My experience with them was very good. They were very prompt and they succeeded in removing the groundhogs. The price that they charged was competitive and I felt every company was the same.

The initial outlay was $140.00 and then $40.00 for each animal that was caught. They were very professional and I felt confident that they knew what they were doing.

My experience with Gary & Cory went very well. They are very professional and friendly people. I left a voicemail for this company and received a call back about an hour later. Gary said he could be out the same day if I was available, gave me a time frame, and called to let me know when he was about 30 minutes away. The inspection was very thorough however they didn't find evidence of something in our attic which means the sound we are hearing is most likely on the roof itself. Gary said it is possible that the sound is mice but they haven't been there long enough to leave the typical evidence of their presence. Gary gave a few suggestions concerning trying to keep raccoons off the roof and also gave me a quote for taking care of the mice if we determine later they are the problem. I was happy to find out that we may not have something in the attic after all. Gary told me to call him back if we continue to hear the noise (we will be checking the roof when we hear it until then to see if it is a raccoon or a squirrel) and he would be glad to come back out and check again (with no additional fee). After inspecting the roof and finding evidence of the raccoons Gary suggested a cover for our chimney. I agreed that was a good idea since we had a raccoon in our chimney previously. I paid for the service while Cory went to get the steel screen to install on my chimney. He returned within the hour as promised and quietly installed the screen while I got my toddler down for a nap. Everything went smoothly and as promised. If you have a pest problem I highly recommend this company, you won't be disapointed! In addition to this, Gary also noticed a problem with our chimney that needed repaired and gave me a phone number for the person he knows that can fix it. This was very helpful as well.

Gary and Cory were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend them for any of your animal rescue and removal needs!

We went with them because they had all A ratings on Angie's List. My wife called them and thought they were capable. They were good about cleaning up after themselves.

Gary was very pleasant, explained the problem and showed my husband what was going on, explained his solution and why he selected that solution. He called a couple times, set the date and time and came as promised. He did a good job and the bill was the same as the estimate. I asked if he wanted to be on Angies list and he said he had been several years ago but because of one unhappy customer who wrote the BBB, he was removed from your list. I would be happy to talk to you about that incident as it was explained to us if you want to call me.

They showed up when said they would & took care of problem.

IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS TO REMOVE THE SQUIRRELS, BECAUSE THERE WERE SEVERAL BABIES THAT WERE NOT VENTURING OUT VERY FAR. HOWEVER, HE WAS ABLE TO EVENTUALLY TRAP THE WHOLE FAMILY AND RELOCATE THEM.

$40 PER SQUIRREL, $40 TO REPAIR THE ROOF AND $100 WHEN SERVICE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED.

HE'S VERY COMPARABLE WITH OTHER SERVICES. IT SEEMS LIKE A LOT OF MONEY, BUT IT'S WORTH IT. THE PRICE SHOWN IS FOR SETTING THE TRAP, REMOVING THE TRAPPED ANIMAL AND ALSO REPAIRING THE DAMAGE. HE WAS GREAT! HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE!!

MAKE NO MISTAKE, GARY IS IN GREAT DEMAND, AND HIS CELL MUST HAVE RUNG ABOUT 3-4 TIMES WHILE HE WAS AT OUR HOUSE. CONSIDERING THE POTENTIAL HEALTH HAZARD INVOLVED IN THE NEST REMOVAL AND THE RISK IN GETTING ON THE ROOF (VERY WINDY DAY THAT DAY), I CONSIDER THIS MONEY WELL SPENT.

HE WAS JUST GREAT. HE CAME RIGHT OUT. HE GAVE ME ADVICE ON ALL SORTS OF DIFFERENT THINGS. HE WAS VERY POLITE & PUNCTUAL.
