Description of Work: WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH A VIRUS ON THE COMPUTER THAT I COULD NOT GET RID OF AND THEY CAME OUT AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. HOWEVER, THEY DID HAVE TO RETURN BECAUSE THE COMPUTER DID NOT WORK PROPERLY FOLLOWING THE FIRST VISIT. THEY DID NOT CHARGE US FOR THE SECOND APPOINTMENT.
