Description of Work: To make sure the air conditioning unit and the compressor and other components of the air conditioning system were working well in which they do and also when they are out here they check also to see if there is any gas leaks in the furnace and also make sure that the hot water heater is properly functioning, there's a check list of things they go through and they use various gauges meters and other devises to check things like that.

A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS WE CONTACTED, BUT I FELT THEY WERE MUCH MORE HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. ONE OF ONLY TWO COMPANIES THAT ACTUALLY MEASURED AND DID A CALCULATION TO DETERMINE THE REQUIRED COOLING CAPACITY FOR AIR CONDITIONER. ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS THOROUGHLY! UPDATE: THEY DID THE SAME HIGH CALIBER OF WORK THAT THEY DID WITH THE AIR CONDITIONER
