Wes was courteous, professional, and very thorough. He explained what he was doing and where I had made mistakes when installing our ceiling fan. He corrected all the electrical problems we had in under 2 hours. The bill was lower than I expected considering all he did.

I have been using this company for 8 or 9 years, they are very reliable and come to my home on time. The servicemen are knowledgable, easy to talk to, and don't mind answering questions.

WE HAD TO GO WITHOUT HEAT FOR TWO NIGHTS SO THEY BROUGHT OVER SOME SPACE HEATERS. THEY TRIED TO GET OUR OLD ONE UP AND RUNNING, BUT IT WOULDN'T. THEY REALLY GAVE 100 PERCENT TO TRY AND SAVE US SOME MONEY. ONCE THEY KNEW IT COULDN'T BE FIXED THEY HELPED US PICK OUT A NEW ONE.

The quote was below or equal to the other quotes I received and the work was performed as planned. They did a great job and I will probably hire them again to do some more work.

They were very prompt about sending someone out to give us an estimate, and then ordering the necessary parts. They did a great job installing them, and we've had no trouble with the lights.

A kitchen lighting project that was more extensive than first suspected because of what was discovered when the drywall ceiling was cut away. The company worked with us to hold the costs down, yet still get the job done on time and to our complete satisfaction. This is the third project they have done for us and we are very happy customers.

Great! They were on time, polite and friendly. Because the problem could not be duplicated while they were here, they didn't promise the light was fixed. They offered to replace the balast as an option, but explained first, that the cost of the balast might be about the same as a new fixture.

I was VERY pleased with their service & have used them repeatedly. They show up on time, are courteous, & do a thorough job for a reasonable price. They even cover their shoes so they don't track dirt in from outside!

The technician was able to come out earlier in the day than scheduled. Once there, he quickly identified a needed piece of missing hardware for one of the replacement lights, so we were able to pick it up at Home Depot while he was working on the other lights. One of the spots we thought was pre-wired was in fact a cover over what was an old gas-light fixture, and even with that, he was able to wire the switch we wanted to the spot we wanted, with minimal drilling. A++

THEY ARE GREAT! ALWAYS FRIENDLY WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO THEIR BEST TO SUGGEST LESS EXPENSIVE WAYS TO FIX PROBLEMS, OR GET THE WORK DONE, WHICH IS APPRECIATED. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THIS JOB, THEY FOUND WAYS TO RUN THE WIRE SO IT WAS A DISCREET CONNECTION AT THE HOUSE AND GARAGE, AND DID NOT REQUIRE US TO DIG UP ANY CEMENT NEXT TO THE HOUSE. WE HAVE HIRED THEM FOR SMALLER JOBS SINCE THIS WORK.

WE HAVE USED THEM BEFORE AND LIKED THE SERVICE SO WE HIRED THEM AGAIN. BILL PERFORMED THE WORK THIS TIME. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND SKILLFUL. HE DID POP SOME NAILS A BIT THROUGH OUR NEWLY PAINTED CEILING. BUT, HE POINTED IT OUT AND APOLOGIZED. HE ALSO HAD TO FIX SOME MOLDING ON OUR ATTIC ENTRANCE AFTER HE KNOCKED IT OFF. HOWEVER, OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY ARE A RELIABLE FIRM WITH GOOD TECHNICIANS.

NELSON BROTHERS DID VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK. THEY WERE VERY TIMELY IN THEIR ARRIVAL EACH DAY TO PERFORM THE WORK. THEY DID NOT REQUIRE THAT SOMEONE REMAIN AT THE HOUSE WHILE THEY WERE THERE. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE NOT TO LEAVE A MESS WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED EACH DAY OF THEIR PROJECT. THE NEW AC AND FURNACE UNIT WORK VERY WELL, AND WE HAVE ALREADY NOTICED IMPROVED EFFICIENCY WITH LOWER ELECTRICAL AND GAS USAGE VS. PRIOR YEARS.

HILLIARD ELECTRIC WAS VERY RESPONSIVE FROM THE FIRST PHONE CALL. THEY SCHEDULED THE FIRST AVAILABLE ELECTRICIAN TO CHECK OUT THE PROBLEMS. WHEN ROB J. ARRIVED HE WAS COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL, QUICKLY CHECKED OUT THE SITUATION, AND THEN DISCUSSED THE OPTIONS WITH US. I FOUND ROB J. TO BE VERY FRIENDLY, STRAIGHTFORWARD AND HONEST ABOUT THOSE OPTIONS. ONCE WE AGREED TO ALLOW HIM TO PROCEED, HE COMPLETED TROUBLESHOOTING THE PROBLEM AND MAKING THE REQUIRED CORRECTIONS IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS GOING TO BE A TIME AND MATERIALS JOB, HE DIDN'T TRY TO MILK THE JOB. HE WAS FAST AND EFFICIENT IN IDENTIFYING AND CORRECTING THE PROBLEMS. ONE SUGGESTED IMPROVEMENT, I WOULD MAKE TO THE COMPANY, IS TO CALL THE CLIENT ONCE IT IS DETERMINED THAT AN APPOINTMENT IS RUNNING LATE. WE HAD BEEN GIVEN A ONE-HOUR TIME TO EXPECT SOMEONE, BUT AFTER 30 MINUTES PAST THAT APPOINTMENT WINDOW, I CALLED THE COMPANY TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THE ELECTRICIAN. THAT'S WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT HE W

IN MY CURRENT HOME I HAD A SLIDING DOOR INSTALLED AND THE INSTALLERS CUT SOME WIRE WHICH STOPPED MY LIGHT ON THE STAIRWAY TO WORK. I HAD HAD A COUPLE OF OTHER COMPANIES OUT TO LOOK AT IT. ONE VERY LARGE MAN WANTED TO GO UP IN MY TINY ATTIC TO SEE IF HE COULD FIND THE TROUBLE. I TOLD HIM NOT TO. I CALLED HILLIARD AND THEIR REP WAS NOT THERE 10 MINUTES WHEN HE FIGURED OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON (WITHOUT GOING IN MY ATTIC). HE ALSO DISCOVERED THAT THE DOOR INSTALLERS HAD LEFT A HOT WIRE UNDER MY PORCH. I ALSO HAD HILLIARD GO OUT AND CHECK OVER A RENTAL PROPERTY I PURCHASED AND FINISH THE INSTALLATION OF THE RADIANT BASEBOARD HEATERS. THEY CAME OUT WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO, WERE COURTEOUS, CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AND THE PRICE WAS FAIR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY

MY HOUSE WAS A MESS. IN ORDER TO TURN ON MY KITCHEN LIGHTS I HAD TO TURN MY TELEVISION REMOTE CONTROL TO CHANNEL 4 AND THEN MY LIGHTS WOULD TURN ON ALL BY THEMSELVES. THE COMPANY WAS VERY REASONABLE, ALWAYS ON TIME, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW GREAT THEY WERE. I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH A MORE PROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

EXCELLENT INSTALLATION & CLEANED UP NICELY AFTER WORK COMPLETED. VERY COURTEOUS BUT A LITTLE DISORGANIZED (HAD TO RESCHEDULE THE ESTIMATE, DIDN'T BRING ALL THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK, DID NOT INFORM US WE NEEDED TO RE-LIGHT OUR WATER HEATER PILOT).
