They fixed it the first time and then after it stopped working after, they came back to fix it...They new what they were doing and were johnny on the spot. I would recommend to anyone. If you are considering electrical work I say go for it. They even came back after a to change a light bulb...impressive service.

I am very pleased. I called late in the day and had Bill ringing my bell the first thing the following morning. He was cordial, clean cut, professional and was very industrious, not wasting a moment of time. He made a mess (as was expected considering what he had to do) and he cleaned up every bit of it. We'll use them again, for sure.

The electricians took great pains to explain the work being done. They were on time and found and fixed another problem I was unaware of. They did a great job installing the new lamp post.

Mr. Pyle was very prompt when scheduling the appointment for the estimate, as well as getting the estimate returned to us. The work was scheduled and completed within one week. The electricians were on time, hard working, and very thorough. Overall a very nice job.

They did a great job. It was very easy to schedule and he was right on time. The work actually wound up being less than they estimated over the phone because the correct wiring was already in place.

Went very well. Took two and a half days. Only had electric shut down to the house for a few hours. Second time I've used them, and I will again. These guys aren't cheap, but the price is reasonable. They're very professional and do good work and that is hard to find. I even had a small problem with their previous job, and they fixed that with zero hassle or cost to me the day after I asked about it. Knowing they'll stand by their work that way might even be better than getting it right the first time. I wish all the contractors I hired were like these guys.

Joe came & gave an estimate. After we accepted his estimate he was back in 4 days to do the job. He did a good job. My only complaint is that the company they recommended for closing the holes that were made (for pulling the wires) was not very responsive to us. We are still waiting on that.

Yance Pyle from Hilliard Electric was able to send someone out to repair our electrical issue just hours after I called him. The service technician, Rob J., called a half-hour before he was to come out and arrived promptly. He discovered the problem (a loose screw and wire in the circuit box) very quickly and fixed it, all in less than 20 minutes. He also checked other screws to ensure they were tightened properly. According to the technician, this kind of problem poses a fire hazard so I was relieved that he was thorough in his work. He checked the washer/dryer before he left to ensure both were working. I was very satisfied with Hilliard's fast response and professionalism of service, and accurate price quotes.

He did the work very well, easily 7 had a fair price. They were great.

"Bill" the serviceman was on time, very polite, cleaned up extremely well and helped me put up a kitchen curtain that had nothing to do with the job. Great guy!

I have used this company three times in the past year and every experience was nothing but positive. Whenever I called Yance Pyle and told him what I needed he scheduled the work promptly and it fit my schedule. He would tell me what time to expect one of his men and he they have never been late. Recently they did a lot of work at my business and the electrician, Rob, said he might have to leave to help another guy but the plan was to bring the other fellow back to help Rob and get the work done as scheduled. He did that and everything was done perfectly. The electricians at Hilliad know their stuff and they don't waste time. Their prices are reasonable and they do great work and clean up after themselves. I will continue to use them whenever the need arises.

This was a long project that took several days; it went very smoothly! This was a first installation of a "light lift" for the two-man crew and I think we all learned a lot! Very positive, from beginning to end!

It was about 7 degrees out when the furnace stopped working. We called three other places before we called Nelson Brothers. The tech on call, Bob, came right away and immediately fixed the problem. Then he made sure there wasn't anything else wrong and generally looked over the system.

Very well. They were professional and meticulous about the acceptable heights of the fixtures and found the problem with the outdoor lights quickly. The only slowdown was setting the initial appointment. It took a day and a half of telephone tag.

Bill did excellent job on everything. He is highly recommend!

The electrician came on time and completed the work in less than an hour so I paid only the minimum charge, less the Angie's list discount. The fixture is working perfectly now.
