They were outstanding. They were very professional and thorough. They got the job done without I happened to call them back. They were clean cut professionals. I thought that their security systems was complete and gave a lot of features than the previous one we had.

I cannot speak highly enough of these employees. When one buys a home which has had several owners, there are always interesting twists! When I called the previous owners alarm company, they wanted $60 just to have an installer come out to assess the system and then were going to charge me almost $30 per month for monitoring the first year, assuming they didn't need to change anything. I had had my locks re-keyed by Mr. Lock and asked the locksmith about their security systems. He gave me a number and name to call, and Dave was able to come out 2 days later. When Dave came out to assess our old system, he called a supplier to confirm that the "box" was the one he was thinking of, which let him know he could still get codes for that system. However, the supplier did tell him that it hasn't been in use for quite a while. Dave was very willing to simply set up the system, and they would monitor it for $20 a month, a lifetime rate. I asked him the cost of a new system, and we walked through the system, what I wanted, etc. The plan was to reuse all current wiring, contacts, etc. I was quoted a rate of about $825 which included adding a "dominoe" keypad at the exterior to control a garage door. I decided to update the system, because of the ability of Mr Lock to make changes to our system from their offices, instead of having to come out for a service call, and realizing that it would eventually need to be done anyway. On the day of installation, Dave and a helper, John arrived at 9 AM and got straight to work. They first had to tone all the lines to figure out what went where, then needed to make it all work together. The original system had two keypads, one at the kitchen door, and one at the front door. Dave moved the keypad from the front door to the master bedroom (on the second floor), which in itself was a fair amount of work as the wires were on the farthest wall. Although it would have been easier for him to simply install the keypad next to our bed, he installed it at the entrance to the bedroom where I requested it to be. Moreover, he never groused or complained, even though he needed to go through two attics and 23 inches of freshly blown in insulation to make it happen. As it turned out, several of the old contacts were non-functioning and needed to be replaced, and we needed to add wireless parts to have the system perform as I wanted. This did increase the cost of the system to about $940, but these were changes I agreed to, so the additional cost was not a surprise. Although they had been at our home all day, without a break, Dave and John cleaned up afterwards, even vacuuming! And they took a fair amount of time to explain how to operate the system as well. I feel as though I have a brand new system, thoroughly up to date, at the least cost possible. Moreover, with my monthly fee remaining the same as long as I stay with Mr Lock, I can't lose!

Very happy with their service. They were at our house within 2 hours of the service request. They provided multiple (cost effective) recommendations, based on our service issue. Very pleasant and professional. Would not hesitate to recommend them!

I have been using them for the last 15 years and they do a great job. They are very responsive and come at the earliest. They are fairly priced and I like the quality of work they do. I will continue to use them in future.

Noah asked questions before commencing on his work to find ways to reduce the cost. He had helpful suggestions. The price seemed a little high. Next time I will check with others before commencing work.

The locksmith showed up at the agreed upon time, was polite and attentive, did an excellent job of installing the new locks and cleaned up carefully. He was clearly a competent and knowledgeable craftsman.

Noah got to my house around 10:45. I had already disassembled the lock and had told him there were parts broke off inside. It was the latch inside the lock that had broken. He replaced the latch, used a much better one w/ more strength for the deadbolt. He adjusted the strike plate for it, although ended up drilling through part of my interior wood (oops). Then he adjusted the strike plate for the door handle thingy. He oiled everything and tested everything several times to make sure it was working. He was finished after about an hour. On the way out, something wasn't working just right so he adjusted things again and it worked again.

Great job. I called this morning to have the place rekeyed--they had same day service. Service was professional, timely, and he cleaned up the place after he worked. Very friendly .

Jeff was prompt and friendly. He made new keys for the front door and even fixed the alignment of the lock so that we no longer have to struggle when locking the door. He fixed the spring in our aging hardware so that we are now able to close our bedroom door. He also oiled the back door, which had been sticking. None of this work was urgent, but it was very easy to make an appointment with Mr. Lock. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

The keys they provide work better than at other places. They are professional and knowledgeable. I deal with different people every time. They are all friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Thought price for service call and simple installation ($65 + $15, respectively) could have been a little less, but overall the experience was excellent.

We got locked out of our new house and had to call Mr. Lock to come out. They arrived promptly. They were able to address all of our concerns - adding security to the front door, re-keying all locks the same. The hardware seemed a little pricey but having them do all of the hard work was definitely well worth it.

Obviously I like this company. All service suppliers should be this good! Mr. Lock (Dave Sohngen) and his staff have put in a new security system, new locks and doorbells in 1983. All still working well with little maintenance. He's honest, clean cut, hires good men and does what he says he will. Keep doing what you're doing!

We called and requested immediate response to our business to unlock the office door that an employee locked us out of. They arrived within 45 minutes and unlocked the door in about 20 seconds. Although I hated to pay for a stupid mistake, they did a good job and were very prompt.

He did a good job with the locks; the only issue was that he got held up on the job before us, was 1/2 hour late, and did not call to let us know that he would be late.

EXCELLENT ASSORTMENT OF REPLACEMENT DRAWER LOCKS AND SECURITY ITEMS. GOOD ADVICE ON SEVERAL SITUATIONS AND GOOD TURN AROUND ON WORK. CONVENIENT, BUT NOT OPEN TILL 8:30 AM I THINK.

THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE WAS FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE.

ROY JR WAS ON TIME, DID THE WORK WELL, AND WAS PREPARED WHEN OUR DESCRIPTION OF WHAT WE WANTED CHANGED. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF, AS WELL.

USED FOR PREVIOUS HOUSE. WE'RE NOW IN OUR SEVENTH YEAR OF USING THEM.
