Did not use after the company couldn't make the agreed date and could not guarantee that they could get the work done in any specific timeframe. They came out, stated they could do the job then totally failed. Over promised and way under delivered.

They were able to come out on a Saturday with short notice. Very friendly and found parts to fix my door handle so I did not have to buy a new lock set. This saved me $70.00. They rekeyed two doors for $30.00.

It went very well. Tim was available when I called and was at our house in about 10-15 minutes! Very nice young man. We discussed what needed to be done, he explained pricing and we had an agreement. He went to work immediately and worked quickly and efficiently. He made five keys, each of which worked perfectly. He was finished in well under an hour. I would highly recommend Mr. Lock and plan to use Mr. Lock for any future locksmithing needs.

I was locked out of my house with no keys so I called Mr. Lock. They arrived quickly and after ascertaining that I was the resident, they proceeded to let me into my residence.

Locksmith arrived on time and spent about two hours, maybe more, making keys for outside doors. Suggested tenant keys that fit only one door for 35 out of the 40 keys.

They were great to work with. They showed up on time, were very knowledgeable, and worked quickly to replace my handleset and deadbolt. They offered advice for future maintenance and their pricing was fair. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

They not only unlocked the jammed lock but applied lubricant and gave me tips on maintaining older locks. The tech refused my tip!

Needed new locks at our first daughter's home in Madison Place on Palmetto Road because her keys were stolen in January. Mr. Lock provided an accruate estimate, performed the re-keying of the locks, and arrived on time for the service. We were so impressed that our other daughter's home in Monroe Township needed new locks since they had just moved in the first of February. Once again, Mr. Lock arrived on time, did all the work (nine entrances or outside access doors) and performed quality work. Great work, Mr. Lock!

Not sure of the exact price we paid way back then. We had just moved in and had them install a deadbolt on our mudroom door and change locks on front and back door. Their master keys worked in all locks but the back and front were not operating consistently. Sometimes they were so tight, you just couldn't turn them. Since we only used the mudroom and just had a new baby, we didn't bother with it. Then we moved away for a year and had other people checking in our house. The battery in the garage door died so they could not access our house from either front or back. We were busy after moving back so it wasn't top on our list since we use the mudroom exclusively and that worked with the masters--no other key made at Home Depot or Lowes. Then, due to storms, we have been losing power a lot for days and needed to use the back and front door. The first time I put my key into the back door, it broke off in the lock. I drove to Starbucks with my laptop, looked up their number and called them. They were super nice and said they could have someone there in 20 minutes. We went home immediately and waited. I decided to clean the bedroom windows above the front door while waiting. I saw a truck pull in our driveway but couldn't see the company name for the trees. I ran to turn off the house alarm and by the time I got to the front door there was no sign of anyone. So I went back to cleaning the windows and waited. About an hour went by and I went to my car to use my cell phone which was charging. The guy answered and said he was at my house for 15 minutes and no one was there. So that was him. No one knocked on the door, yelled up to the window or anything. I cannot imagine why he would pull in and pull out? They were nice the last time they came out and even this time apologized for... I'm not sure because I was so angry I just hung up. Why bother driving out if you are not going to make an effort to let the people know you are here. We had no electricity so it's not like the tv or stereo drowned out a knock? Did he ring the door bell only not listening to the part that we had NO POWER??? And the windows were open and I was talking rather loudly to my children in other rooms as to whatever they needed. How could you not know we were home???Then he just went into, "If you didn't use your locks often, they will tighten," when they never really worked right to begin with--our fault for not insisting they return to fix them. Well we didn't know for a while since we don't use those locks. My grandparents didn't use their backdoor for over 30 years yet if we needed to, the key always worked. Not sure how our experience was so drastically different than the other 10 or so reviewers? I would have given them a good review last time due to their courtesy. Nice but our locks don't work.

My wife and I moved into our newly purchased home and needed the locks changed. I call Mr. Lock Company and explained what I needed done and received a cost estimate for the job. The technician arrive on time, was very professional and explained - in detail - the work he was going to preform. He came to me on several occasions to update the status of the job. The cost was what they explained and I was extremely satisfied with the work, and would recommend to other Angie members.
