He did exactly what was needed, light switches in two bathrooms would not stay on. Matthew replaced them and then went around to check that all other switches were operating correctly. He is professional, friendly, and knows what he is doing!

It went very well. Worked continuously and efficiently. Called for help from their company to remove high ceiling fan. Wore shoes covers at all times. I will have them back!

!matthew was on time and went straight to work. Like before when he did work for us, he covered his shoes, took care of our property, and cleaned up after himself. He did a good job ! I called Mr. Electric based on angies list reviews after having two other electricians out at the home. They came out the same day I called. Mathew was very friendly and I immediately felt comfortable with him. He initially told me he could get out on Friday(this was a Wednesday) because he was booked the next day. He later called that evening and said he would come out first thing in the morning( we were without heat, stove, refrigerator so it was a pretty urgent matter). He arrived on time the next morning and kept me informed throughout the day of his progress as I had gone into work. When everything was finished he met me halfway between my home and my work to give payment. His quote was slightly higher than previous quotes I had received but not enough to deter me from using them again. I know that with this kind of job, time is money, and I felt like Mathew really cared about my situation and went above and beyond to accomodate me and my family. I am very appreciative of his timeliness and courtesy as well as just overall doing a good job. I will definitely recommend Mr. Electric and use them in the future.

I may have given a review to the wrong electric provider, we used mr. Electric (review giving all and quot;Aand quot;s did NOT use reliable electric.

When I called, the lady on the phone stated that it would be free for him to come and give us a quote...as soon as the gentleman arrived he said I can't do anything until you pay $175. I was floored....but agreed because we needed this issue resolved. He was there for about an hour and left saying he was done and was going to get a quote for the light bulbs we would need. 2 days later (after sending 2-3 reminder emails) he said it would be an extra $600 for the light bulbs and installation!!!!!!! I understand I need to pay for the lights, but didn't I already pay you $175 for the issue to begin with . That is an insane price and I am being taken advantage of. Then he goes on to tell me that it will be $1000 to change out 2 ceiling fans!!! I was swindled and cheated and I want a refund or I will go to the BBB and Angie's List to let everyone know this is a SCAM!! The light bulbs are $5 each!!!!!!

They did rewiring of a few outlets. The service was fine.

Matthew was extremely professional, and I will definetly use him again. I needed work done next day due to issues with a previous electrician, and Matthew agreed to come out the next day and worked for the better part of the day to deliver all of my needs and keep the project from being delayed. Took the time to not only understand my request, but also what we were using the space for, and provided numerous great recommendations.

The job was done on time and very professionally. The only issue I had was that it cost us an additional $229 when we had purchased a $200 Angie's deal for $89. I understand that parts were extra but $229 for one light switch, a fan control and a electric eye for the pole light seemed a little excessive.

When we moved into our new house we had him come out to troubleshoot some of the electrical issues in our new home. He did a great job and is professionally dressed. He answered all of our questions. We have used him multiple times and he has always done a good job.

Matthew Price is the most polite service person I have ever dealt with! He is efficient, neat and gets the job done. He works nonstop from the time he walks in the door! He cleans up afterwards and does everything with a pleasant attitude and a smile. I definitely recommend him and will use him again soon to update to 200 amp service.

Matthew knows his stuff, the Master bath lighting was done in a snap, he discovered the handyman that had previously installed the chandelier didn't wire it to code no box was installed and that the wires were touching metal and that is what caused it to short out. So now I have a wonderfully lit bathroom and my chandelier works and we don't have to worry about it shorting out again and possibly cause a fire. He brought his own doormat to wipe his feet, he wore booties the entire time has a wonderful personality and he cleaned everything up after he was finished. I would highly recommend him for all electrical needs.

Matthew centered the spot on the ceiling, cut a hole and snaked a camera into the space to assess the way the joists were run. He had several ideas to try to run the electric. Unfortunately, the joists and a weight bearing beam prevented the work from being done. Matthew was apologetic and professional. He drove to a home improvement store to purchase a cover for the hole that he cut in the ceiling. Matthew did not attempt to cut additional holes to assess if he could get over the weight bearing beam and I appreciated that he was not willing to cut more holes in my ceiling or walls. He is experienced, but, this house was built in 1978. The joists were run odd in this house. No fault of Matthew's that the work could not be completed. I will refer this company to my friends and associates and I will use Mr Electric for any electrical issues in the future!

The job went great! The technician was extremely punctual - he was scheduled to arrive at 5:40pm, and that's exactly when he arrived. The technician (Matthew) was pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. He encouraged me to ask questions about anything and everything. Matthew explained technical aspects of the job well - I appreciated this, as I have little knowledge about wiring and fixtures. I also appreciated Matthew's attention to detail - he took special care to ensure the light fixtures were hung correctly and level. He also did a great job cleaning up after he was done. I definitely plan to call Mr. Electric in the future!

Everything went pretty good. I was a little frustrated at first because I scheduled the job to be done on the first visit as I explicitly stated on the phone that this was for foyer light fixture and the gentleman just came to assess the job. Then, the second time they tried to cancel on me after I already took off of work. I told the secretary that I refused to push this out yet again since I took off of work and already thought the job was going to be done on the first visit so needless to say, the guy came and got the job done. Work was good....just a little miscommunication/frustration upfront.

I received great service from Mr. Electric! They confirmed the appointment and included a photo. He was very professional and extremely pleasant. I thought he was just a really nice guy. He wore booties while working in my home and put mats down. The problem was diagnosed ( A bad electrical outlet) and fixed in a timely manner. He checked the other outlets in my home to make sure they were working properly. I purchased the Deal Package - $89.00 for $200.00 worth of electrical services. It's a fantastic value! I highly recommend Mr. Electric and I will definitely use them again. Thanks, Mr. Electric!
