Mower Mobile Maintenance

Upon calling the company to schedule a repair, I was informed that they do not service my area of town.

Service was performed exactly as offered.

Wonderful business- good customer service. Exceeded expectations.

This company is excellent. They call in January to set up the repair appointment. Then they pick the mower up, take it, and prepare it for the spring every year. When it comes back all you have to do is put gasoline in it. The price is very fair and payment is easy. I send them a check and they do the rest. They're life savers because they save me so much time.

Dianne phoned to explain they would be in the area on a certain day. Unfortunately I forgot to set the mower out! I called back and was able to arrange another time for pickup. They came and got the mower and performed the services as listed. I was happy to have the mower arrive back with the engine covered in case it was to have rained. Good service.

The company came out, picked up my mower and performed the standard maintenance, which went OK. Regarding the problem with the gears not engaging: they told me they had to wait for a part to come in, then they'd come out, pick up the mower again, and fix it. They did so, for another trip charge. When I ran the mower for the first time this season, the drive gears didn't engage any better than they had before. Therefore, I don't recommend these people unless you need just basic maintenance.

The mower is old and I told the technician that I had a limit of what I wanted to spend. The technician called me on my cell phone while I was at work and told me that the mower was repairable and it was worth putting the money into it because it was a great quality mower, and they do not make them like that anymore. The repairs were more than reasonable. I did not miss one grass cutting due to their quick service. Thanks MMM.

Contacted Mower Mobile to schedule lawn mower maintenance and check up. Took little over a week before the work could be scheduled. Once scheduled, work was done promptly and within the estimated cost range. A benefit was that I did not have to be at home for the work to be completed. They also gave a new customer discount!

The price was good but I don't think they did that good of job of sharping the blade because it already seams to be dull so I'm going to call another company to fix it. They were professional and they came out when they said they would.

We had our garden tractor and lawn mower service scheduled for April 23rd. Tom came, sharpened the blades on the lawn mower, and took off with parts to our tractor (starter), saying he'd be back in a week. It's now the second week of June and when we DO get through with calls, we're given promises that don't materialize. We've given up - no one ever knows what anyone else is doing, calls aren't returned, and our starter is nowhere to be found. We're calling in someone else.

It took a very long time to get the service scheduled, but once they actually came, they did a great job.

It's been 2 weeks and we haven't been able to schedule the work. We got one call back saying the caller wasn't the person who could set the appointment. No one else ever called back.

Excellent experience! Tom quickly identified the problem based on the symptoms and was able to repair it while I waited. He took the time to explain what the root cause of the problem was and how to prevent it in the future.

The repairs were done properly and timely.

Diane was very good at letting me know when they would come out and called the night before to ask me to make sure that the mower was left outside. I had to go to my daughter's school for two hours in the morning and when I got back, the mower was done and all replaced parts were left in bags on the mower along with the invoice. There was something that was broken, but not replaced and I called Diane's cell to ask about it and she assured me that the mower would function fine next summer without replacing the part, but that we should take care of it next fall. Really impressed with the level of service from this company and I will be calling next fall for a tune-up and to replace the broken part. The belt alone was $40 at Sears, so when you take into account the price of all the things that they replaced along with the fact that they come to you, it was well worth it!

It was a very pleasant experience. When I called in Diane (owner) gave me instructions of a few things I could try before scheduling a visit. I really appreciated this, as it could have saved me some money. Ultimately I made an appointment to have it repaired. She sent out 2 employees, within days of scheduling. They were very courteous and quickly repaired the tractor. I would hire them again for a repair or tune-up.

They performed the work on the premises in their little trailer. Took about an hour and they did an excellent job. I noticed the difference in performance immediately.

They know what they are doing and are well equipped to tackle just about any problem. I would highly recommend them to anyone and have.

They came on time and performed the maintenance in a timely fashion. I appreciate them coming to the house to service since I have no way of transporting my mowers for service. This is the second year I have used the company and I plan to use them again next year. Price might seem a bit high but the convenience of in-home service outweighs the extra cost.

We were so happy to find a company that would come to your home and do the work. No more dragging the lawn mower somewhere and then having to pick it up. No more extra charges for company picking up and delivering the mower. All the work was done in their truck. professional. Excellent service.

PRETTY SIMPLE AND CONVENIENT: YOU CALL AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT, THEY COME TO YOUR PLACE AND TUNE-UP YOUR MOWER. THEY HAD TO RESCHEDULE ONCE OR TWICE, BUT SINCE THEY COME TO YOU AND YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE THERE, THAT WASN'T AN ISSUE. DIANE CALLED AND CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT AND SHE IS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I DIDN'T REALIZE THAT OUR MOWER WASN'T RUNNING AS WELL AS IT COULD UNTIL THEY CLEANED IT UP. NOW, IT WORKS LIKE NEW! I STILL THINK IT'S A LITTLE PRICEY FOR WHAT THEY DO, CONSIDERING A NEW MOWER IS NOT MUCH MORE EXPENSIVE, BUT THIS IS A NEAT SERVICE AND THEY DO GOOD WORK. SINCE WE LIKE OUR MOWER AND DO NOT NEED A NEW ONE, I'M SURE I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

THEY CALLED THE DAY BEFORE TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE COMING, SO THAT I COULD LEAVE MY MOWER ON THE BACK PORCH FOR THEM. WHILE I WAS AT WORK THEY CAME AND DID THEIR JOB AT MY HOUSE. I HAD TO USE THE MOWER A WEEK LATER, AND IT RAN NOTICEABLY BETTER.

DIANE WAS AS NICE AS COULD BE, AND REFERRED ME TO A MOWER SHOP THAT HAD THE NECESSARY PART NEEDED FOR THE REPAIR TO MY MOWER. SHE TOLD ME SHE COULD DO THE WORK IF NEEDED, BUT SAID IT WAS A SIMPLE JOB AND SHE TOLD ME WHERE TO GET THE PART, AND HOW TO DO IT MYSELF TO AVOID ANY LABOR OR SERVICE FEES. WILL USE HER IN THE FUTURE FOR ANNUAL UP KEEP OF MOWER, BECAUSE OF HER HONESTY.

THEY EITHER SERVICE THE MOWER AT YOUR HOME OR (IN COLDER WEATHER) TAKE THE MOWER TO THEIR SHOP AND RETURN IT TO YOUR HOME. THERE IS A ''NEIGHBOR PLAN'' WITH DISCOUNTS FOR MULTIPLE CUSTOMERS ON THE SAME BLOCK HAVING THEIR SERVICE DONE AT THE SAME TIME. WE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT WITH TWO NEIGHBORS. THE COST IS A LITTLE HIGHER THAN TAKING AND PICKING UP THE MOWER YOURSELF FROM A REPAIR PLACE, BUT THE CONVENIENCE IS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY, IN MY OPINION. DIANE (THE OWNER) IS VERY PLEASANT AND EASY TO DEAL WITH.

EXCELLENT, HONEST SERVICE. DIANE WILL LET YOU KNOW IF A MOWER IS NOT WORTH INVESTING MONEY TO REPAIR. PROMPT RETURN OF PHONE CALLS.
