Mower Mobile Maintenance

great! had a little glitch where I had to call them twice but they recovered quickly and one day I came home to a working mower!! Left me a note that the throttle was up too high, soooo I'm going to use them for annual maintenance going forward. Very reasonable $85, and the convenience is beyond great obviously as they came to my back yard while I was at work!

I had initially wanted to go to the place I had purchased my mower for service, but they had merged with another company farther away, so I figured I'd give these folks a shot since they were very close. Communication was excellent, everyone I talked to was very friendly, and they picked up/dropped off the mower without issue. Best of all, it was much cheaper than I had anticipated, and the turnaround was about a week which was shorter than I expected. Thanks for a great job, mower is still going strong!

The company arrived on time to look at my mower. They determined it was the drive belt, replaced it and tuned it up all in my garage. Very happy with outcome.

WORST DO NOT USE! Their tech came out and must have lifted the hood from our newly purchased used John Deere LT 160 and let it drop to the floor because the larger hood is completely cracked off now- The tech then tried to hide what he had done- because he never called me- he just pushed it into the corner of the garage facing AWAY from us Not only that but once he cracked the top larger hood off he proceeded to either step on it or smash the hood somehow. He just pushed our mower back inside the garage facing the wall in the corner and put the broken pieces the size of a coffee saucer on the deck!! When my son and I went to push it out- away from the wall - where he had tried to hide what he'd done- we noticed the ruined hood- I told the owner who immediately denied any wrong doing despite we have pictures before and after- and at least 3 witnesses from the previous owner a neighbors landscaper and another mower service!! The John Deere LT 160 has 2 hoods that have to be replaced 1 is 100.00 and the other is $250. The owner offered 100.00 they need to replace the hoods which is bad business- we live on a very busy street in Montgomery and he could have really gotten some good business from our happiness - he chose to take advantage of a widow- with a special needs son I will tell everyone DO NOT USE MOBILE MOWER MAINTENANCE- they don't care if their techs break your mower!

I had used Mobile Mower Maintenance in the past a couple of times to do an annual check-up/tune-up on both my push mower and my riding lawnmower. Their service is great, leave it in the driveway, they come by during the day, take care of business and invoice you. The convenience does come at a little bit of a price, but especially when the riding mower goes down it could not be more convenient, and best of all my mowers run great. Last year, however I did have a not so favorable experience with a service call and my riding mower was still out of commission months later. After leaving a mixed review in response to a comment on a neighborhood app about how my recent experience had not been so great the owner himself reached out to me to inquire what had happened and how he could make it right. He promptly sent a technician back out to my house, free of charge, and the mower is now working great. I have a lot of respect for someone that takes the time to reach out, find out what went wrong and make it right. I will continue to use them for regular maintenance and service calls in the future.

I left my lawnmower outside and they came and worked on it. Never saw them but they did nice work.

You just can't beat the convenience of this service. I left my mower on the back patio. They showed up while I was at work, performed service, and left an invoice. I returned from work with the work all done and didn't have to mess with hauling the mower in somewhere. I gave a C on responsiveness only because it took a few days for someone to respond to my inquiry. But once I received the call, they were very good.

Very pleased with the work and that they could come to my house even if I was not there. Since it was my first time to work with them, I didn't know what to expect or how long it would be before they showed up, but all went very well and I was very pleased. Will use them again next year.

They showed up on time. I could have left the mower outside for them but I was home so I met them when they came to do the work. The guys were very professional and completed the work in about 30 minutes. They put the mower back in the garage with the itemized bill attached. My husband says they did a good job on the mower. It was super convenient, much easier than taking the mower to a shop and waiting for a week or two to get it back. We will definitely use this service again.

They scheduled an appointment quickly and showed up at the appointed time. They did their thing and fixed my blower right up. Now, all we need is enough snow to see if it works! NO, did I just say that? I didn't realize how long it had been since they came to my house and I meant to post a review much sooner. They were very punctual and courteous. I cannot remember exactly how much it cost but it was under $200. I was very happy.

Mechanic performed services as requested. Company did not try to sell or add anything above what was requested.

Left the mover in front of the garage, it was done while we were away from the house to our satisfaction. Left an invoice which we paid promptly. A little higher price than taking it some ploace but worth the price difference.

Repair went well. The price was reasonable.

The work was never performed and the company blamed Angies List

It ran for a little bit and then stopped. I checked the air filter and fixed the filter myself. Other than that everything was great

Provider did not service my area. Not sure why the proveider was recommended yo me by Angie's List is they don't service my area. My money was taken immediately but I had to wait two weeks to get it back.

I have used them before but as usual there prompt communicated with me when there might be a change in schedule and did an excellent job

Did work on mower. When we used the mower it was cutting uneven. I emailed them they called the next day and came out a few days later and fixed the problem. Mower cuts great!

I tried to cut my lawn within two days of MMM's performance of its service. My tractor's mower belt broke within the first 5 minutes of my starting the tractor. I called MMM and questioned why its technicians had failed to detect a belt that was minutes from breaking when they had checked it as part of the service. I was told that the condition of mower belts is hard to see, and that I would have to pay full price ($171.20) to replace the the belt. Presumably, the cost of replacing the belt would have been less had the problem been detected during the 16-point check. I am disappointed in their response, because one of the reasons I paid for and relied upon the expertise of MMM was because the condition of my mower's belt would be hard for me to check myself. I believe that I should not have been charged the cost of a second house call. Update -- The new belt that MMM installed keeps falling off the drive shaft because it was installed too loosely; I have learned my lesson and will not incur another transportation charge from MMM to correct the problem.

Contact was very courtesy and scheduled promptly. Service arrived within time scheduled and completed the 16 point maintenance as promised.

After a mix-up on location because of local construction, the work was rescheduled and performed without a problem. I was very happy with the service and deal.

The service went fine. One technician came out for the job. I had little involvement with the service while they were out. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

Great, all I had to do was leave the mowers on the porch. They were both serviced, cleaned and information on mower when I came home from work. So convenient.

... quick, efficient, at home repairs done in a timely manner! I accidently hit an old stump while doing the lawn which of course bent the balde beyond use, in fact, disbling the entire mower and leaving half the lawn uncut. I called the next day and a technician was out the following day to fix the mower and get me back on the grass cutting schedule! I like the fact that they come to me, and I dont have to wrestle the mower into the truck to take it to be repaired.

We did not use this service -
