They did a good job. They came right out and did as expected.

I like that they come to your house. They are also prompt, professional, and answer all your questions.

I was not very happy with the deal. I got a call from the company saying I owed them for parts. I did not see that mentioned in the deal when I purchased it. I paid an additional fee for parts. They took the mower down to their truck to work on it. The service they did was okay and the mower worked fine when they were done. The staff seemed to know what they were doing and I had no problem scheduling the deal. They pretty did it whenever they were in the area.

They brought their trailer to my residence, drove the mower into it and performed the tune up. They also cleaned the outside of the mower of dust and grass. They did a thorough job and I was very pleased. The service was very convenient and efficient.

The service was fair, but I felt that the office was a bit unorganized. After the work was done, I got a call from the office inquiring about payment. I reminded them that I had bought the Big Deal through Angie's List which covered the whole service. The tune up was done well but they just seemed a bit scattered.

The company worked with me to schedule the original riding mower service. They came out on a Sunday, which was not expected. They did a good job on the service and the mower was cleaner than when I bought it. They could not service the power washer and the tiller at my house. They took the items to their shop. After not hearing anything for about a week, I called and spoke to them about the two items. I was told this is their busy season and they had not gotten to the tiller or the washer. I was told they would get with me on what needed to be done. Over the course of the next few days they communicated to me both items needed carburetor work. The week of May 27, the washer was completed. The whole process took a long time but the work was good. I got the tiller and both the tiller and power washer started on the first pulls. Id have to say the service was great. Tom, the repairman, was polite and informative on each contact. While there was an extended period from first contact to final pick up, I would not only use but recommend them to others. My recommendation for improvement would be for Mobile Maintenance to contact the customer when the work is done or if it will be delayed. But I have to Thank them for storing my tiller until I could get to avoid a drop-off fee.

Took 3 mechanics to figure out basic problem with mower deck - - they wanted to charge $50 per visit even when they can't figure out the problem. Had 2 visits from technicians and then even had to deliver the mower to them - they carry a very low parts inventory so you have to wait for them to get the parts - -- owner is fair and professional. Mobile maintenance to me should be the mechanic shows up ( a ONE time $50 charge since you are not taking the mower to them is ok) and either on 1 or 2 quick trips they fix the mower - done. If they need to take the mower should be no charge included in the $50 as not my fault they didn't bring enough parts or person didn't have the knowledge to fix it, etc. It should not be $50 for mechanic to show up, then another fee for another trip, or another fee for picking up mower, and then another fee for a different mechanic, etc. etc. Owner was fair in adjusting final bill due to the bad process. Would not go through it again (it is a lawn mower with very few moving parts not a complex computer driven car engine).

They were good. They were professional and on time.

It didn't go at all. And they wouldn't make an exception even tho I was actually closer than some of the other places they said they went to.

Will definitely use yearly for tune up!

They were very responsive. I called on Tuesday as the mower had stopped on Sunday before memorial Day. The office said they would be out sometime within the next one - two weeks. She was to call when there was an opening. She called on Thursday and they came on Friday morning. They were here during the window that they said the day before. The technician, Toby, was very friendly. He explained what he was doing and what he planned on doing next. At that point I asked if he had time to give the mower a "once-over" and sharpen the blade. He responded with a "no problem". I couldn't be happier with this company and with Toby.

It went fine, they were really nice and they came when they're supposed to, and they did some issues with their equipment but I give them credit, they did call and tell me, its a bit expensive but convenient.

They came out very promptly. They brought everything they needed in their truck and they were able to service it right at my home. Within 45 minutes the work was done and they were very efficient and very professional. I paid another $50 to have some custom mulching blades added. I would use them again.

I purchased Angie's Big Deal, $85 to service my riding lawn mower. The service was scheduled and they arrived on time. They seemed to finish their work fairly quickly, and I soon discovered why. After a couple of minutes of 'small talk', they left and I started to put the tractor away. I quickly realized that they had merely given it a 'lick and a promise'. Remember, I had purchased a 16-point service, which is spelled out on their website. They did NOT clean the engine; they did NOT clean the deck; they did NOT even touch the air filter, even though they checked this item off as having been done!! These three items were just as dirty as before they arrived. Before I inspected the tractor further, I called the owner and ' invited' her to come see what I was left with. She arrived in about an hour and focused primarily on the untouched air filter. Even as I pointed out the other things that were left undone, she was still trying to defend those guys. I did not want the same two to return, so she agreed to send a different crew later that day. The second crew showed up about 5:00 that same afternoon and TOGETHER we went over each of the 16 points of service that should have been done. In addition to having to clean and service the air filter, they found grease fittings that had not been serviced; in fact, the spindle covers had never even been removed to get at the fittings. I have no confidence that any of the other 16 points of service were actually done by that first crew. Did they check the belts and pulleys? Did they check the tires and battery? Did they check the RPM's? Did they change the oil? I DO have two used spark plugs which suggests that they were changed. When they finished, they handed me an invoice showing a balance of $9.61. Remember, I bought an Angie's Big Deal; it was supposed to be the full price. The owner told me, 'Forget that invoice.", like I was going to pay it? Well, the icing on the cake came today, 5 weeks later. I returned home this afternoon to find a message on my answering machine, from the owner, informing me that I have an outstanding balance of $9.61 and asking me to pay it. Really?!

Did all the services noted in Angies Big Deal and offered to repair blade belt that may fail soon. Appreciated the heads up... They were timely and communicated clearly when they would come, what they'd do etc. You leave your mower out in driveway that day so it was convenient that I didn't have to be there. Thanks

All good, they were on time, called ahead of service, and were very proffesional when they arrived.This is an awesome idea they come to you with the trailer to do the maintainence, They did tune up changed oil shapened the blades and also do a good clean up of the mower. Good service I would use again.

Easy and convenient as they show up to your house and service your mower at your house. I received $3 off the service because I booked online via their website. The day before they were scheduled to arrive, I received a reminder e-mail. You simply leave your mower outside, they arrive between a pre-set time frame, and they take care of the rest. If you want to talk with them, you can request that they ring your doorbell; otherwise, you do not have to be home and they will simply leave the mower and invoice when they are finished (they also leave any old parts that they replace - i.e. spark plug, filter). I have subsequently used my mower and everything seems to be working fine. Given that it was spring and I waited until lawn mower season already started, I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to schedule in a timely manner. I have recommended to other neighbors and I would use this service again.

They arrived within the scheduled time and did all the maintenance they advertise. There is extra cost for the spark plugs, gas, filter, and air cleaner. I have used them for a number of years and they continue to do a fine job. The advantage of them coming to your home and performing the services is a real plus. You don't have to be home for them to do the maintenance. Just leave the lawn mower outside.couldn't be easier.

Service happened on time. The mower sounds great and I look forward to trying it out soon now that Spring has arrived.

They called me the day before to remind me of my appt. came shortly after the beginning of the time frame I was given. Took them less than 1/2 hr (there were 2 men). My mower was cleaned up along with all the maintenance work. They also filled the gas tank as well, so I was able to mow as soon as they left. One additional thing I liked...they left me the old parts of the new ones they replaced & charged me for. No question that they had actually replaced the parts. I will definitely use them again next year!

The deal sated it covered East Hamiliton, Warren & Clermont counties. I Live in Warren County so I order the deal. however after trying to schedule a service, I was informed that I am outside their service area & will not be receiveing the deal.

We had a snowblower that wasn't starting and my husband couldn't figure it out. After having so much snow, I called in the professionals! They scheduled me right in and came out to the house to repair the snow blower. The technician showed my husband why the blower wouldn't start, he repaired the snow blower and recommended another part for it. Because my husband is handy, we didn't have the technician replace that part, but it is all taken care of. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and explained what was going on to my husband every step of the way.

The service was very convenient, I just left the mower on the porch, they did the work and left the bill. He did call and speak to us in addition to the report he left with the mower because he wanted to be sure we understood that he did enough to get us through this summer but any additional work wouldn't be worth it because of the age of the mower. Very happy with every aspect of the service.
