I was able to get the laptop to Midwest Protech and they turned it around very fast.

I was very impressed by Matt. He was very honest and upfront about everything. He explained in detail what he would attempt to fix my laptop . I bought a new laptop from an online manufacturer but it had problems so I sent it back for a refund. So I checked Angies List for a PC repair outfit in my neighborhood & called Midwest Protech. I explained my problem with my old laptop & was told to bring it in. I was going out of town for several months & hoped it could be repaired, I called them on a Friday & by Monday the laptop was in perfect working order. I was kept informed during the process and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I will definitely use them in the future. They are my go to guys for PC work.

End result- this was a very good choice. I like when that happens:) Initially I left a message on their voice mail and they called me back soon after and said to bring the tower in. Ray greeted us at the store and took our information, my gut immediately told me these were trustworthy people and I could breath a sigh of relief. They called that same night and said the computer needed a new hard drive but was repairable. The next day Matt called and explained all the details to my husband, not only did he install a new hard drive, he replaced the power pack and did numerous scans to be sure it was up to date and running smoothly. When we got it home and hooked it up we found the computer ran faster and better than it has it several years!! We were so relieved because a new computer was NOT in the Christmas budget this year:) I HIGHLY recommend Midwest Protech, they are kind and decent people who know what they are doing and explain it so non-tech people can understand, they have everything you want in a reliable service provider, integrity, competency, compassion, fairness and communication skills which is hard combination to find these days.

The technician was very courteous and helpful. Very knowledgable and frank, which was refreshing. Cost of repair was prohibitive and I was so advised. No charge was made. I will use this company again, should the need arise. e

I contaced Midwest for a price quote to fix what I thought was a hard drive issue. I was pleasantly surprised by their quick response, and their offer to diagnose the problem with no charge. They were quick professional, and did the work for much less than I would have paid one of the big box stores. I am very happy to have the computer back in working condition. My original expectation was just to retrieve what information I could from the hard drive initially. Couldn't have had a better experience, and would highly recommend them for computer repair needs!

I used Midwest ProTech because I no longer had the time to tackle my computer repairs on my own. They did an excellent job and kept me informed of the issues. I had a hard drive that was failing. They were able to clone it and salvage my data before the hard drive failed, and had my laptop back in working order quickly. I could not have done a better job myself! I will be using Midwest ProTech for all my computer issues in the future!

I had a great experience with Midwest Protech. I called for information and it turned out my computer issues could most likely be taken care of remotely. We set up a time and were able to accomplish this over the phone-no service call and no lugging the computer into their office. Once they access your computer they can use your cursor to point out things they are working on and actually walk you through the process. All the virus and malware were purged from my computer. They also were able to show me same basic operations that I didn't know previously that have made my computer so much easier to use. I was especially needing some help with Parental Controls and found that they were already on my computer but I just didn't have them set correctly. All of this in only 45 minutes over the phone for $67! I can't say enough about their great service and will be using them again.

Called; explained problem. Took laptop into shop in morning and job was complete by early afternoon. Very pleased with everything.

I shopped around and people were quoting me hundreds of dollars just to troubleshoot and then hundreds to fix it and then they couldn't even guarantee it would work. He really had it fixed within hours of me dropping it off. He waited for me after hours for me to get it. He accommodated my work schedule, which I thought was amazing.

Diagnosis of current PC's death. Quick suggestion as to the type of PC I would need for the type of work I do. A fair price for the work he did and prompt service. A very good store for those people who don't know a lot about PC's. You can trust Matt to do good work and be fair with you.

He didn’t quite get everything 100% but we were satisfied with his work. It was complicated problem and he spent a lot of time trying to fix it and we appreciate his service.

They are excellent. Their slogan is “integrity, honesty, and value” and they definitely live up to that standard. They do on-site repair work and were willing to take my tower to the shop for service. I have been more than satisfied with their services, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Midwest Protech has worked on our home PC two times. Both experiences were handled professionally and quickley. This is a home PC not a business but Matt treats us like a large business in the way that he provides the service. I would recommend this computer repair servicer to anyone needing software or hardware help. Midwest Protech offer much more service that I don't even claim to understand but from looking at their setup I think they are able to offer help to anysize business or home need.
