Great, the company worked with me all the way. They were great. They have contacted me to make sure that the computer is working well.

Everything went exceptionally well. Contacted company by phone and did not leave a message, but they used the caller ID to 'reach out' and called me before the next day. Discussed some options I could try (to fix it myself) before I took the laptop into their office. Rodney and Gary were great to work with. Polite, efficient, professional and informative. Discussed the details of changes before and after the work. Cost is always more than we want to pay, but for all he did it was reasonable, acceptable and competitive with other service providers. Would definitely recommend this company.

The anti-virus software is real-time and is linked directly to their site so if there's an issue that's not resolved in a couple of days, they will know.
