Sheena, our primary cleaning professional, always does a great job. Tasks that she accomplishes include, but are not limit to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing, in all rooms of our home. It's always a pleasure to come home the day she visited to find a sparkling clean home. Our home is currently for sale. The cleanliness is a feature that will definitely help with the home sale.

They come while I'm at work so when I get back the house is clean.

It couldn’t have gone worse. They came and gave me an estimate; they wanted me to sign up for 6 months and would give a special price. So I agreed to it. I told them that I wanted a good job. They said that the first time they came; this is the price, regardless of the time spent. I knew they wouldn’t finish in the 5-6 hour estimate so I asked if they would provide separate session, in which I was willing to pay more if they could do this. The assured me they could finish it in one session. The two workers came; I went around the house and told them what I really wanted them to do. I told them about the stove, they told me it was going to be an additional cost. The same thing with the refrigerator, and I was willing to pay the extra cost. I left them there for a while, and came back later. As I drove by I noticed one worker not doing anything, when I went in I noticed the stove had been untouched. I then called the owner about it, she told me she wanted to bring the two workers back. I told her that I did not want the workers back in the house. I wanted the owner to come and tell me if she thought the house was clean. She told me that she could not do this because she was busy. I became very frustrated and just let it go.

Very pleased with their housecleaning service that I have used for quite awhile. Always pleasant to come home to a clean house. Nice finishing touches. And very willing to make schedule adjustments to work around family vacations or special events. Very reasonably priced for services.

Jenn did a fabulous job, including all the little touches that just made us feel like she really cares. I had forgotten about the cleaning and when I came home from a long day at work. Upon entering the house, I immediately remembered that the house had been cleaned as it was sparkling and smelled great. I have high standards, so it is hard to please me sometimes. I was impressed! I interviewed MANY companies prior to selecting McCarthy's. I found them to be heads and tails above the rest in some many aspects, especially with things that really matter such as insurance!!! They carry both liability and worker's comp insurance for their workers. This is hard to find and invaluable.

McCarthy's Home Services cleans the entire house every month. They confirm the exact date and time via email a few weeks before the cleaning. We've made arrangements so that they can clean even when no one is home. They have done a consistently excellent job! Dusting, sweeping, hardwood floors, kitchen, bathrooms, garbage are all taken care of. I've occasionally had special requests (use glass cooktop cleaner on the stove or wipe down a particularly dirty wall) and they've always complied. I especially appreciate the personal notes on the receipts. You might pay a bit more than other provides, but it's well worth it! I graded a "B" for professionalism not because I have any complaints -- they have been excellent! I just think the next level of professionalism would be scheduling and payment via a website, instead of email and paper checks. All in all, extremely satisfied and heartily recommended!

We love McCarthy's Home Services. They are very responsive to any of our needs and suggestions. They are always on time and they do a great job cleaning our house. We would highly recommend them!!

It went great. Our cleaner, Ashley, did an excellent job, was very personable and professional. She also played with our puppy, who absolutely loves her and follows her everywhere. The first visit was a more involved cleaning, including dusting ceilings and walls. We are very pleased and will continue the relationship with McCarthy's.

Do a very thorough job of cleaning. After the first visit, I had some concerns, but they were dealt with the next visit. Are receptive to additional requests. I am going to add additional services.

We have used McCarthy at our current residence and our prior residence. At both houses they do a fantastic job of cleaning our house including vacuuming, dusting, bathroom cleaning, and scrubbing the floors. The best testament to their work is they are able to clean up after our German Shepard and leave no dog hair on the floor or the furniture. They do a wonderful job and it is always a treat to return to a clean home.

They have been cleaning for me since about March 2014. The current woman who cleans for me does a very good job each time. Any issues that I had when we first used the service were immediately resolved by the owner, Trina. We are happy with the service and will continue to use them.

Really great staff! I highly recommend this company. The team was quick to get to work, patient and friendly with my c...urious children, and had positive and cheerful attitudes. They were a whirlwind and got more done in two hours than I expected.

It went fine. They've only been here twice; they come here every two weeks. They just came here today and for the second visit; so far it was okay. They've been doing a thorough job. They're listening. They were here early today. They're very professional and very good.

They stated that it would take a few cleanings until it got to the point where they were satisfied. We haven't been able to find a company that could clean to our standards. You'd be crazy not to hire them. They have been consistent, if not improving over time.

Price with tax for a large house - 3 finished floors. Good with the kids and dogs and anythings else that walks throught the door and does a good job. flexible if we want then to skip the basement and clean out the fridge instead, they are fine with that. proactive in scheduling around thanksgiving as we usually have the house cleaned on thursday.

Had some email confusion with a lost email on our side but got it all worked out in the end. They are definitely busy and protective of their regular clients so I expect hiring them for just a one time cleaning might be tough. We discussed a regular schedule and got the initial cleaning set up. Everything looked great. We are setting up a regular cleaning schedule with them for every other week and hope to use them for an occasional extra cleaning when we have guests over.

I received my quote quickly and Trina was so quick with getting me a quote. I was super impressed with how professional she was and continues to be professional. I am pretty picky and I highly recommend their cleaning service. I feel so spoiled. :-)

McCarthy's Home Services always does a thorough job cleaning the house from top to bottom every month. They've been very responsive to my occasional requests for extra attention on certain rooms or areas. I've been very pleased!
