Over the years I've had many housecleaners and McCarthy's outdoes them in every way. The technicians are professional, reliable, punctual, flexible and do an outstanding job cleaning my home. Jen, in particular, is a perfectionist. Every time that she has cleaned my home there is not a single thing that I'm not completely satisfied with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Lisa always does a great job cleaning our home. She leaves the bathrooms and kitchen spotless. The floors are vacuumed and mopped. The house even smells good. She is pleasant, trustworthy, thorough and responsive to our requests. I recommend McCarthy Home Services.

I have had this house cleaning service for many years. We’ve had a few technicians over the years. We really love Allison. She is friendly, COVID aware and follows COVID safe restart precautions. She does a great job cleaning and actively seeks feedback. I appreciate the great job she is doing.

McCarthy messaged me a few days after I reached out to them with specific questions about my house. I answered relatively promptly, and they returned with a quote and information. The prices were reasonable, so all good so far. But then I asked to schedule an initial clean, a trial visit (paid for by me, of course) where we could get to know each other before I made a further long-term commitment. I explained I was also investigating another cleaning service, so needed to coordinate these intro visits. McCarthy never responded back...it has been 10 days now. I assume they are not really interested in my business at this point.

I have been receiving house cleaning services since January. Brandon has been our technician since August. He has done a super job. He is very detail oriented and the house feels clean when he leaves.

Excellent service by on time personnel that are pleasant and receptive to requests. Very pleased!

Brandon always does a great job with our house! He cleans every two weeks and we ever need to do any additional cleaning between his visits.......a great sign of how well Brandon does his job!

The ratings above are for the technician - the young man - who was there the whole time. (Not for the young lady who came later). I think his name was Brandon but I'm not sure (I am reporting what my friends who were there told me). It was a huge long job, and he worked hard the whole time.

Exceptional service. The Technician - Brandon - systematically went over every part of our home . . . all floors swept and wet mopped. Stairs to second flood hand swept and washed. Walk-in shower with glass doors were immaculate when he was done. Some things I would not have considered for cleaning - - - does anyone polish their chrome toaster? He took his time and did everything right. I could not be more pleased.

McCarthy's cleaning services have performed biweekly house cleaning for us for almost 12 years. Needless to say, after that many years, we are happy with the quality of cleaning we receive as well as the overall experience. I have found that the owners, as well as the technicians, are responsive to any schedule changes or specific requests that I may have. I feel they genuinely understand the value of customer satisfaction. They regularly request feedback about the service to make sure they are doing the best job for me. My technician Lisa, is professional, efficient and very thorough when cleaning our 2 story home (that includes a dog that sheds a lot!). The bathrooms (especially the shower doors) are spotless, as well as the rest of the house. Would recommend their services.

Chelsea and her crew cleaned my house. They did excellent job. Nothing was missed. I am happy with their service.
