I have used McCarthy's Home Services for over 10 years. They are very professional and do a wonderful job. Felicia takes the extra time to fold our towels like a spa resort and put all those crazy pillows on our master bed!

When I finally decided to start using a cleaning service, I chose McCarthy Home Services because of other recommendations and their responsiveness. Brandon has been cleaning my house for a few months now and I couldn’t be more pleased. He does a great job and is very professional. He communicates well and is very thorough. I would recommend Brandon and McCarthy Home Services to anyone.

Our cleaning schedule is irregular but you always work with me to schedule a date that works. Lisa always comes on time and gets right to work thoroughly cleaning our bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, livingroom/dining room and everything inbetween. We like seeing her happy face show up and her willingness to complete all the special instructions of the day.

Great! Really like the service and the way they handle business. With cleaning it is always hard to get every detail, and we have a very large house, so sometimes a thing gets missed here or there, thus the B on quality. If they got everything, i probably would not want to pay the extra it would cost to get everything... I also really like the way that they are open to "focus areas" in the cleaning, so if there is a detail that you want cleaned you can feel comfortable asking for it.

The worker arrived on time and went straight to work. I was particularly impressed with the way she cleaned the main bathroom as well as how she cleaned the wood floors throughout my house. Once she was done, all I needed to do was put fresh linens on my guest beds and I was ready to receive my visitors! Thanks for the great service and I look forward to the next time.

They do an amazing job! We use them for our monthly cleaning and have also used them for a deep clean when we listed our house for sale. They are super-flexible and great at working around your scheduled/ needs. We have had many different team members do our cleaning, they have all do a great job

Not well. I hire them upon readying excellent reviews from Angie's List to clean my niece's 1900sq ft house. I was going to hire them to clean my house but after the experience did not. The owner came to both my and my niece's house to go over everything and give a price. I was told that they would stay until clean completely that the first time was not based on hours. I even offered for them to come twice (and pay twice) but she assured me that was not necessary. A high priority for someone cleaning my house is that they a re trustworthy. Two people arrived to clean -one was very very young -the other older I was told the younger one was "In training" I left them in the house alone and returned 2 hours later to find the older person sitting and having coffee and not working. When going through the house I told the owner that the cleaning mechanism on the stove was not working and she assured me that they would clean both the stove and frig for which I paid extra. The work was not good and they did not clean the stove or frig not even the counters or top of the stove. When I complained to the owner she said she would have them return but I did not trust the people and just let it go as she was not willing to send new cleaners. It was expensive and I would rather pay a little more and get a good job and trust people in my house but that did not happen. it was superficial cleaning at best.

Excellent! They arrived on time with two cleaners for the initial cleaning. They toured the house with my wife and myself and asked questions about how we wanted certain things cleaned and areas we didn't need cleaned (e.g. unused spare bedrooms). They were very thorough and professional.

The floors and the master shower were spotless. Every thing smelled clean. Cleaner was prompt and courteous.

I was very pleased with the results. The bathrooms are sparkling again. The vacuuming and dusting were both thoroughly done jobs. I would hire them again.

The service turned out really good. I have a three bed room two bath ranch and one of their people can get it done in two hours. In the bathroom they are on their hands and knees, they do a great job.

We've used McCarthy's Home Services for years. Their employees have always been professional when they come into our home. I love walking in to a fresh clean house after a long day at work! They have always been great with my dogs and my family too. I highly recommend themn the McCarthy's will take good care of you!

It was about $25 a visit, depending on the hours, I used them a couple of hours. I grade them an ?A? for the service, for house cleaning. But, they don?t do everything, they don?t do appliance cleaning or they don?t do carpet cleaning. You have to ask them separately or they will refer you to someone else. We ask for one worker, it takes a couple of hours. They are very punctual, and duty oriented, the quality of the work is good.

This went pretty well. They were planning on leaving before the 4 hours although there was still some stuff that could have been cleaned. I had to ask them to stay the entire 4 hours

They did excellent job! I couldn't have been more pleased. They were very thorough and very efficient with their time! I was amazed at everything they were able to accomplish in two hours. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I'd definitely recommend this business and will use them again.

I pay them per visit. A visit costs $165.

The cost was less than $165, maybe $150.

McCarthy's is highly rated so I as hopeful that we would have a good experience. We used them to conduct the first initial cleaning where they deep clean everything. The first cleaning was good - I was happy with the level of detailing. Then we had subsequent services where I was not happy. I live in a 6000 sq foot house, so I would expect that at least 2-3 people would come to clean the house. They actually sent one person to clean the entire home and as you would expect, she was not able to do a thorough job. We had crumbs/food under the kitchen table from dinner the night before still there after the cleaning. The bathroom floors weren't touched... it was bad. I sent a note to the owner saying I was unhappy and didn't even get the courtesy for a note back. I would not recommend.
