Description of Work: Installed a laminate floor.

Description of Work: We ordered our kitchen cabinets through Lowe's. Helpful with the planning and pricing, told us of upcoming specials that might be money-saving, and were very responsive and ran interference with the vendor when we had issues. We were surprised at how well it went!

Description of Work: I attempted to get them to repair my wooden fence and floor. For both they sounded so certain that they could perform the services. For the floor they were not consistent or timely in calling me back, and were going to charge me over 2000 dollars and weren't even going to remove the existing floor. As for the fence, again the man assured me that they could repair it. I waited and waited for an installer to contact me. I received no return calls for approximately two weeks. I had to keep calling him and he then finally told me that they could not do the job. Very poor costumer service.

Description of Work: remodeled kitchen. the selection of materials began in march 2014. Cabinets were ready the end of April and work began May 28,2014. The work, is currently still not finished.. the cabinets are installed however a base corner cabinet was to have been a lazy susan design inside and it was until after it was in was installed that I saw it was not that that the cabinet I wanted but I had not been charged for a lazy susan style cabinet in the contract and was told it would cost an additional $600 to change the cabinet. I kept the cabinet I had. Another cabinet is the wrong size and a new one had to be ordered. So the while waiting for the counter top to be installed the construction workers left June 13, 2014 and went to work on another job. My counter top was installed on June 23, and after several calls to Lowe's the correct cabinet and molding arrived July 23 and Lowe's called the same day to say I should hear from the contractor within 48 hrs. I'm waiting. There are several things besides the cabinet that have to be done, like the back splash, a ceiling fan to install, microwave (needed the cabinet for this). I would like to see that the actual workmen who have done the work so far (laid wood floor and a tile floor, hung cabinets, installed plumbing and a dishwasher, changed gas lines and heating vents to name a few things) have done a really great job. They arrive early work all day and clean up after themselves. I am pleased with how my kitchen looks so far but unhappy about how long it has taken and not getting the lazy susan.
