LOWE'S

The workers we came in contact with at Lowe's were awesome. One thing that they can work on in the future is it would be customer service as far as returning phone calls. They did a good job keeping the area clean.

They were good! The crew did a good job. It took less than 8 hours to complete.

The installers/delivery men (s) were friendly and courteous. Had a few quirks but were handled professionally. Prices at the store were in line with other retail stores. We also checked Sears where delivery would take 3-5 days.

They are close. The staff is pleasant. With regard to price, they are pretty good. The quality of service is good.

Generally they are friendly. The price is good and competitive. The people I talked to were good and they have good quality products. I shopped for a long time for the commode and one person was useless but the other person was excellent.

It went very well. They were very patient with me when I was choosing out which floor I would like for them to install. They showed up on time and had excellent communication. I was fortunate to get a guy who had a lot of experience. He was very friendly and had service with a smile. I did have an issue with the toilet as it was wobbly after the installation, but they were able to send somebody out to fix the toilet. I was happy that they took care of the issue instead of blowing me off. Customer service is just as important as the job being done.

Sales was good experience at Lowes. Subcontractor PRO FLooring arrived on time, left early in day on day 1. Day 2 had to stay until 7:30 p.m. To finish. Walls and woodwork scuffed. Seams had to be repaired after installation was performed.

LOWES did a good job, the only thing was they did not vacuum the carpet after it was done and I think they didn't do it because they weren't aware that they had power. They didn't ask for anything; they apparently tried one or two plugs and they weren't working so they didn't bother to check. But other than that they did fine and they cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again in the future.

Nothing was performed. Not sure how this even got on Angie's List reviews.

They did a fantastic job; it was unbelievable. It was pretty expensive. They were very thorough and very good. I was really impressed.

I started by working with Majid at the Springdale Lowe's store to pick out a replacement carpet and padding, then scheduled a date and time to have someone measure the rooms to calculate the required materials and price. The technician who performed the measurements arrived on time and performed his duties in a workmanlike manner. The dimensions were sent to the Lowe's store in a timely manner and Majid prepared a price estimate, then called to let me know it was ready. When I got to the store, Majid went over the price estimate in detail, described how to qualify for the free installation offer, worked with me to substitute less costly carpet padding, recalculated the price, and gave us the discount offered for using a Lowe's credit card. He explained the ordering and installation processes thoroughly. We ordered and paid for the carpet and installation that day and received a folder that provided a copy of the contract, an explanation of what to expect as the order progressed, and a card with contact information for the installation team. The carpet arrived ahead of schedule and Lowe's contacted us to set up an installation date. The carpet installers (Brent and Randy from Andrews installation) were a little late arriving (about an hour) but got right to work. They showed me the new carpet to confirm it was what I had ordered before they started the installation. They then quickly removed the old carpet and padding, cleaned the floor of all debris, and started installation of the new padding and carpet. Work progressed in a timely manner and all four rooms and hallway were completed in a professional manner. When the new carpet was down they removed all debris and vacuumed the entire carpet. They removed all installation tools and hauled away the old carpet and padding. Although the price could have been a little more competitive, I would hire Lowe's again.

The independent contractor they sent out to measure the carpet was very professional and did an excellent job explaining what he was going to do and how the process would work when he showed up before he even began to measure for the carpet. After measuring for the carpet, he showed us his drawing and again explained the process. He was very professional and helpful and was thorough with his explanation. I would recommend their services over and over again.

They did a terrific job. The guy who did it was on time, cleaned up after himself, and was done when he said he would be finished. I'm very happy with job. The price was very reasonable.

I have carpet that is already installed and I wanted to have Lowe's install hardwood floors and then re-use that carpet in the basement but they will only do that if you buy the carpet from Lowe's. If you don't buy the product they don't give you anyone that does the service.

They charged $2800 for the job. We chose them for the job because they had a deal on installation. We’d use them again in the future.

They put in flooring downstairs. They were wonderful. They did what they said they were going to do. They cleaned it all up. They called us to follow up. They were awesome.

We purchased a good carpet at a reasonable price. They fit the need we had. The service was good. The installation was fine as well. They did everything they said they would do.

We had to specially order it because we needed 14 vinyl panels and had to pay upfront of them. We also ordered and paid for the gate and the gate hardware ahead of time. The quality and service provided was excellent, and the man that had it delivered was so nice. They said that it would take 3 weeks, but it was ready in 2 weeks, and their prices were good. They gave us a discount on the delivery and everything was phenomenal. They people there were helpful and they know what they are doing.

They were helpful in answering my questions and in picking up the right blinds. They were all very nice and provided very good customer service. They were easy to deal with and it was very easy to return things that you were not satisfied with.

The pricing is competitive. My experience varies depending on the staff.

They were very helpful with the redesign and selection of kitchen cabinets. The quality is excellent. There were 'deals' in place so I received solid wood cabinetry and easy glide drawers. I would use them again!

Lowes professionalism was great. The installer that they contracted was late and forgot some tools. It took him 2 days instead of 1.

Even though I was there at a reasonable hour for shopping for home/lawn supplies (9:30 on a Saturday morning), they had NO checkout lanes open, only the four self check-out lanes. Is a middle-aged woman is supposed to be able to lift a 40 lb bag of topsoil and slide it across a scanner??? You must be joking. Plus, the weight area on the other side wasn't big enough to hold the other things I was buying anyway. I had to get someone from the service desk to help me check out. That's ridiculous.

The sink works fine now, but after it was installed, it leaked. The installers had to come back and fix the leak shortly after installation. Also, the caulk they placed around the sink keeps breaking down and needing to be redone.

THE YOUNG MAN AT LOWE'S WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO HELP ME IN TAKING CARE OF MY BUSINESS. HE WAS EVEN POLITE AND CARRIED THEM TO THE CAR FOR ME.
